Conventional film-wrapped liner constructions typically include a base plate and a film that is wrapped in such a manner that the product is placed on the base plate, the product is secured to the base plate by the film being adhered to the base plate, and a completed wrapped structure is formed. In the traditional film packaging lining structure, the size of the product is limited by the original length and the elasticity of the film, and only low products can be packaged. If packaging of higher products is to be achieved, films with lengths longer than the base plate need to be adhered to the base plate, and therefore special film adhering equipment is needed to be used for production, and production cost is high.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a liner 100 capable of forming a sinking structure according to an embodiment of the present invention; it is desirable to provide a liner 100 that can form a submerged structure, and a common field of application for the liner 100 is in the packaging of products 200.
Referring again to fig. 1, and also to fig. 2a-2f, 3a-3g, fig. 2a-2f are schematic views of the liner 100 of fig. 1 in a first package state from an unfolded state; fig. 3a-3g are schematic views of the liner 100 of fig. 1 folded from an unfolded state to a second packaged state.
The inner liner 100 capable of forming a sinking structure comprises a first bottom plate 10 and a film 20 fixedly arranged on the first bottom plate 10, wherein the first bottom plate 10 comprises a carrying plate 11, two adjusting plates 12 and two supporting plates 13, the two adjusting plates 12 are respectively connected to two sides of the carrying plate 11 far away from each other, and the two supporting plates 13 are respectively connected to the other sides of the two adjusting plates 12; the liner 100 is capable of being switched between an expanded state, a first packaged state, and a second packaged state by folding;
in the unfolded state, the length of the film 20 is not greater than the total length of the first base plate 10;
in the first packaging state, the folding length of the first bottom plate 10 and the film 20 is the same, a certain folding angle is formed between the carrying plate 11 and the two supporting plates 13, and the two supporting plates 13 are respectively supported on two sides of the carrying plate 11;
in the second packaging state, the two support plates 13 are respectively supported on two sides of the carrier plate 11, the adjusting plate 12 is folded relative to the support plates 13, and the carrier plate 11 forms a sinking structure to transfer the longer film 20 to correspond to the carrier plate 11.
Compared with the prior art, the liner 100 capable of forming the sinking structure provided by the invention has the advantages that in the unfolded state, the length of the film 20 is not longer than that of the first bottom plate 10, the film 20 can be conveniently fixed on the bottom plate, and the production cost is effectively reduced; meanwhile, the liner 100 provided by the invention can transfer part of the films 20 corresponding to the two adjusting plates 12 to the corresponding positions of the carrying plates 11 through the structure folding mode rather than the film covering process mode skillfully through the sinking structure, so that the lengths of the films 20 corresponding to the carrying plates 11 can be lengthened to different degrees, the containing space 102 formed between the films 20 and the carrying plates 11 can be effectively expanded, the liner 100 can package products 200 with higher heights, and the universality is good.
Referring again to fig. 2a-2f, and also to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic illustration of the liner 100 of fig. 2a-2f folded into a first packaged state; it will be appreciated that in the first packaging state, the film 20 is folded by the first base plate 10 to a length 1 as compared with the folded length of the first base plate 10: 1, in other words, the film 20 corresponding to the supporting plate 13, the adjusting plate 12 and the carrier plate 11 of the first bottom plate 10 will not be transferred to other parts after being folded to the first packaging state, and the length of the film 20 corresponding to each part will remain unchanged. In the first packaging state, the adjusting plate 12 may be coplanar with the carrier plate 11, may be coplanar with the support plate 13, or may be partially coplanar with the carrier plate 11 and partially coplanar with the support plate 13, so long as the lengths of the films 20 corresponding to the support plate 13, the adjusting plate 12, and the carrier plate 11 are not transferred.
Referring again to fig. 3a-3g, and also to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic illustration of the liner 100 of fig. 3a-3g folded into a second packaged state. It should be further noted that, the sinking structure means that the two adjusting plates 12 can form a concave structure with the carrying plate 11 after being folded relative to the two supporting plates 13. When packaging, the bottom of the product 200 can be placed in the concave structure, and the upper part of the product 200 is tightly fixed by the film 20; in this state, the sinking height of the carrier plate 11 and the transferred length of the film 20 can form a larger accommodating space 102 between the film 20 and the carrier plate 11, so that the product 200 with a higher height can be packaged. The transfer length of the film 20 means that the folded part of the film 20 is driven by the two adjusting plates 12, and after being tensioned, the film 20 is separated from the surfaces of the two adjusting plates 12 and transferred to the corresponding position of the carrying plate 11, so that the film 20 at the carrying plate 11 is lengthened, and the carrying plate 11 corresponds to the lengthened film 20 length, namely the transferred film 20 length.
