Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view for explaining a state of the plug 10 in the attachment of the outer lid 9 of the lid unit 1A. Fig. 9 is a sectional view for explaining a state of the plug 10 in the attachment of the outer lid 9 of the lid unit 1A.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the capped container 100A of the present embodiment is a beverage container as follows: the beverage container includes a container body 2 having an upper opening, and a lid unit 1A detachably attached to the container body 2, and can keep the temperature or cool the beverage (contents) stored in the container body 2.
Specifically, the container body 2 includes an outer container 3 and an inner container 4 made of metal, such as stainless steel. The container body 2 has a vacuum heat insulating structure as follows: an inner container 4 having one end open is housed inside an outer container 3 having one end open, and in this state, the vicinities of the open ends of the inner container are joined to each other, and a vacuum heat insulating layer 5 is provided between these outer container 3 and inner container 4.
The vacuum heat insulating layer 5 can be formed by sealing an exhaust hole provided in the center of the bottom surface of the outer container 3 with solder in a chamber which is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum, for example.
The container body 2 has such a vacuum heat insulating structure, and thus can have the heat insulating or cold insulating function described above. In addition, the container body 2 has such a vacuum heat insulating structure, and thus the outer container 3 and the inner container 4 are always in a state of being in tension by the difference between the inner pressure (vacuum pressure) and the outer pressure (atmospheric pressure), and the mechanical strength of the outer container 3 and the inner container 4 increases. Accordingly, even when the thicknesses of the outer container 3 and the inner container 4 are reduced, the rigidity of the container body 2 can be improved, and the weight of the container body 2 can be reduced.
The container body 2 includes a bottom surface portion 2b having a substantially circular shape, a cylindrical body portion 2c rising substantially cylindrically from the outer periphery of the bottom surface portion 2b, and a neck portion 2d having a smaller diameter than the cylindrical body portion 2c from the upper side of the cylindrical body portion 2c and rising substantially cylindrically. The upper end of the neck portion 2d is opened in a circular shape as an upper opening 2a of the container body 2. Further, a stepped portion 2e having a stepped diameter is provided between the neck portion 2d and the tubular body portion 2c over the entire circumference.
An internal thread 6 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the neck portion 2d. Further, an annular protruding portion 7 is provided below the female screw portion 6 so as to protrude from the inner peripheral surface of the inner container 4 over the entire periphery.
The whole of the capped container 100A of the present embodiment has a substantially cylindrical external shape, but the external shape of the capped container 100A is not particularly limited, and can be changed as appropriate according to the size, external design, and the like. The outer peripheral surface of the container body 2 (outer container 3) may be coated or printed.
The lid unit 1A of the present embodiment constitutes a lid body for opening and closing the upper opening 2a of the container body 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cover unit 1A has the following structure: the container is provided with a lid body 8, wherein the lid body 8 closes the upper opening 2a of the container body 2 in a state where the upper opening 2a of the container body 2 is fitted into the inside of the container body 2, and the lid body 8 is attached to the container body 2 by screwing.
The cover main body 8 has: an outer lid 9 covering the upper opening 2a of the container body 2; a center pin 10 fitted into the inner side of the container body 2 from the upper opening 2a; and a mounting and dismounting mechanism 11A for mounting the center pin 10 to and from the outer cover 9.
As shown in fig. 2, 5A, and 5B, the outer lid 9 is made of, for example, a heat-resistant resin, and has a peripheral wall portion 9a formed in a substantially cylindrical shape so as to be continuous in appearance with the tubular body portion 2c of the container body 2, and an upper wall portion 9B closing an upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 9 a.
As shown in fig. 2, 6A, and 6B, the center plug 10 is made of, for example, a heat-resistant resin, and includes: a substantially circular bottom wall portion 10a, a peripheral wall portion 10b rising substantially cylindrically from the periphery of the bottom wall portion 10a, a top wall portion 10c closing the upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 10b, and a flange portion 10d in which the top wall portion 10c protrudes in the diameter-expanding direction from the peripheral wall portion 10 b.
