With respect to the release assembly, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the release assembly comprises a release main body 1 and a suspension seat cylinder 2 sleeved with the release main body 1 in a matched manner, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the release main body 1 are respectively provided with an upper internal thread and a lower internal thread, the upper internal thread is used for being connected with a drilling tool drill rod 15, a central water hole is formed in the upper portion of the release main body 1, six diversion inclined holes 10 are uniformly formed in the outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the release main body 1, and the diversion inclined holes 10 are communicated with the central water hole so as to communicate the central water hole to the outside of the release main body 1. The hanging seat cylinder 2 is cylindrical and can be sleeved with the release main body 1, and three hanging windows 20 which are correspondingly matched with the structure of the hooks 11 and the setting positions of the hooks are formed in the side wall of the hanging seat cylinder 2.
Regarding the rod assembly: as shown in fig. 3, the rod throwing device is composed of a rod throwing main body 3, two righting mechanisms 4 (specifically, equivalent centralizers) and two spherical leather bags 16, wherein the rod throwing main body 3 is in a straight long rod shape, one end of the rod throwing main body 3 is a salvaging end provided with a fishing head structure, and the other end of the rod throwing main body 3 is a releasing end provided with a gun head structure. Three radial through rod casting liquid flow holes 17 and inverted tooth-shaped annular groove surfaces 18 are arranged on the release end, the rod casting liquid flow holes 17 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the annular groove surface 18 and are mutually communicated in the axial direction, and the annular groove surfaces 18 are correspondingly matched with the tooth surfaces in structure; the gun head structure is correspondingly matched with the central water hole; the two centralizing mechanisms 4 are respectively arranged at two ends of the rod throwing main body 3, and the spherical leather bag 16 is arranged between the two centralizing mechanisms 4.
Regarding the support nipple: as shown in fig. 4, the device comprises a main rod body 6 in a circular rod shape, wherein the upper end of the main rod body 6 is provided with an upper threaded connection structure which is in fit connection with the lower internal thread of the release main body 1; the lower end of the main rod body 6 is provided with a lower threaded connection structure (which may be specifically an internal thread). The main rod body 6 is embedded with a cylindrical hanging block 7 which can freely rotate relative to the main rod body 6, the hanging block 7 adopts a split structure, the outer diameter D of the hanging block is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the main rod body 6, six well liquid diversion holes which are communicated with the upper end face and the lower end face are axially formed in the hanging block 7 and are used for conducting underground drilling liquid flow, and the upper end face and the lower end face of the hanging block 7 are conical hanging surfaces.
With respect to the drill suspension sub 8: as shown in fig. 5, the body is in a cylindrical structure, the upper end of the body is provided with an internal thread I matched with a drilling tool drill rod 15, the lower end of the body is provided with an external thread I connected with an instrument hanging nipple 5, a seat cylinder supporting shoulder which is formed by diameter shrinkage and faces upwards is arranged in an internal cylindrical cavity, and the aperture of the cavity in the upper area of the supporting shoulder of the hanging seat cylinder 2 is matched with the outer diameter size of the hanging seat cylinder 2.
With respect to instrument suspension sub 5: as shown in fig. 6, the body is in a cylindrical structure, the upper end of the body is provided with an internal thread II connected with a drilling tool suspension nipple 8, the lower end of the body is provided with an external thread II connected with a TBL drill bit, six support rib columns 9 parallel to the axial direction are uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the upper part of the inner cylindrical cavity along the circumference, the top ends of the support rib columns 9 are combined to form a conical support profile surface, and the support profile surface is in support fit with the suspension surface at the lower end of the suspension block 7.
Example 3
Based on embodiments 1-2, the embodiment provides a method for using a rod throwing release device of a downhole drilling tool, which specifically includes the following steps:
