In the embodiment of the invention, the prompting module comprises the light source unit and the sound unit, the light source unit can emit visible light with different colors according to the assembly distance information, the sound unit can emit prompting sound according to the assembly distance information, and the prompting effect can be enhanced through the visible light and the prompting sound, so that the working efficiency of operators is further improved.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in an alternative embodiment, the fixing member 1 is fixed on the circuit board 4 of the server; the detection device 3 further comprises a mounting shell, and the detection module and the prompt module are fixedly arranged on the mounting shell; the mounting shell is fixedly connected to the circuit board 4; alternatively, the detecting device 3 further includes a connection accessory 6, the mounting case is connected to the connection accessory 6, and the connection accessory 6 is used for detachably connecting to the chassis 5 of the server.
Specifically, the shape of the installation shell is not particularly limited, for example, the installation shell includes a bottom plate and a side plate connected with the bottom plate, the detection module and the prompt module are installed on the side plate, and the detection module faces the fixing piece 1 so as to be capable of collecting a first image of the plugging piece 2 with the fixing piece 1; the prompt module faces to an operator so that the operator can observe visible light emitted by the light source unit.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the bottom plate can be fixed on the circuit board 4 in a welding manner, the detection devices 3 are in one-to-one correspondence with the fixing pieces 1 installed on the circuit board 4, and in the assembling process of the connectors 2, real-time detection can be performed on the assembling distance information of the connectors, so that operators can be timely prompted to correct the connectors 2 which are not inserted in place. The user maintains the server in the process of using the server, and the connection state of the connector can be known through the detection device 3, so that the convenience of maintenance is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 2, the detection device 3 may be mounted on a wall surface of the chassis 5 of the server, or may be mounted on a region where a wire management frame of the chassis 5 or a fan frame of the chassis 5 can be fixed, and the region may ensure that the detection module can detect the fixing member 1 on the circuit board 4 and the plug connector 2 that is plugged into the fixing member 1.
For example, the detecting device 3 further includes a connection accessory 6, one side of the connection accessory 6 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate of the mounting case, and the other side opposite to the connection accessory 6 is detachably connected with the chassis 5 of the server. The connection accessory 6 can be any one of a magnetic suction piece, a suction paste and a lock accessory, for example, the connection accessory 6 is a suction paste, the bottom plate of the installation shell is fixedly connected with the suction paste, the detection device 3 can be adsorbed on the wall surface of the case 5 through the suction paste, and the position of the detection device 3 can be flexibly adjusted so as to sequentially detect the connection states of a plurality of connectors in the assembly process.
As shown in fig. 3, in an alternative embodiment, the plug connector 2 is provided with a marking portion 7; the detection device 3 further comprises an identification module which can identify the identification part 7 so as to determine the assembly state information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1; the prompt module is connected with the identification module and is further used for outputting second prompt information based on the assembly state information.
Specifically, the connector includes the plug connector 2 and the fixing member 1, and in the case where the plug connector 2 and the fixing member 1 are plugged in place, there is also a problem that the plug connector 2 is reversely plugged or misplaced. The plug connector 2 is provided with the identification part 7, the identification part 7 can be label paper, a two-dimensional code pattern or a letter pattern and the like, the identification part 7 can be printed on the surface of the plug connector 2, and the identification part 7 can be adhered on the surface of the plug connector 2. The identification part 7 contains identification information corresponding to the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1. The identification module can identify the identification information contained in the identification portion 7, compare the identification information of the identification portion 7 with the target information, and determine the assembly state information of the socket connector 2 and the fixture 1 based on the comparison result. The assembly state information comprises normal plugging and abnormal plugging of the plug connector 2, wherein the normal plugging indicates that the plug connector 2 in the plugging state is matched with the fixing piece 1, and the abnormal plugging indicates that the plug connector 2 in the plugging state is not matched with the fixing piece 1.
The identification module, the detection module and the prompt module can be integrated into a whole, and the identification module, the detection module and the prompt module are all installed on the installation shell. The prompt module can output second prompt information based on the assembly state information, for example, the prompt module can prompt in a visible light emitting mode, can prompt in a sound emitting mode, and can prompt in a voice broadcasting mode. For example, the light source unit further comprises a red light, when the plugging is abnormal, the light source unit emits red light, and further, the sound unit emits prompt sound while the light source unit emits red light.