The plug 10 has the following structure: the lower plug member 12 is integrally attached to the lower surface of the upper plug member 13 by welding or the like, and includes a lower plug member 12 having a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom and a peripheral wall 10a and 10b, and an upper plug member 13 having a substantially circular shape and a top wall 10c and a flange 10d. The interior of the center plug 10 is not limited to air serving as a heat insulating layer, and may be configured to be provided with a heat insulating material S.
Further, a male screw portion 14 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 10b (the center pin 10). In the container with cap 100A, the cap body 8 (cap unit 1A) is detachably attached to the container body 2 by screwing the male screw portion 14 and the female screw portion 6. The female screw portion 6 and the male screw portion 14 are formed of two threads having complementary shapes to each other. In the case of using two screws, the cap body 8 (cap unit 1A) can be attached to and detached from the container body 2 with a small rotation operation (about 180 ° in the present embodiment).
A water stop gasket 15 is integrally attached to the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the center plug 10. The water-stop gasket 15 is an annular sealing member for sealing between the extension 7 of the container body 2 and the plug 10, and is made of an elastic member such as a heat-resistant rubber such as silicone rubber or an elastomer. The water stop gasket 15 is integrally formed with the center plug 10 (the lid body 8) by insert molding, which will be described later.
The plug 10 has a first concave portion 10e having a shape corresponding to a first convex portion 15a protruding inward from an upper end portion on the inner peripheral side of the water stop gasket 15, and a second concave portion 10f having a shape corresponding to a second convex portion 15b protruding upward from a lower end portion on the inner peripheral side of the water stop gasket 15. The plug 10 has a third convex portion 10g having a shape corresponding to the third concave portion 15c of the water stop gasket 15, which is formed between the first concave portion 10e and the second concave portion 10f of the plug 10, and which is located between the first convex portion 15a and the second convex portion 15b of the water stop gasket 15.
In the lid unit 1A of the present embodiment, the first convex portion 15a of the water stop gasket 15 protruding inward is formed integrally with the first concave portion 10e of the center plug 10, and the second convex portion 15b of the water stop gasket 15 protruding upward is formed integrally with the second concave portion 10f of the center plug 10. Further, by forming the third concave portion 15c of the water-stop gasket 15 integrally with the third convex portion 10g of the center plug 10, the adhesion strength of the water-stop gasket 15 integrally attached to the center plug 10 (the lid main body 8) can be improved by the respective anchor effects.
The lower surface of the plug 10 has a shape in which the bottom wall portion 10a is recessed upward, but is coplanar with the lower surface of the water stop gasket 15. Thus, at the boundary between the lower surface of the center plug 10 and the lower surface of the water stop gasket 15, the water stop gasket 15 is hard to be peeled off from the center plug 10. In addition, since there is no gap in the vicinity of the boundary, water droplets are difficult to accumulate, and thus are sanitary.
Further, two elastic flange portions 15d are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the water stop gasket 15 so as to protrude in the diameter-expanding direction. When the lid body 8 (lid unit 1A) is attached to the container body 2, the water stop gasket 15 is brought into close contact with the extension portion 7 of the container body 2 over the entire circumference while the elastic flange portion 15d is elastically deformed. This can seal (stop) the space between the protruding portion 7 (container body 2) and the plug 10 (lid body 8).
The water stop gasket 15 is not limited to the above-described shape, and for example, the number of the elastic flange portions 15d is not limited to two but may be one or more.
The water stop gasket 15 is not limited to the structure provided with the above-described elastic flange portion 15d, and its shape and the like may be changed as appropriate. For example, an elastic flange portion having a shape protruding from the upper end of the outer peripheral surface of the water stop gasket 15 while being bent downward may be provided.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, the attachment/detachment mechanism 11A has the following structure: the center pin 10 is attached to the outer lid 9 by sliding the center pin 10 toward the inner lower surface center portion (attachment direction) of the outer lid 9 in a state where the upper surface of the center pin 10 is in contact with the inner lower surface center portion of the outer lid 9 at a position offset from the inner lower surface center portion.