s1: the release assembly, the supporting pup joint and the well logging instrument passing through the drill bit are sequentially connected from top to bottom to form a drilling tool instrument string, the drilling tool hanging pup joint 8 and the instrument hanging pup joint 5 are sequentially connected and installed between a drilling tool drill rod 15 and a TBL drill bit, the drilling tool instrument string is put into a drilling tool water hole, as shown in fig. 7, the release main body 1 is kept hung on the hanging seat cylinder 2, and then the hanging seat cylinder 2 is kept to sit and prop in the drilling tool hanging pup joint 8 connected to the drilling tool drill rod 15, so that the drilling tool instrument string is hung on the drilling tool drill rod 15;
at this time, the through-bit logging instrument is accommodated in the drilling tool water hole at the upper part of the TBL drill bit;
S2: the drilling tool drill rod 15 hung with the drilling tool instrument string is delivered into a well until the TBL drill bit reaches the logging position;
s3: removing a traveling block and a large hook connected with a drilling tool drill rod 15, putting a release end of a rod throwing assembly into a drilling tool water hole downwards after drilling is stopped, enabling a gun head structure on a rod throwing main body 3 to be inserted into a central water hole at the upper end of the rod throwing main body 1 by means of self gravity and slurry flow thrust, and enabling a weak point pin 13 between a hook 11 and the rod throwing main body 1 to be sheared off under the impact force of the rod throwing main body 3, enabling outer convex hook teeth on the rod throwing main body 1 to rotate and recycle, loosening hanging connection between the rod throwing main body 1 and a hanging seat cylinder 2, enabling a tooth face of an inverted tooth shape to form fit clamping connection with a tooth face 18 of an inverted tooth shape, enabling the rod throwing main body 3 to be connected into a whole, and enabling a drilling tool instrument string to be hung at the lower end of the rod throwing main body 3;
S4: the drilling tool instrument string connected with the rod throwing main body 3 is separated from the support of the drilling tool suspension nipple 8 and further descends along the drilling tool water hole relative to the drilling tool drill rod 15, as shown in fig. 10, until the suspension block 7 on the support nipple is attached to the support rib column 9 supported in the instrument suspension nipple 5, so that the well logging instrument passing through the drill bit passes through the TBL drill bit and is released at a well logging station in the open hole to be measured;
S5: lifting the drilling tool drill rod 15 to perform logging operation;
In the process, as the hanging block 7 can freely rotate relative to the main rod body 6 of the instrument hanging nipple 5 at the bearing points of the drilling tool instrument string and the drilling tool drill rod 15, the phenomenon that the drilling tool logging instrument rotates along with the drilling tool drill rod 15 in an open hole well to cause damage and influence the logging effect can be effectively prevented;
S6: after logging is completed, the traveling block and the large hook are removed again, the rod main body 3 is clamped and grabbed by a special tool (such as a fisher, a female connector matched with a fishing head structure is arranged on the fisher), and the logging instrument passing through the drill bit is fished out of the water hole of the drilling tool drill rod 15, so that logging operation is completed.
Claims (10)
1. The rod throwing release device of the underground through-bit logging instrument is characterized by comprising a release assembly, a rod throwing assembly, a supporting nipple, a drilling tool hanging nipple (8) and an instrument hanging nipple (5);
The release assembly comprises a release main body (1) and a suspension seat cylinder (2) which is matched and sleeved with the release main body (1), the upper end of the release main body (1) is matched and connected with a drilling tool drill rod (15), a central water hole is formed in the upper part of the release main body (1), a diversion inclined hole (10) communicated with the central water hole is formed in the circumferential outer side surface of the lower end of the release main body (1), and the diversion inclined hole (10) is used for communicating the central water hole to the outside of the release main body (1); on the release main body (1), a hook (11) and a pawl (12) are movably connected, and the hook (11) and the pawl (12) are uniformly distributed along the circumferential section of the release main body (1); the upper part of the hook (11) is provided with a convex hook tooth which can extend out of the outer circumferential surface of the release main body (1) and can be rotationally recovered, and the lower part of the hook (11) is provided with an inward-extending tail wing which can extend out of the inner circumferential surface of the release main body (1) and can be rotationally recovered; one end of the pawl (12) is provided with a tooth surface which is supported into the central water hole through a tension spring (14) and protrudes out of the inner circumferential surface of the release main body (1); a hanging window (20) matched with the hook (11) is arranged on the side wall of the hanging seat cylinder (2);