Further, the bottom panel is preferably paperboard, which is inexpensive, easy to fold, and has relatively high supporting and cushioning forces after folding, so that the use of paperboard for packaging product 200 is more cost effective. It will be appreciated that the film 20 is generally a transparent plastic sheet having certain flexibility, extensibility and stretchability, and the particular materials may be selected according to the needs, as long as the packaging of the product 200 is not affected by the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3e again, in one embodiment, the adjusting plate 12 includes a first adjusting plate 121 and a second adjusting plate 122 connected to each other, the first adjusting plate 121 is connected to the supporting plate 13, and the second adjusting plate 122 is connected to the carrying plate 11; in the second packaging state, the first adjustment plate 121 is folded with respect to the support plate 13, and the second adjustment plate 122 is folded with respect to the first adjustment plate 121, so that the two sides of the carrier plate 11, which are remote from each other, respectively form the stud bumps 103. In this way, the stud bumps 103 can relatively increase the supporting and protecting forces of the liner 100 on the sides of the two support plates 13, making the product 200 safer to package.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the stud bump 103 is a square stud bump 103, and it is understood that the stud bump 103 may be a triangular bump or a trapezoidal bump in other embodiments as long as a sinking structure can be formed.
Referring to fig. 3f and 3g again, further, in an embodiment, the four corners of the carrying board 11 are respectively provided with a pre-cutting line 111, and the pre-cutting line 111 extends to the first adjusting board 121; in the second packaging state, the precut line 111 can be folded over and form four limiting angles 112 at the four corners of the carrier plate 11. The four limiting angles 112 can limit the periphery of the product 200, and the film 20 is matched to further ensure the firmness and reliability of the product 200 packaged by the liner 100, so that the risk of sliding and loosening of the product 200 on the carrying plate 11 is reduced or avoided.
Further, in an embodiment, the liner 100 further includes a second bottom plate 30, the second bottom plate 30 includes a fixing plate 31, one supporting plate 13 is connected to one side of the fixing plate 31, and the other supporting plate 13 can be fixedly connected to the other side of the fixing plate 31, so that the liner 100 forms the buffer cavity 101 between the first bottom plate 10 and the second bottom plate 30 in the first package state and the second package state. The buffer chamber 101 can increase the buffer capacity of the bottom of the liner 100, resulting in an increased protection of the liner 100 from the product 200. It will be appreciated that the second bottom plate 30 may not be provided in other embodiments as long as the folded state of the two support plates 13 can be kept fixed.
Further, in the embodiment, one of the fixing plate 31 and the supporting plate 13 is provided with a protruding tongue 311, and the other is provided with a slot 131, and the fixing plate 31 and the supporting plate 13 are inserted and fixed with the slot 131 through the tongue 311. By means of the arrangement, the plug-in cooperation of the plug-in tongue 311 and the slot 131 can enable the structure of the first bottom plate 10 after being folded to be more stable and more reliable to bear the product 200.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the connection between the support plate 13 and the securing plate 31 may be by other means, including but not limited to adhesive bonding.
In the present embodiment, the fixing plate 31 is provided with a protruding tongue 311, and the slot 131 is formed on the supporting plate 13. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the number of the tongues 311 and the corresponding slots 131 may be set according to the requirement, and are not limited herein.
Further, in the embodiment, the second bottom board 30 further includes two sets of side stand boards 32, and the two sets of side stand boards 32 are respectively connected to the other two sides of the fixed board 31, and in the first packaging state and the second packaging state, the side stand boards 32 can be folded and approach the first bottom board 10. So set up, the support strength of inside lining 100 both sides can be increased to two side risers 32, stabilizes the beta structure of first bottom plate 10, and the both sides of buffer chamber 101 can be sealed to two sets of side risers 32 simultaneously, further increases the buffer performance of inside lining 100 bottom.
Further, in the first packaging state or the second packaging state, the heights of the two side vertical plates 32 are higher than the heights of the carrying plate 11 and the cylindrical protrusions 103, so that the two side vertical plates 32 can play a role in shielding or protecting the two sides of the product 200, and the risk of damage to the product 200 caused by direct impact when the liner 100 is collided is avoided or reduced.
Further, in the present embodiment, two side risers 32 are provided for each group, so that the folded two side risers 32 have better supporting strength, are not easy to deform or break, and can provide better buffering protection effect, so as to prevent or reduce the risk of damage to the liner 100 and drop damage to the product 200; further, each side riser 32 is provided with a handle hole 321. So configured, the provision of the handle hole 321 can facilitate the use of a person to pick and place the liner 100 packaged with the product 200.