Specifically, the attachment/detachment mechanism 11A includes: a guide engagement portion 18 having an engagement hole 16 provided in the outer cover 9 and an engagement piece 17 provided in the center pin 10, the engagement piece 17 being engaged with the engagement hole 16; a click-lock portion 22 having a first click-lock portion 19 provided to the outer lid 9 and an elastic piece 21 provided to the center pin 10 and including a second click-lock portion 20, wherein one of the first click-lock portion 19 and the second click-lock portion 20 (the second click-lock portion 20 in the present embodiment) is locked to the other of the first click-lock portion and the second click-lock portion (the first click-lock portion 19 in the present embodiment); and a slide locking portion 24 having a first slide locking portion 23 provided on the outer cover 9, and a flange portion (second slide locking portion) 10d of the center pin 10 being locked with the first slide locking portion 23.
The engagement hole 16 is formed by a hole portion formed by opening in a shape corresponding to the engagement piece 17 in the peripheral wall portion 9a of the outer cover 9 located at one end side in the radial direction. On the other hand, the engagement piece 17 is constituted by a protruding portion of the center pin 10 protruding outward from the flange portion 10d located at one end side in the radial direction.
In the guide engagement portion 18, the center pin 10 is slidably guided in the radial direction with respect to the outer lid 9 in a state where the engagement piece 17 is inserted into the engagement hole 16, and the engagement piece 17 can be engaged with the engagement hole 16 when the center pin 10 is slid to the lower surface center portion inside the outer lid 9.
The first click-locking portion 19 is located on the other end side in the radial direction of the outer lid 9, and is constituted by a convex portion protruding downward from the upper wall portion 9b. On the other hand, the elastic piece 21 is provided so as to extend in the diameter-expanding direction from between a pair of slits 25 cut out from the flange portion 10d of the center pin 10 on the other end side in the radial direction. The second click-locking portion 20 is constituted by a convex portion protruding upward from a front end portion of a portion in which a part of the elastic piece 21 is recessed downward in a shape corresponding to the first click-locking portion 19.
In the click locking portion 22, when the center pin 10 is slid to the lower surface center portion inside the outer lid 9, the first click locking portion 19 can be locked with the second click locking portion 20 of the elastically deformable elastic piece 21.
In the click locking portion 22, the elastic piece 21 is elastically deformed as a click mechanism for imparting a click feeling when the center pin 10 is slid to the center portion of the inner lower surface of the outer lid 9, and the second click locking portion 20 located at the tip end portion of the elastic piece 21 passes over the convex portion of the first click locking portion 19. This can give a clicking feel when the first click portion 19 and the second click portion 20 are locked.
The first slide locking portion 23 is located on the other end side in the radial direction of the outer cover 9, and is constituted by a pair of rib walls protruding substantially parallel to the upper wall portion 9b from the peripheral wall portions 9a on both sides across the elastic piece 21.
As shown in fig. 4, in the slide locking portion 24, when the center pin 10 is slid to the lower surface center portion inside the outer lid 9, the flange portion (second slide locking portion) 10d can be locked with the first slide locking portion 23.
In the attachment/detachment mechanism 11A having the above-described structure, the center pin 10 is inserted into the inside of the outer cover 9 from the state shown in fig. 7. At this time, as shown in fig. 8, after the engagement piece 17 is inserted into the engagement hole 16, the upper surface of the center pin 10 is brought into contact with the center portion of the lower surface of the inner side of the outer lid 9 at a position offset from the center portion of the upper surface as shown in fig. 9. From this state, the center pin 10 is slid toward the lower surface center portion (mounting direction) inside the outer lid 9.