After the plug connector 2 is inserted into the fixing piece 1, the detection module detects that the installation distance is equal to the preset distance, the identification module determines that the plug connector 2 is normally plugged, the light source unit emits green light, the plug connector 2 is indicated to be plugged in place, the plug connector is normally plugged, and an operator is prompted to perform plug connection operation of the next plug connector 2. The detection module detects that the installation distance is equal to the preset distance, the identification module determines that the plug connector 2 is abnormally plugged, the light source unit emits red light, or the light source unit emits red light, and meanwhile the sound unit emits ringing sound so as to prompt that the plug connector 2 plugged on the fixing piece 1 at the current position of an operator is likely to be reversely plugged or misplaced, and the operator performs corresponding operation according to prompt information so that the plug connector 2 is plugged in place and plugged normally. The detection module detects that the installation distance is greater than the preset distance, the light source unit emits yellow light, or the light source unit emits yellow light, and the sound unit emits sound at the same time, so that the operator is prompted that the plug connector 2 at the current position is not plugged in place, and external force needs to be further applied to the plug connector 2 so as to plug the plug connector 2 in place.
In the embodiment of the invention, the detection device 3 comprises a detection module, a prompt module and an identification module, wherein the detection module can detect the assembly distance information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 in the connector assembly process, determine whether the plug connector 2 is plugged in place, the identification module can determine the assembly state information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1, determine whether the plug connector 2 is plugged normally, and the prompt module outputs first prompt information and second prompt information according to the assembly distance information and the assembly state information so as to prompt an operator to correct the plug connector 2 which is not plugged in place and is plugged abnormally in time in the assembly process, thereby being beneficial to improving the assembly efficiency and the assembly accuracy.
In an alternative embodiment, the identification module comprises a second storage unit, a second image acquisition unit and a second comparison unit; the second storage unit stores a preset assembly image of the connector; the second image acquisition unit is used for acquiring a second image of the identification part 7 on the plug connector 2; the second comparison unit is used for comparing the second image with a preset assembly image so as to determine assembly state information.
Specifically, the second storage unit stores a preset assembly image of the connector, wherein the preset assembly image is an image of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are in a normal plugging state, and the preset assembly image comprises target information when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are in a normal plugging state.
In the assembly process, after the operator inserts the plug connector 2 into the fixing piece 1, the second image acquisition unit acquires a second image when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are in a plug connection state, and the second image contains identification information of the identification part 7.
The second comparing unit compares the second image with a preset assembly image to determine assembly state information. The identification information is matched with the target information to indicate that the plug connector 2 is normally plugged, and the identification information is not matched with the target information to indicate that the plug connector 2 is abnormally plugged.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second image acquisition unit acquires the second image when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are in the plug connection state, and the second comparison unit can rapidly judge whether the plug connector 2 is normal or abnormal in plug connection through the comparison of the second image and the preset assembly image, so that the prompt module rapidly outputs second prompt information according to the assembly state information.
As shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the invention further provides a system for detecting a connection state of a connector, which comprises the detection device 3, and the detection system further comprises a marking part 7, wherein the marking part 7 is arranged on the plug connector 2; the detection device 3 further comprises an identification module which can identify the identification part 7 so as to determine the assembly state information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1; the prompt module is connected with the identification module and is further used for outputting second prompt information based on the assembly state information.
In particular, the identification portion 7 and the identification module may be described above, the identification portion 7 may be printed on the surface of the connector 2, and the identification portion 7 may be adhered to the surface of the connector 2. The identification part 7 contains identification information corresponding to the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1. The identification module can identify the identification information contained in the identification portion 7, compare the identification information of the identification portion 7 with the target information, and determine the assembly state information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing member 1 based on the comparison result. The fitting state information includes normal and abnormal plugging of the plug connector 2.
