Specifically, the user can actively adjust at least one of the performance parameters related to washing, drying or nursing, reversely calculate the optimal operation parameter combination through the database and the corresponding algorithm, then recalculate the values of the performance parameters and display the values on the display screen in real time
According to an exemplary embodiment, the visual operation interface may be provided for a user to select an operating parameter and display a target performance parameter value corresponding to the user selected operating parameter and/or an optimal operating parameter combination corresponding to the target performance parameter.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the present embodiment provides a laundry treatment apparatus employing the visual operation interface provided by the above embodiment. In one example, the laundry treatment apparatus includes a control panel 28, the control panel 28 having the visual operation interface of the above-described embodiment. In another example, the laundry treatment apparatus includes an intelligent terminal connected thereto, and the intelligent terminal has thereon the visual operation interface proposed by the above embodiment. The laundry treatment apparatus of the present embodiment may be a laundry treatment apparatus having a separate washing function, drying function, care function, or the like, or may be a laundry treatment apparatus having at least two of the laundry treatment functions at the same time. The configuration of the laundry treatment apparatus of the present embodiment is not limited either, and the laundry treatment apparatus may be either a drum-type laundry treatment apparatus or a pulsator-type laundry treatment apparatus. Taking a drum type washing machine as an example, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a visual operation interface 1 is provided on a control panel 28 of the washing machine 2.
In an example, the visual operation interface 1 employs a full touch manipulation display screen, such as a TFT screen (thin film transistor type liquid crystal display screen), referring to the visual operation interface 1 of fig. 1 and 2. The installation position of the visual operation interface 1 on the washing machine 2 is not limited, and exemplary, referring to fig. 5, the visual operation interface 1 is installed in front of the body of the washing machine 2 and above the door 27.
In another example, the visual operation interface 1 employs an LED display control screen, and referring to the visual operation interface 1 of fig. 3 and 4, the control panel 28 of the washing machine 2 is provided with a control knob 22, a power key 23, and a start/pause key 24, the visual operation interface 1 is located between the control knob 22 and the power key 23, and the start/pause key 24 is located on the same side of the power key 23. The location of the visual operation interface 1 on the washing machine 2 is not limited, and exemplary, referring to fig. 6, the visual operation interface 1 is disposed on the right side of the detergent delivery box 21, and the corresponding laundry treatment program is rotated in the laundry treatment program list 203 by the control knob 22, and program selection may be performed by a key-press manner.
Fig. 7 is a control flowchart showing a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 7, the control method is applied to the laundry treating apparatus as proposed in the above-described embodiment, and the control method of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
s71, determining operation parameters corresponding to the clothes treatment program;
s72, determining the estimated performance value of the performance parameter corresponding to the operation parameter according to the preset mapping relation of the operation parameter, the performance parameter and the estimated performance value.
In this embodiment, the laundry treatment apparatus needs to determine the operation parameters corresponding to the laundry treatment program according to the laundry treatment program selected by the user before performing the laundry treatment. After the corresponding operation parameters are determined, the operation parameters are sent to a controller of the clothes treatment equipment or sent to a cloud database through a network, the influence of the operation parameters on the performance parameters is estimated and calculated through the controller of the clothes treatment equipment or cloud computing by utilizing a corresponding algorithm, then the estimated performance values of the performance parameters are returned, and the performance parameter diagrams and the estimated performance values are displayed on a visual operation interface in real time.
Fig. 8 is a control flowchart illustrating a control method of the laundry treating apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 8, the control method of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
s81, determining an adjustment value of a performance parameter;
s82, determining an optimal operation parameter corresponding to the adjustment value of the performance parameter and an estimated performance value of the performance parameter corresponding to the optimal operation parameter according to a preset mapping relation of the operation parameter, the performance parameter and the estimated performance value.
In this embodiment, a user may actively adjust at least one parameter or a cluster performance parameter set of the performance parameters, after determining an adjustment value of the performance parameters, reversely search for an optimal operation parameter combination through a database and a corresponding algorithm, and if the search is successful, recalculate the estimated performance values of each performance parameter, and display the estimated performance values on a visual operation interface in real time, where the user decides whether to operate with the adjusted operation parameters. If the search fails, the user is prompted to go beyond the adjustment range and reselect the program or adjust the operating parameters or performance parameters.
In this embodiment, a database of a preset mapping relationship between an operation parameter and a performance parameter and a predicted performance value is pre-stored, and the predicted performance value of the performance parameter corresponding to the operation parameter is determined according to the database of the mapping relationship between the operation parameter and the performance parameter and the predicted performance value, and an optimal operation parameter corresponding to an adjustment value of the performance parameter and the predicted performance value of the performance parameter corresponding to the optimal operation parameter are determined.