At this time, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the engaging piece 17 engaged with the engaging hole 16 is in a substantially coplanar state with the side surface of the outer lid 9. Further, by the engagement of the first engagement portion 19 and the second engagement portion 20, the plug 10 can be prevented from sliding in the radial direction (the removal direction) with respect to the outer lid 9. Further, the engagement piece 17 of the center pin 10 engages with the engagement hole 16 on one end side in the radial direction of the outer lid 9, and the flange portion (second slide engagement portion) 10d of the center pin 10 engages with the first slide engagement portion 23 on the other end side in the radial direction of the outer lid 9, whereby the center pin 10 can be prevented from coming off the outer lid 9. Further, since the protruding portions 25a of the center pin 10 located on both sides of the pair of slits 25 are located between the first slide locking portions 23 of the outer cover 9, the center pin 10 can be prevented from being displaced in the rotation direction of the outer cover 9. This causes the center pin 10 to be attached to the center portion of the inner lower surface of the outer lid 9.
When the center pin 10 is attached to the lower surface center portion of the inner side of the outer lid 9, the inner surface contact portion 9c of the inner surface side of the outer lid 9 shown in fig. 5A contacts the linear portion 10h provided in the flange portion 10d shown in fig. 6A, thereby preventing looseness and displacement. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the stepped portion 2e of the container body 2 is fitted inside the outer lid 9, thereby restricting movement of the outer lid 9 in the radial direction. This prevents the engagement state between the first locking portion 19 and the second locking portion 20 from being released unintentionally by the movement of the outer lid 9 in the radial direction, and the engagement state between the engagement hole 16 and the engagement piece 17 from being released unintentionally by the movement of the outer lid 9 in the radial direction.
As shown in fig. 6A, the top wall portion 10c of the center plug 10 is provided with an upper surface protrusion portion 10i. The upper surface protrusions 10i are each provided in a convex shape upward at equal intervals by rotating 90 ° in a plan view. When the center pin 10 is to be attached to the inner lower surface center portion of the outer lid 9, or after the center pin 10 is attached to the inner lower surface center portion of the outer lid 9, the upper surface protruding portion 10i prevents the gap distance from being deviated for each portion due to the dimensional error of the center pin 10 caused by molding. That is, by fine-tuning the size of the upper surface protruding portion 10i, the error in the size of the center pin 10 can be absorbed, and the center pin 10 can be stably attached to the inner lower surface center portion of the outer lid 9.
On the other hand, in the attachment/detachment mechanism 11A, the locking state of the first locking portion 19 to the second locking portion 20 is released and the locking state of the flange portion (second sliding locking portion) 10d to the first sliding locking portion 23 is released by an operation opposite to the above-described operation, that is, by sliding the center pin 10 in a direction (detachment direction) opposite to the above-described direction with respect to the outer lid 9. Then, the engagement of the engagement piece 17 with the engagement hole 16 is released. Thereby, the center pin 10 can be removed from the outer cover 9.
In the cap unit 1A of the present embodiment, the middle pin 10 is detachably attached to the outer cap 9, so that the outer cap 9 and the middle pin 10 can be cleaned separately, and the space between the outer cap 9 and the middle pin 10 can be kept sanitary.
Therefore, in the capped container 100A provided with such a cap unit 1A, further improvement in convenience of use can be achieved.
(second embodiment)
Next, as a second embodiment of the present invention, a container 100B with a lid including a lid unit 1B shown in fig. 10 to 14, for example, will be described.
Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing the external appearance of the cover unit 1B. Fig. 11 is a bottom view showing the structure of the cover unit 1B. Fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of the cover unit 1B. Fig. 13 is a perspective view of the outer lid 9 provided in the lid unit 1B from below. Fig. 14 is a perspective view of the center pin 10 of the cover unit 1B from above. In the following description, the same parts as those of the cover unit 1A are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
The lid unit 1B of the present embodiment is detachably attached to the container body 2 (not shown), thereby forming a container 100B with a lid.