The identification part 7 is arranged on the surface of the plug connector 2, and the detection device 3 comprises a detection module, a prompt module and an identification module. In the connector assembling process, after the plug connector 2 is plugged into the fixing piece 1, the detection module detects the assembly distance information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1, and determines that the plug connector 2 is plugged into place or is not plugged into place; the identification module determines the assembly state information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1, and determines whether the plug connector 2 is normally plugged or abnormally plugged; the prompt module outputs first prompt information and second prompt information according to the assembly distance information and the assembly state information, and through the detection system, operators can be prompted to correct the plugging piece 2 which is not plugged in place and is abnormal in plugging in time in the assembly process of the connector, so that the assembly efficiency and the assembly accuracy are improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the identification portion 7 comprises a first tag identification and a second tag identification; the first tag mark and the second tag mark are arranged on two opposite surfaces of the plug connector 2; one of the first label mark and the second label mark is used for representing a first corresponding relation between the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1, and the other is used for representing a second corresponding relation between the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1.
Specifically, the width of the marking portion 7 matches the width of the connector 2, and when the connector 2 has a cable, the width of the marking portion 7 matches the width of the cable, for example, the width of the marking portion 7 is 5 to 7mm, and the marking portion 7 includes a first tag mark and a second tag mark, which are located on opposite surfaces of the connector 2. The pattern of the first tag mark and the pattern of the second tag mark are different, for example, the first tag mark comprises two rows of letters which are arranged at intervals up and down, and J12 is arranged above the first tag mark, and J12 represents the pin position of the plug connector 2; below is Z12, where Z represents the wiring board 4, and 12 is the suffix of the pin position of the fixing member 1 connected to the wiring board 4. The second tag identification includes only one row of letters, Z12. From this, judge whether plug connector 2 pegging graft normally through the first label sign and the second label sign that set up on two opposite surfaces of plug connector 2, and under the abnormal condition of pegging graft, confirm plug connector 2 misinsertion or reverse plug. In the case of a narrower cable width, the letter pattern may be adjusted to a bar code.
The second storage unit of the identification module stores a preset assembly image of the identification part 7 when the plug connector 2 is plugged with the fixing part 1 normally, and the preset assembly image contains target information. The correct server can be installed on one plug-in unit 2 as a prototype, the identification module collects the preset assembly image of the identification part 7 on the plug-in unit 2 plugged in the fixing piece 1, the information contained in the preset assembly image is converted into target information, and the target information is stored in the second storage unit of the identification module. The target information includes first characteristic information and second characteristic information, the first characteristic information indicates that the first surface of the plug connector 2 corresponds to the first surface of the fixing member 1, and the second characteristic information indicates that the second surface of the plug connector 2 corresponds to the second surface of the fixing member 1, that is, the plug connector 2 and the fixing member 1 are plugged normally.
In the subsequent process of assembling each server, after the plug connector 2 is inserted into the fixing piece 1, the detection module determines the assembly distance information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1, the identification module determines the assembly state information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1, and the prompt module outputs corresponding first prompt information and second prompt information based on the assembly distance information and the assembly state information. In the connector assembling process, the problems that the plug connector 2 is not inserted in place, the plug connector 2 is misplaced or the plug connector 2 is reversely inserted can be timely found, and an operator is prompted to correct the plug connector 2 with abnormal connection, so that the connector assembling operation can be accurately and efficiently completed.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for detecting the connection state of the connector, which is based on the detection device 3 or the detection system, and the detection method described below and the detection device 3 and the detection system described above can be correspondingly referred to each other.
The detection method comprises the following steps:
determining that the plug connector 2 is plugged into the fixing piece 1;
acquiring the assembly distance information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 and the assembly state information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1;
based on the assembly distance information and the assembly state information, the control prompt module outputs first prompt information and second prompt information.
Specifically, the detection device 3 includes a detection module, an identification module, and a prompt module, where the prompt module includes a light source unit and a sound unit, the light source unit can emit visible light with different wavelengths, and the sound unit can emit a prompt sound, which can be prompted by the visible light and the prompt sound.
