In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize the applicability of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
An air outlet device 100 of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, an air outlet device 100 of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the air duct 10, the air duct 10 is mounted on the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000. The air guide pipe 10 has an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is connected with an air conditioner air outlet of the vehicle 1000, and the air outlet is opened towards a riding space of the vehicle 1000.
It can be understood that the air guide pipe 10 is installed on the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000, the air inlet of the air guide pipe 10 is connected with the air-conditioning air outlet of the vehicle 1000, and the air outlet is opened towards the riding space of the vehicle 1000, so that when the air-conditioning of the vehicle 1000 operates, the air blown by the air conditioner can flow onto the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000 through the air guide pipe 10 and then blow into the riding space of the vehicle 1000 from the air outlet, thus the air outlet of the air conditioner is not required to be arranged on the instrument panel of the vehicle 1000, and a larger installation space can be provided for installing the ribbon-shaped large screen on the instrument panel.
Meanwhile, the air guide pipe 10 is installed on the ceiling 30, so that the actual air outlet of the air conditioner is blown out from the upper part of the riding space, but not from the instrument panel, namely, the actual air outlet direction of the air conditioner is changed.
It should be noted that, in the related art, the large band-shaped screen installed on the instrument panel of the vehicle 1000 generally invades the space of the air outlet of the air conditioner, so that the air outlet of the air conditioner on the instrument panel cannot be reasonably arranged, or the installation space on the instrument panel is smaller while the original air outlet of the air conditioner is maintained, so that the large band-shaped screen cannot be installed on the instrument panel due to the fact that the installation space on the instrument panel is smaller.
In the invention, the air guide pipe 10 is arranged on the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000, so that the air conditioner of the vehicle 1000 can guide the air to the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000 through the air guide pipe 10 and then blow the air to the riding space of the vehicle 1000 when the air is discharged, and the air outlet of the air conditioner is not required to be arranged on the instrument panel of the vehicle 1000, namely, the position of the original air outlet of the air conditioner is changed, so that the instrument panel of the vehicle 1000 has a larger space to install the strip-shaped large screen.
According to the air outlet device 100 of the vehicle in the embodiment of the invention, the air guide pipe 10 is installed on the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000, and the air inlet of the air guide pipe 10 is connected with the air outlet of the air conditioner of the vehicle 1000, so that the air blown by the air conditioner can enter the air guide pipe 10, and the air outlet of the air guide pipe 10 is opened towards the riding space of the vehicle 1000, so that the air in the air guide pipe 10 can enter the riding space through the air outlet, and the air conditioner of the vehicle 1000 can provide a larger space for the instrument panel of the vehicle to install the strip-shaped large screen while being used normally.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the air duct 10 includes a first sub-pipe segment 11 and a second sub-pipe segment 12, the first sub-pipe segment 11 is fixed to an a pillar 20 of the vehicle 1000 and is communicated between an air-conditioning outlet and the second sub-pipe segment 12, and the second sub-pipe segment 12 is fixed to a ceiling 30 and is communicated with an end of the first sub-pipe segment 11 facing away from the air-conditioning outlet.
Thus, the air blown out from the air conditioner can be sent to the second sub-pipe section 12 located in the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000 through the first sub-pipe section 11, so that the air blown out from the air conditioner reaches the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000 and then enters the seating space of the vehicle 1000 from the air outlet of the air duct 10.
Meanwhile, the first sub-pipe section 11 is arranged on the A column 20 of the vehicle 1000, so that the air guide pipe 10 can be arranged along the A column 20 and extend to the ceiling 30, and the layout of the air guide pipe 10 is more reasonable, thereby being beneficial to reducing the arrangement difficulty of the air guide pipe 10.
Alternatively, the first sub-pipe section 11 may extend along the extending direction of the a pillar 20, and the second sub-pipe section 12 is connected to the first sub-pipe section 11 in a bending manner and extends backward along the front-rear direction of the vehicle 1000, where it should be noted that the first sub-pipe section 11 may be disposed in the cavity of the a pillar 20, so that the first sub-pipe section 11 is not directly visible and is beneficial to reduce occupation of the riding space, or the first sub-pipe section 11 may be disposed outside the a pillar 20, where the fixing manner of the first sub-pipe section 11 and the a pillar 20 may be a welding connection, a clamping connection, or an adhesive connection, which is not limited herein.