Specifically, the cap unit 1B has substantially the same structure as the cap unit 1A except that it includes a mounting/dismounting mechanism 11B for mounting the center pin 10 to the outer cap 9 so as to be detachable in place of the mounting/dismounting mechanism 11A, and includes a click portion 26 for giving a click feeling when the center pin 10 is slid to the center portion of the inner lower surface of the outer cap 9, as shown in fig. 11 to 14.
The attachment/detachment mechanism 11B includes a slide locking portion 29, and the slide locking portion 29 includes a first slide locking portion 27 provided on the outer cover 9 together with the guide engagement portion 18, and a second slide locking portion 28 provided on the center pin 10, and one locking portion (the first slide locking portion 27 in the present embodiment) of the first locking portion and the second locking portion is locked with the other locking portion (the second slide locking portion 28 in the present embodiment).
The first slide locking portion 27 is located on the other end side in the radial direction of the outer cover 9, and is constituted by a hole portion penetrating the peripheral wall portion 9 a. On the other hand, the second slide locking portion 28 is formed by a convex portion of the center pin 10 protruding outward from the flange portion 10j located on the other end side in the radial direction.
In the slide locking portion 29, when the center pin 10 is slid to the lower surface center portion inside the outer lid 9, the second slide locking portion 28 can be locked with the first slide locking portion 27.
Further, since the flange portion 10j of the center pin 10 is located between the pair of guide protrusions 9d provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer lid 9 on both sides in the sliding direction of the center pin 10, the center pin 10 can be guided slidably in the radial direction with respect to the outer lid 9, and also the center pin 10 can be prevented from being displaced in the rotating direction with respect to the outer lid 9.
The click locking portion 26 includes a first click locking portion 30 provided on both sides of the inner peripheral surface of the outer lid 9 with respect to the sliding direction of the center pin 10 interposed therebetween, and a second click locking portion 31 provided on both sides of the outer peripheral portion of the upper end side of the center pin 10 with respect to the sliding direction of the center pin 10 interposed therebetween.
The first locking portions 30 are located on both sides of the center pin 10 in the sliding direction, and are constituted by protruding portions protruding inward from the peripheral wall 9 a. On the other hand, the second click locking portion 31 is formed of a convex portion protruding outward from the flange portions 10j located on both sides in the sliding direction of the intermediate pin 10.
In the click locking portion 26, when the center pin 10 is slid to the center portion of the inner lower surface of the outer lid 9, a click feeling can be given when one of the first click locking portion 30 and the second click locking portion 31 (the first click locking portion 30 in the present embodiment) passes over and is locked to the other of the first click locking portions (the second click locking portion 31 in the present embodiment).
An opening 32 is provided in an upper portion of the outer lid 9. The opening 32 is a substantially circular hole penetrating the center of the upper wall 9b.
In the present embodiment, the engagement hole 16 is continuously opened to the opening 32 at a corner between the peripheral wall 9a and the upper wall 9b of the outer cover 9 on one end side in the radial direction. On the other hand, the engagement piece 17 is constituted by a protruding portion of the center pin 10 protruding outward and upward from the flange portion 10d located at one end side in the radial direction.
The engagement hole 16 may be provided only in the peripheral wall portion 9a of the outer cover 9, as in the first embodiment described above. The engagement piece 17 may be constituted by a protrusion of the center pin 10 protruding outward from the flange 10d, as in the first embodiment described above.
The opening 32 is not limited to the structure that is continuously opened to the engagement hole 16 as in the present embodiment, and may be opened separately from the engagement hole 16. The shape of the opening 32 can be changed as appropriate.