After the plug connector 2 is plugged into the fixing piece 1, the detection module detects the assembly distance information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1, and determines whether the plug connector 2 is plugged into place or not plugged into place; the prompt module can output first prompt information according to whether the plug connector 2 is plugged in place or not so as to prompt an operator to correct the plug connector 2 which is not plugged in place in time in the assembly process, thereby being beneficial to improving the assembly efficiency. The identification module can determine the assembly state information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1, determine that the plug connector 2 is normal in plug connection or abnormal in plug connection, and the prompt module can output second prompt information according to the assembly state information so as to prompt an operator to timely correct the plug connector 2 abnormal in plug connection in the assembly process, thereby being beneficial to improving the assembly accuracy.
The detection module and the identification module are used for determining the plug connector 2 which is not in place and is abnormal in plug connection, and the prompting module can output corresponding prompting information aiming at the plug connector 2 which is not in place and is abnormal in plug connection so as to prompt an operator to correct the plug connector 2 which is not in place and is abnormal in plug connection in time in the assembly process, so that the assembly efficiency and the assembly accuracy are improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the step of obtaining the fitting distance information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing member 1 includes:
acquiring a first image of the plugging of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1;
according to the first image, acquiring the mounting distance of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1;
based on the comparison result of the installation distance and the preset distance, the assembly distance information is determined, and the assembly distance information comprises: the mounting distance is equal to the preset distance or the mounting distance is greater than the preset distance.
Specifically, the detection module comprises a first storage unit, a first image acquisition unit, a processing unit and a first comparison unit. The first storage unit stores a preset distance of the connector. In the assembly process, after an operator inserts the plug connector 2 into the fixing piece 1, the first image acquisition unit acquires a first image when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are in a plug-in state. The first image contains the installation distance information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1, and the processing unit obtains the installation distance of the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 in the plug connection state according to the characteristic information of the reference surface of the plug connector 2 and the reference surface of the fixing piece 1 in the first image.
The first comparing unit compares the installation distance with a preset distance, and determines that the installation distance is equal to the preset distance or greater than the preset distance, thereby determining assembly distance information. The installation distance is equal to the preset distance, which indicates that the plug connector 2 is plugged in place; the installation distance is greater than the preset distance, indicating that the plug connector 2 is not plugged in place.
The first image acquisition unit acquires a first image when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are in a plug connection state, the processing unit acquires the installation distance when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are in the plug connection state according to the first image, and the first comparison unit compares the installation distance with a preset distance, so that the plug connector 2 can be quickly determined to be plugged in place or the plug connector 2 can not be plugged in place.
In an alternative embodiment, the step of obtaining the assembly state information of the plug connector 2 and the fixing member 1 includes:
acquiring a second image of the identification portion 7 of the plug connector 2;
acquiring identification information of the identification part 7 according to the second image;
based on the comparison result of the identification information and the target information, the assembly state information is determined, wherein the assembly state information comprises: the plug connector 2 is plugged normally or plugged abnormally.
Specifically, the identification module comprises a second storage unit, a second image acquisition unit and a second comparison unit. The second storage unit stores a preset assembly image of the connector, and the preset assembly image comprises target information when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are plugged in a normal state. In the assembly process, after the plug connector 2 is inserted into the fixing piece 1, the second image acquisition unit acquires a second image of the identification part 7 on the plug connector 2 when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are in a plug connection state, the second image contains identification information of the identification part 7, and the second image can acquire the identification information of the identification part 7. The second comparison unit compares the second image with a preset assembly image to determine assembly state information, the identification information is matched with target information, and the plug connector 2 is normally plugged; the identification information is not matched with the target information, and the plug connector 2 is abnormal in plug connection.
The second image acquisition unit acquires a second image of the identification part 7 on the plug connector 2 when the plug connector 2 and the fixing piece 1 are in a plug connection state, and the second comparison unit compares the identification information in the second image with target information in a preset assembly image, so that the plug connector 2 can be rapidly determined to be normally plugged or abnormally plugged.
In an alternative embodiment, based on the assembly distance information and the assembly status information, controlling outputting the first hint information and the second hint information includes:
when the installation distance is equal to the preset distance and the plug connector 2 is plugged normally, the light source unit is controlled to emit light with a first wavelength;
when the installation distance is equal to the preset distance and the plugging of the plug connector 2 is abnormal, the light source unit is controlled to emit light with a second wavelength, and the sound unit is controlled to emit a first prompt tone;
and under the condition that the installation distance is larger than the preset distance, controlling the light source unit to emit light with a third wavelength, and simultaneously controlling the sound unit to emit a second prompting sound.