Meanwhile, the second sub-pipe section 12 may be disposed in a cavity in the ceiling 30, so that the second sub-pipe section 12 is not directly visible and is beneficial to reducing occupation of the riding space, or the second sub-pipe section 12 may be disposed on a side of the ceiling 30 facing the riding space, so that the air outlet of the air guide pipe 10 can directly blow towards the riding space.
For example, the first sub-section 11 of the air duct 10 is located in the a-pillar 20 of the automobile, and the first sub-section 11 connects the air-conditioning outlet and the second sub-section 12 so that wind energy blown out from the air conditioner can reach through the first sub-section 11 into the second sub-section 12, thereby allowing wind energy blown out from the air conditioner to reach the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000.
Of course, the arrangement of the first and second sub-sections 11, 12 described above is for illustration only and is not meant to be limiting.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the air outlet includes a first air outlet 111, and the first air outlet 111 is located at a peripheral wall of the first sub-pipe section 11 and is in communication with the seating space.
It should be noted that the first air outlets 111 may be arranged in an array on the peripheral wall of the first sub-pipe section 11 or may be distributed on the peripheral wall of the first sub-pipe section 11 at intervals along the axial direction of the first sub-pipe section 11, where the first air outlets 111 may be configured as waist holes with a diameter of 10mm by 20mm, and the first air outlets 111 may be configured in other forms, which are not described herein.
Further, when the first sub-pipe section 11 sends the air-conditioned air into the second sub-pipe section 12, part of the air-conditioned air is blown out from the first air outlet 111 of the first sub-pipe section 11, in other words, the first sub-pipe section 11 can send the air-conditioned air into the seating space of the vehicle 1000 at the a-pillar 20 of the vehicle 1000 while the air duct 10 blows out from the ceiling 30 toward the seating space.
Therefore, the air outlet area of the air outlet device can be increased, and the air outlet of the air outlet device can flow in different directions towards the riding space, so that the air flow is prevented from being excessively concentrated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-2, the first subsection 11 is located inside the a-pillar 20.
It should be noted that, the first sub-pipe section 11 is located inside the a column 20, so that the first sub-pipe section 11 can be hidden inside the a column 20, so that the first sub-pipe section 11 is not directly visible, and the occupation of the riding space is reduced, which is beneficial to enhancing the experience of the user.
Optionally, in the a pillar 20, in addition to the first sub-tube segment 11, an a pillar shield 22, an a pillar inner panel sheet metal 23, an a pillar reinforcement panel sheet metal 24, a door opening weather strip 40, a safety side curtain air 50, and a vehicle body harness 60 are provided, and an a pillar outer panel sheet metal 25 is provided outside the a pillar 20.
It will be appreciated that the a-pillar guard 22, the a-pillar inner panel sheet metal 23, the a-pillar reinforcement panel sheet metal 24 and the a-pillar outer panel sheet metal 25 together form the a-pillar 20, providing space for the installation of the first sub-tube segment 11, the door opening seal 40, the safety side air curtain 50 and the vehicle body harness 60, while the door opening seal 40, the safety side air curtain 50 and the vehicle body harness 60 enable the functions originally possessed by the vehicle 1000 to be realized while the first sub-tube segment 11 is installed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a side of the a-pillar 20 facing the seating space is provided with a first deflector hole 21, and the first deflector hole 21 is at least partially opposite to the first air outlet 111.
Specifically, the first deflector 21 disposed on the side of the a-pillar 20 facing the riding space is at least partially opposite to the first air outlet 111, so that the air blown out from the first air outlet 111 can enter the riding space through the first deflector 21, so as to avoid the shielding of the air outlet of the first air outlet 111 by the a-pillar 20.
The a-pillar 20 may be provided with a plurality of first diversion holes 21, where the plurality of first diversion holes 21 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first air outlets 111.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the air outlet further includes a second air outlet 121, where the second air outlet 121 is located at the peripheral wall of the second subsection 12 and is in communication with the seating space.
It should be noted that, the second air outlets 121 are also arranged in an array on the peripheral wall of the second sub-pipe section 12 or may be distributed on the peripheral wall of the second sub-pipe section 12 at intervals along the axial direction of the second sub-pipe section 12, where the openings of the second air outlets 121 may also be configured as waist holes of 10mm by 20mm, and the second air outlet holes may also be configured in other forms, which are not described herein.