the support nipple comprises a main rod body (6), the upper end of the main rod body (6) is connected with the lower end of the release main body (1) in a matched manner, the lower end of the main rod body (6) is connected with a drill logging instrument in a matched manner, and a hanging block (7) capable of freely rotating along the main rod body (6) is sleeved on the main rod body (6);
the upper end of the drilling tool suspension nipple (8) is connected with a drilling tool drill rod (15) in a matched manner, the lower end of the drilling tool suspension nipple is connected with the upper end of the instrument suspension nipple (5) in a matched manner, a cavity I is formed in the drilling tool suspension nipple, a seat barrel supporting shoulder which is formed by reducing the diameter and faces upwards is arranged at the upper part of the cavity I, and the aperture of the cavity I at the upper part of the seat barrel supporting shoulder is matched with the outer diameter of the suspension seat barrel (2);
The instrument hangs nipple joint (5) lower extreme and TBL drill bit cooperation and is connected, and instrument hangs nipple joint (5) inside formation cavity II, is provided with in the part of cavity II and supports rib post (9), and the top combination of support rib post (9) forms the support profile face, forms the support cooperation between the lower extreme of support profile face and hanging piece (7) and hangs the face.

The rod throwing release device of the downhole drilling logging instrument according to claim 1, wherein the movable connection point of the hook (11) is arranged in the middle of the hook (11), and the movable connection point of the pawl (12) is arranged on the end head of the other end of the pawl (12).
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the articulation comprises a hinged connection.
4. A rod casting release device for a downhole logging tool according to claim 3, wherein below the articulation point of the hook (11) a weak point pin (13) is provided which is connected to the release body (1).

The rod throwing release device of the downhole drilling logging instrument according to claim 1, wherein rod throwing liquid flow holes (17) are formed in the release end, the rod throwing liquid flow holes (17) are distributed above and below the annular groove surface (18), and the rod throwing liquid flow holes (17) are mutually communicated in the axial direction.

The rod throwing release device of the downhole through-bit logging instrument according to claim 1, wherein in the rod throwing assembly, a spherical leather bag (16) is arranged on the rod throwing main body (3), and the diameter of the spherical leather bag (16) is larger than or equal to 2 times of the diameter of the rod throwing main body (3) and smaller than the diameter of a water hole of a drilling tool.

The rod throwing release device of the downhole drilling logging instrument according to claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the hanging block (7) is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the main rod body (6), and the hanging block (7) is axially provided with a well liquid dredging hole penetrating through the upper end face and the lower end face.

The rod throwing release device of the downhole drilling logging instrument according to claim 7, wherein the upper end face and the lower end face of the hanging block (7) are conical hanging faces, the supporting rib columns (9) are circumferentially distributed, and the top ends of the supporting rib columns (9) are combined to form conical supporting profile faces; the well liquid dredging holes on the hanging blocks (7) are communicated with the holes between the supporting rib columns (9).
9. A method of using a stick release device of a downhole logging tool according to any of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
S1: the release assembly, the support nipple and the well logging instrument passing through the drill bit are sequentially connected from top to bottom to form a drilling tool instrument string, the drilling tool hanging nipple (8) and the instrument hanging nipple (5) are sequentially connected and installed between a drilling tool drill rod (15) and a TBL drill bit, the drilling tool instrument string is put into a drilling tool water hole, and the hanging seat cylinder (2) is kept to be seated in the drilling tool hanging nipple (8) connected to the drilling tool drill rod (15) so that the drilling tool instrument string is hung on the drilling tool drill rod (15);
S2: connecting a drilling machine and starting, and conveying a drilling tool drill rod (15) and a drilling tool instrument string which is connected with the drilling tool drill rod in a hanging manner into the well until the drilling tool drill rod reaches a downhole logging station;
s3: after drilling is stopped, the release end of the rod throwing assembly is downwards thrown into a drilling tool water hole, the rod throwing assembly descends according to self gravity, a gun head structure on a rod throwing main body (3) is inserted into a central water hole at the upper end of a release main body (1), under the pushing action of the rod throwing main body (3), an outer convex hook tooth is rotated and recovered, hanging connection between the release main body (1) and a hanging seat cylinder (2) is loosened, a tooth surface and a ring groove surface (18) form fit and clamping connection, the release main body (1) and the rod throwing main body (3) are connected into a whole, and the lower end of the rod throwing main body (3) is hung;
S4: pre-lifting a drilling tool drill rod (15), and descending the drilling tool instrument string relative to the drilling tool drill rod (15) until a hanging block (7) on the supporting nipple is attached to and supported on a supporting rib column (9) in the instrument hanging nipple (5);
S5: connecting a drilling rod (15) of a drilling machine lifting drilling tool again, and performing logging operation on a target oil well;
S6: after logging operation is completed, the salvaging end of the rod throwing main body (3) is grabbed by utilizing the salvaging device, the drilling tool instrument string is salvaged out of the well, and logging operation of the drilling bit logging instrument is completed.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein in step S2, if the rod throwing assembly is blocked during the descending, the circulating pump is turned on, the drilling fluid flow is controlled to circulate, and the rod throwing assembly is pushed;
In step S4, the mud pump is turned on to pump mud downhole, and the drill string is controlled to run down.