Specifically, the assembly distance information includes that the installation distance is equal to the preset distance or the installation distance is greater than the preset distance, and the assembly state information includes that the plugging is normal or abnormal. The prompting module comprises a light source unit and a sound unit, wherein the light source unit can emit visible light with different wavelengths, and the visible light can be green light, yellow light or red light and the like, so that the visible light is convenient for operators to recognize by naked eyes. The sound unit can emit a prompt sound, which may be a ringing sound. Visible light and beeping sound can enhance the prompting effect.
The installation distance is determined to be equal to the preset distance, the plug connector 2 is normally plugged, the light source unit emits green light, the plug connector 2 is indicated to be plugged in place, the plug connector is normally plugged, and an operator is prompted to conduct plugging operation of the next plug connector 2.
The installation distance is determined to be equal to the preset distance, the plug connector 2 is abnormally plugged, the light source unit emits red light, the sound unit emits first prompt sound, the first prompt sound can be ringing sound, through the red light and the ringing sound, the plug connector 2 plugged on the fixing piece 1 at the current position of an operator is prompted to be likely to be reversely plugged or misplaced, and the operator performs corresponding operation according to prompt information. After the operator corrects the plug connector 2, the detection module determines the assembly distance information again, the identification module determines the assembly state information again, the prompting module outputs corresponding prompting information according to the determined assembly distance information and the determined assembly state information until the light source unit emits green light, the plug connector 2 is plugged in place, the plugging is normal, and the operator can conduct plugging operation of the next plug connector 2.
Determining that the installation distance is larger than a preset distance, and plugging the plug connector 2 normally; or determining that the installation distance is greater than the preset distance, and under the condition that the plug connector 2 is abnormally plugged, the light source unit emits yellow light, the sound unit emits second prompting sound, the second prompting sound can be ringing sound, and the operator is prompted that the plug connector 2 at the current position is not plugged in place through the yellow light and the ringing sound, so that external force needs to be further applied to the plug connector 2. After the external force is applied to the plug connector 2 by the operator, the detection module determines the assembly distance information again, the identification module determines the assembly state information again, the prompting module outputs corresponding prompting information according to the determined assembly distance information and the determined assembly state information until the light source unit emits green light, the plug connector 2 is plugged in place, the plugging is normal, and the operator can conduct plugging operation of the next plug connector 2.
In an alternative embodiment, the identification part 7 includes a first tag identification and a second tag identification, and the target information includes first feature information and second feature information; the acquisition of the identification information of the identification section 7 includes: first identification information of a first tag identification or second identification information of a second tag identification is obtained.
Specifically, the target information includes first characteristic information indicating that the first surface of the socket connector 2 corresponds to the first surface of the fixing member 1 and second characteristic information indicating that the second surface of the socket connector 2 corresponds to the second surface of the fixing member 1, that is, the socket connector 2 is normally plugged into the fixing member 1. The identification information comprises first identification information and second identification information, and the first identification information of the first tag identification or the second identification information of the second tag identification is obtained through the second image. According to the comparison result of the identification information and the target information, the misplug position of the plug connector 2 or the reverse plug connector 2 can be determined.
In an alternative embodiment, based on the comparison result of the identification information and the target information, determining that the plug connector 2 is plugged normally or plugged abnormally specifically includes:
under the condition that the first identification information corresponds to the first characteristic information or the second identification information corresponds to the second characteristic information, determining that the plug connector 2 is in a normal plug connection state;
Determining that the plug connector 2 is in a first abnormal plug connection state under the condition that the first identification information corresponds to the second characteristic information or the second identification information corresponds to the first characteristic information;
and determining that the plug connector 2 is in a second abnormal plug connection state under the condition that the first identification information does not correspond to the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information or the second identification information does not correspond to the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information.
Specifically, the first identification information corresponds to the first characteristic information, or the second identification information corresponds to the second characteristic information, which indicates that the current position plug connector 2 is matched with the fixing piece 1, and the plug connector 2 is plugged normally.