In the attachment/detachment mechanism 11B having the above-described configuration, when the center pin 10 is attached to the inner side of the outer lid 9, the center pin 10 is inserted into the inner side of the outer lid 9, the engaging piece 17 is inserted into the engaging hole 16, and then the upper surface of the center pin 10 is brought into contact with the center portion of the lower surface of the inner side of the outer lid 9 at a position offset from the center portion of the lower surface, similarly to the attachment/detachment mechanism 11A. From this state, the center pin 10 is slid toward the lower surface center portion (mounting direction) inside the outer lid 9.
At this time, as shown in fig. 10 and 12, the engaging piece 17 engaged with the engaging hole 16 is in a state of being substantially coplanar with the upper surface and the side surface of the outer lid 9. Further, the second slide locking portion 28 is locked with the first slide locking portion 27, and the second click locking portion 31 is locked with the first click locking portion 30, whereby the plug 10 can be prevented from sliding in the radial direction (the removal direction) with respect to the outer lid 9.
Further, the engagement piece 17 of the center pin 10 engages with the engagement hole 16 on one end side in the radial direction of the outer lid 9, and the second slide engagement portion 28 engages with the first slide engagement portion 27 on the other end side in the radial direction of the outer lid 9, whereby the center pin 10 can be prevented from coming off the outer lid 9, and the center pin 10 can also be prevented from being displaced in the rotational direction of the outer lid 9. This causes the center pin 10 to be attached to the center portion of the inner lower surface of the outer lid 9.
On the other hand, in the attachment/detachment mechanism 11B, the second locking portion 31 is released from the locked state with respect to the first locking portion 30 and the second sliding locking portion 28 is released from the locked state with respect to the first sliding locking portion 27 by an operation opposite to the above-described operation, that is, by sliding the center pin 10 with respect to the outer lid 9 in a direction (removal direction) opposite to the above-described direction. Then, the engagement of the engagement piece 17 with the engagement hole 16 is released. Thereby, the center pin 10 can be removed from the outer cover 9.
In the cap unit 1B of the present embodiment, the middle plug 10 is detachably attached to the outer cap 9, so that the outer cap 9 and the middle plug 10 can be separately cleaned, and the space between the outer cap 9 and the middle plug 10 can be kept sanitary.
Therefore, in the capped container 100B provided with such a cap unit 1B, further improvement in convenience of use can be achieved.
(third embodiment)
Next, as a third embodiment of the present invention, a container 100C with a lid provided with a lid unit 1C shown in fig. 15 to 17, for example, will be described.
Fig. 15 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of the cap unit 1C and showing a state in which the center pin 10 is attached to the outer cap 9. Fig. 16 is a perspective view of the outer lid 9 provided in the lid unit 1C from below. Fig. 17 is a perspective view of the center pin 10 of the cover unit 1C from above. In the following description, the same parts as those of the cover unit 1A are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
The lid unit 1C of the present embodiment is detachably attached to the container body 2 (not shown), and constitutes a container 100C with a lid.
Specifically, the cover unit 1C has substantially the same structure as the cover unit 1A except that it includes a mounting/dismounting mechanism 11C for mounting the center pin 10 to the outer lid 9 so as to be detachable as shown in fig. 15 to 17, instead of the mounting/dismounting mechanism 11A.
The attachment/detachment mechanism 11C includes a slide locking portion 35, and the slide locking portion 35 includes: the pair of first slide locking portions 33a, 33b provided on the lower surface of the inner side of the outer lid 9 in the sliding direction of the center pin 10, and the pair of second slide locking portions 34a, 34b provided on the upper surface of the center pin 10 in the sliding direction of the center pin 10 are arranged, and one locking portion (first slide locking portions 33a, 33b in this embodiment) of the first slide locking portions 33a, 33b and one locking portion (second slide locking portions 34a, 34b in this embodiment) of the second slide locking portions 34a, 34b is locked with the other locking portion (first slide locking portions 33a, 33b in this embodiment).