The database of the mapping relation between the operation parameters and the performance parameters and the estimated performance values in the embodiment can determine the integration or function relation corresponding to the combination of each performance parameter and different operation parameters through an experiment or simulation method. Referring to the database architecture shown in fig. 9, groupings can be made according to clustered tuning schemes, each group containing several performance parameters with relatively close trends. When the washing and caring performance is calculated, the increment or decrement of one or more operation parameter changes to the target performance is calculated, and then the total increment or decrement of the target performance parameter is obtained by weighting according to the operation parameter weight. In fig. 9, A1 represents the cleaning rate in the performance parameter a group, f (A1) represents the influence function of the main cleaning rotational speed A1 on the cleaning rate, AX1 represents the weight coefficient of the influence function in the cleaning rate evaluation total score, f (a 2) represents the influence function of the main cleaning stop ratio a2 on the cleaning rate, AX2 represents the weight coefficient of the influence function in the cleaning rate evaluation total score, and so on, the product of the influence function of all the operation parameters (lowercase letters) on the cleaning rate and the weight coefficient thereof is added, that is, the cleaning rate estimation total score. For example: the same algorithm is adopted to calculate the estimated scores of the performance parameters such as the sterilization rate A2, the rinsing rate A3, the softness B1 and the like by the cleaning rate A1=AAx1f (A1) +AAX2f (A2) +AX3f (A3) + … … +AXnf (an).
According to the embodiment, a database corresponding to each performance parameter and different operation parameter combinations is established through an experiment or simulation method, after a user selects the operation parameters, the value of the target performance parameter is obtained through the database and a corresponding algorithm, and meanwhile, the optimal operation parameter combination can be reversely searched through adjusting the performance parameters. Meanwhile, according to the quantitative adjustment of various performance parameters of the clothes treatment equipment by a user, the requirements of washing, drying and nursing can be accurately matched, and when the user optimizes one performance parameter, if other performance parameters are reduced, the performance parameter can be not reduced or reduced as little as possible through the optimization control algorithm.

Claims (10)

1. The visual operation interface is applied to the clothes treatment equipment, and is characterized in that the visual operation interface is used for displaying and adjusting the operation parameters and the performance parameters of the clothes treatment equipment, wherein:
the operating parameter is used for at least characterizing the operating state of the laundry treatment apparatus;
the performance parameter is used to characterize at least a treatment effect and an energy consumption condition of the laundry treatment apparatus.
2. The visual operation interface according to claim 1, wherein the visual operation interface comprises an operation parameter display area and a performance parameter display area;
the operation parameter display area is used for displaying and adjusting at least one operation parameter corresponding to the clothes treatment program;
the performance parameter display area is used for displaying and adjusting the estimated performance value of at least one performance parameter corresponding to the operation parameter.
3. A visual interface as set forth in claim 2 wherein said performance parameter display area further displays a standard value of said performance parameter and a relative performance value of said predicted performance value with respect to said standard value.
4. A visual interface as set forth in claim 2 wherein said performance parameter display area displays a plurality of performance parameters, said performance parameter display area being further configured to individually adjust a plurality of said performance parameters;
or, the performance parameter display area displays a plurality of cluster performance parameter sets, wherein each cluster performance parameter set comprises a plurality of performance parameters of the same type; the performance parameter display area is further used for adjusting a plurality of performance parameters belonging to the same cluster performance parameter set at the same time.
5. A visual manipulation interface as claimed in claim 1 wherein said visual manipulation interface is capable of displaying at least two wash, dry, or care related performance parameters and wherein said visual manipulation interface is capable of displaying in real time the effect of a user's selection settings on the performance of a wash as the user selects different wash programs or adjusts wash operation parameters.
6. A visual manipulation interface as recited in claim 1 wherein said visual manipulation interface is configured to allow a user to adjust at least one of said performance parameters and display the recalculated values of each performance parameter.
7. A visual manipulation interface as claimed in claim 1 wherein said visual manipulation interface is configured to provide for user selection of an operating parameter and display of a target performance parameter value corresponding to the user selected operating parameter and/or an optimal combination of operating parameters corresponding to said target performance parameter.
8. A laundry treatment apparatus employing a visual operation interface according to any one of claims 1-7.
9. A control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, wherein the control method applies the laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 8, the control method comprising:
determining the operation parameters corresponding to the laundry treatment program;
and determining the estimated performance value of the performance parameter corresponding to the operation parameter according to the preset mapping relation between the operation parameter and the performance parameter and the estimated performance value.
10. The control method according to claim 9, characterized in that the control method further comprises:
determining an adjustment value of the performance parameter;
and determining an optimal operation parameter corresponding to the adjustment value of the performance parameter and an estimated performance value of the performance parameter corresponding to the optimal operation parameter according to a preset mapping relation between the operation parameter and the performance parameter and the estimated performance value.