The first identification information corresponds to the second characteristic information, or the second identification information corresponds to the first characteristic information, indicating that the plug connector 2 inserted on the current position fixing member 1 is reversely inserted. The plug connector 2 is plugged back to be in a first plugging abnormal state, and an operator can be prompted through red light and intermittent ringing sounds, so that the operator is prompted to pull out the plug connector 2, and the plug connector 2 is reinserted into the fixing piece 1 by turning over 180 degrees.
The first identification information does not correspond to the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information, or the second identification information does not correspond to the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information, so that the plug connector 2 inserted on the fixing piece 1 at the current position is not inserted and misplaced, and the plug connector 2 is not matched with the fixing piece 1. The plugging element 2 is in a second plugging abnormal state in a misplug position, and an operator can be prompted through red light and continuous ringing sound, so that the operator is prompted to pull out the plugging element 2, find the plugging element 2 matched with the fixing element 1, and insert the matched plugging element 2 into the fixing element 1.

The first storage unit stores a preset distance of the connector;
the first image acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first image of the plug connector and the fixing piece;
the processing unit is used for acquiring the installation distance of the plug connector and the fixing piece according to the first image;
the first comparison unit is used for comparing the installation distance with the preset distance and determining the assembly distance information.
3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the prompt module includes a light source unit capable of emitting light of a preset wavelength based on the fitting distance information.

The mounting shell is fixedly connected to the circuit board; or, the detection device further comprises a connection accessory, the installation shell is connected with the connection accessory, and the connection accessory is used for being detachably connected with the chassis of the server.

7. The connector connection state detection apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the plug member is provided with a marking portion;

the first tag mark and the second tag mark are arranged on two opposite surfaces of the plug connector; one of the first label mark and the second label mark is used for representing a first corresponding relation between the plug connector and the fixing piece, and the other is used for representing a second corresponding relation between the plug connector and the fixing piece.
11. A method of detecting a connector connection state, characterized by being based on the connector connection state detection system according to claim 9 or 10 or on the connector connection state detection apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, the method comprising:
determining that the plug connector is plugged in the fixing piece;
acquiring the assembly distance information of the plug connector and the fixing piece and the assembly state information of the plug connector and the fixing piece;
and controlling the prompt module to output first prompt information and second prompt information based on the assembly distance information and the assembly state information.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein the step of acquiring the fitting distance information of the plug member and the fixing member includes:
acquiring a first image of the plug connector and the fixing piece;
acquiring the mounting distance of the plug connector and the fixing piece according to the first image;
based on the comparison result of the installation distance and the preset distance, determining the assembly distance information, wherein the assembly distance information comprises: the installation distance is equal to the preset distance or the installation distance is greater than the preset distance.
13. The method according to claim 12, wherein the step of acquiring the fitting state information of the plug and the mount includes:
acquiring a second image of the identification portion of the plug connector;
acquiring identification information of the identification part according to the second image;
based on the comparison result of the identification information and the target information, determining the assembly state information, wherein the assembly state information comprises: the plug connector is normal in plug connection or abnormal in plug connection.
14. The method according to claim 13, wherein controlling output of the first hint information and the second hint information based on the fitting distance information and the fitting state information includes:
when the installation distance is equal to the preset distance and the plug connector is plugged normally, controlling the light source unit to emit light with a first wavelength;
when the installation distance is equal to the preset distance and the plugging of the plug connector is abnormal, controlling the light source unit to emit light with a second wavelength, and simultaneously controlling the sound unit to emit a first prompt tone;
and under the condition that the installation distance is larger than the preset distance, controlling the light source unit to emit light with a third wavelength, and simultaneously controlling the sound unit to emit a second prompt tone.

The detection method according to claim 13, wherein the identification portion includes a first tag identification and a second tag identification, and the target information includes first feature information and second feature information; the obtaining the identification information of the identification part includes:
and acquiring first identification information of the first tag identification or second identification information of the second tag identification.

determining that the plug connector is in a first abnormal plug connection state under the condition that the first identification information corresponds to the second characteristic information or the second identification information corresponds to the first characteristic information;
and determining that the plug connector is in a second abnormal plug connection state under the condition that the first identification information does not correspond to the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information or the second identification information does not correspond to the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information.