The pair of first slide locking portions 33a, 33b are formed of female protruding portions protruding downward from the inner side of the upper wall portion 9b of the outer cover 9, and form guide grooves having a substantially T-shaped cross section extending in the sliding direction of the center pin 10. In addition, one end of the guide groove in the sliding direction is opened, and the other end in the sliding direction is closed. On the other hand, the pair of second slide locking portions 34a, 34b are constituted by male protruding portions that protrude upward from the upper surface of the center pin 10 and form a guide rail having a substantially T-shaped cross section extending in the sliding direction of the center pin 10.
In the attachment/detachment mechanism 11C having the above-described configuration, as shown in fig. 15, the center pin 10 can be guided slidably in the radial direction with respect to the outer cover 9 in a state in which one of the pair of first slide locking portions 33a, 33b and the pair of second slide locking portions 34a, 34b (in the present embodiment, the first slide locking portions 33a, 33 b) is inserted into the other of the pair of locking portions (in the present embodiment, the second slide locking portions 34a, 34 b).
In the attaching/detaching mechanism 11C, when the center pin 10 is slid toward the inner lower surface center portion (mounting direction) of the outer lid 9 from a state where the upper surface of the center pin 10 is offset from the inner lower surface center portion of the outer lid 9, the pair of second slide locking portions 34a, 34b are locked with the pair of first slide locking portions 33a, 33 b.
At this time, the pair of second slide locking portions 34a and 34b are locked with the pair of first slide locking portions 33a and 33b, so that the center pin 10 can be prevented from falling off the outer cover 9, and the center pin 10 can be prevented from being displaced in the rotation direction of the outer cover 9. This causes the center pin 10 to be attached to the center portion of the inner lower surface of the outer lid 9.
On the other hand, in the attachment/detachment mechanism 11C, the locking state of the pair of second slide locking portions 34a, 34b with respect to the pair of first slide locking portions 33a, 33b is released by an operation opposite to the above-described operation, that is, by sliding the center pin 10 with respect to the outer lid 9 in a direction (removal direction) opposite to the above-described direction. Thereby, the center pin 10 can be removed from the outer cover 9.
In the attaching/detaching mechanism 11C, the pair of second slide locking portions 34a and 34b are locked to the pair of first slide locking portions 33a and 33b, but at least one locking structure may be provided.
In the cap unit 1C of the present embodiment, the middle pin 10 is detachably attached to the outer cap 9, so that the outer cap 9 and the middle pin 10 can be cleaned separately, and the space between the outer cap 9 and the middle pin 10 can be kept sanitary.
Therefore, in the container with cap 100C provided with such a cap unit 1C, further improvement in convenience of use can be achieved.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be added thereto without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, the lid units 1A, 1B, and 1C are configured to attach the center pin 10 to the container body 2 by screwing in a state of being fitted from the upper opening 2a of the container body 2, but are not necessarily limited to such a configuration. For example, the lid units 1A, 1B, and 1C may be configured to attach the outer lid 9 to the container body 2 by screwing in a state where the upper opening 2a of the container body 2 is covered from the outside.
In this configuration, the external cap 9 (cap body 8) may be detachably attached to the container body 2 by screwing the external screw portion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 2d with the internal screw portion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 9a constituting the external cap 9, instead of the internal screw portion 6 and the external screw portion 14.
The container with lid 100A, 100B, 100C is configured to directly open and close the upper opening 2a of the container body 2, but is not necessarily limited to such a configuration. For example, the cover units 1A, 1B, and 1C may be detachably attached to shoulder members attached to the container body 2.
The lid body may be attached to a lid body attached to the container body 2 so as to be openable and closable. In this case, the lid body may be attached to the lid body by screwing, or the lid body may be attached to the lid body rotatably via the hinge portion.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to a beverage container having a heat retaining function (or a cooling retaining function) by the container body 2 having the vacuum heat insulating structure described above has been exemplified, but the present invention can be widely applied to a capped container having a container body and a lid detachably attached to the container body.