Thus, when the first sub-pipe section 11 feeds the air-conditioning-blown air into the second sub-pipe section 12, part of the air-conditioning-blown air energy is blown out from the first air outlet 111 of the first sub-pipe section 11, and the other part of the air-conditioning-blown air energy is blown out from the second air outlet 121.
In other words, the first sub-pipe segment 11 can send the air-conditioned air into the seating space of the vehicle 1000 at the a-pillar 20 of the vehicle 1000 while the air guide pipe 10 blows air from the ceiling 30 toward the seating space.
Therefore, the air outlet area of the air outlet device can be increased, and the air outlet of the air outlet device can flow in different directions towards the riding space, so that the air flow is prevented from being excessively concentrated.
Thus, the A column 20 of the vehicle 1000 and the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000 can be provided with the first air outlet 111 and the second air outlet 121 respectively, so that the A column 20 and the ceiling 30 can be provided with the air outlet function of the air conditioner, and the air outlet of the air conditioner is not required to be arranged on the instrument panel, thereby being beneficial to saving the installation space on the instrument panel, and enabling the instrument panel to provide a larger installation space for installing the strip-shaped large screen.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the second subsection 12 is located inside of the ceiling 30.
It will be appreciated that the second sub-section 12 is positioned within the canopy 30 such that the second sub-section 12 is not directly visible and facilitates reducing occupancy of the ride space and enhancing user experience.
In some embodiments, a side of the ceiling 30 facing the seating space is provided with a second deflector hole, which is directly opposite to at least a portion of the second air outlet 121.
Specifically, the side of the ceiling 30 facing the riding space is provided with a second diversion hole, and the second diversion hole is at least partially opposite to the second air outlet 121, so that the air coming out from the second air outlet 121 can enter the riding space through the second diversion hole, and the shielding of the ceiling 30 to the air coming out from the second air outlet 121 is avoided.
Therefore, the second diversion holes can divert wind blown out from the second air outlet 121 into the riding space, so that the position of the original air outlet of the air conditioner is changed, and a larger installation space for installing the strip-shaped large screen is provided for the instrument panel.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the first subsection 11 is positioned on a side of the a-pillar 20 proximate to the door opening seal 40 and/or the second subsection 12 is positioned on a side of the ceiling 30 proximate to the door opening seal 40.
Specifically, the first sub-pipe section 11 is located on one side of the a pillar 20, which is close to the door opening sealing strip 40, and the safety side air curtain 50 is arranged on one side of the first sub-pipe section 11, which is far away from the door opening sealing strip 40, and the safety side air curtain 50 clamps the first sub-pipe section 11 on the a pillar 20 together, and meanwhile, when the first sub-pipe section 11 is located close to the door opening sealing strip 40, the first sub-pipe section 11 is closer to the door glass, so that the air outlet is closer to the door glass when the first air outlet 111 of the first sub-pipe section 11 blows air towards the vehicle interior space, so that the air outlet device has certain defrosting and demisting capacity to the door glass.
Or, the second sub-pipe section 12 located on the ceiling 30 is disposed close to the door opening sealing strip 40, so that the second sub-pipe section 12 is closer to the door glass, and thus, when the second air outlet 121 of the second sub-pipe section 12 blows air towards the vehicle interior space, the air outlet is closer to the door glass, so that the air outlet device has a certain defrosting and demisting capability on the door glass.
Still alternatively, the first sub-pipe section 11 and the second sub-pipe section 12 are both disposed close to the door opening sealing strip 40, so that the air outlet of the air outlet device can be closer to the door glass, so that the air outlet device has a certain defrosting and demisting capability on the door glass.
Of course, the above-described arrangement of the air duct 10 is merely illustrative, and is not meant to be limiting.
The invention also proposes a vehicle 1000.
As shown in fig. 3, a vehicle 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the air outlet device 100 of the vehicle of any one of the above embodiments.
According to the vehicle 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, the air guide pipe 10 of the air outlet device is arranged on the ceiling 30 of the vehicle 1000, and the air inlet of the air guide pipe 10 is connected with the air outlet of the air conditioner of the vehicle 1000, so that the air blown by the air conditioner can enter the air guide pipe 10, and the air outlet of the air guide pipe 10 is opened towards the riding space of the vehicle 1000, so that the air in the air guide pipe 10 can enter the riding space through the air outlet, and the air conditioner of the vehicle 1000 can provide a larger space for the instrument panel of the automobile to install the strip-shaped large screen while being used normally.
