Furthermore, impurities entering between the cleaning cylinder 21 and the through hole pipe cover 23 are cleaned, and it is noted that the columnar water curtain cannot fill the whole clearance ring area 24, and the columnar water curtain is formed only at the position close to the inner side wall of the cleaning cylinder 21 due to the position relation of the liquid outlet ring 511, so that liquid for cleaning cannot enter the filter element 28 through the filtering holes on the through hole pipe cover 23; the round cover plate 25 is provided with a cannula hole 253 for installing the arc cannula 53 in a penetrating way, the sewage disposal assembly 7 is arranged on the lower side of the machine body 1, and cleaned impurities and liquid used for cleaning can be discharged out of the machine body 1 through the sewage disposal assembly 7.
Referring back to fig. 10, since the cleaned foreign substances and cleaning liquid need to be discharged out of the body 1, the drain assembly 7 includes an inclined guide plate 71, a plastic hard pipe 72, and a telescopic hose 73; the inclined guide plate 71 is symmetrically and detachably arranged on the inner bottom wall of the machine body 1, and the scraped impurities on the surface of the filter element 28 and the inner side wall of the through hole pipe cover 23 can be discharged to the inclined guide plate 71 through the lower end of the cleaning barrel 21 by cleaning liquid for cleaning the clearance ring area 24; the plastic hard tube 72 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the machine body 1, the machine body 1 and the inclined guide plate 71 are provided with drain holes 711 communicated with the plastic hard tube 72, and impurities and cleaning liquid can be guided to flow and be discharged into the drain holes 711 under the action of the inclined surface of the inclined guide plate 71; the telescopic hose 73 is fixedly installed at the lower side of the plastic hard pipe 72, and the other end of the telescopic hose 73 can be connected with a sewage drain pipe in a home.
In order to prevent the inclined guide plate 71 from being adhered to and accumulated with stains on the lower surface of the inclined guide plate after long-term use, the inside environment of the machine body 1 is affected, and the inclined guide plate 71 can be replaced after a period of use to ensure the cleanliness of the inside environment of the machine body 1.
Referring back to fig. 1, an acryl transparent plate 14 is fixedly mounted on the outer side wall of the machine body 1, so that the pollution discharge condition inside the machine body 1 can be clearly observed through the acryl transparent plate 14 when the cleaning condition is required to be observed.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
(1) And (3) setting and installing: firstly, the water purifier is installed to be connected with a water supply pipeline in a home, secondly, one end of a telescopic hose 73 below the machine body 1 is connected with a sewage drain pipeline in the home, then tap water in the home can be filtered in normal use, the tap water enters a central pipe 29 and a filter element 28 through a water supply pipe 12 to be filtered, and the filtered water flows out through a return pipe 13 for daily use.
(2) Cleaning a filter element: after the filter element 28 in the machine body 1 is used for a period of time, a large amount of impurities filtered in water are easily accumulated and adhered, so that the filter element 28 needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure normal use and ensure water safety; when the filter element 28 is cleaned, the water supply pipe 12 is firstly closed to stop supplying water to the central pipe 29 and the filter element 28, then the centrifugal cleaning mechanism 3, the internal cleaning mechanism 4 and the annular cleaning mechanism 5 are started to operate, the centrifugal cleaning mechanism 3 can clean a part of impurities by driving the central pipe 29 and the filter element 28 to rotate and utilizing centrifugal force, and the internal cleaning mechanism 4 can clean the impurities attached to the inside of the filter element 28.
(3) Cleaning the inner wall: when the small motor 31 starts to drive the central tube 29 and the filter core 28 to rotate, the side wall cleaning assembly 6 synchronously operates to enable the scraping cleaning ring 62 to vertically slide between the filter core 28 and the through hole pipe cover 23, so that the surface of the filter core 28 and the inner side wall of the through hole pipe cover 23 are scraped and cleaned, cleaning of a clearance ring zone 24 between the cleaning cylinder 21 and the through hole pipe cover 23 is completed through the ring zone cleaning mechanism 5, and the operation of the ring zone cleaning mechanism 5 can continuously wash the inner side wall of the cleaning cylinder 21 with liquid to form a columnar water curtain, so that the aim of cleaning the inner side wall of the cleaning cylinder 21 is fulfilled.
(4) Stain removal: impurities scraped off the surface of the filter element 28 and the inner side wall of the through hole pipe cover 23 and cleaning liquid for cleaning the clearance ring zone 24 can be discharged to the inclined guide plate 71 through the lower end of the cleaning cylinder 21, and can be guided to flow and discharge into the drain hole 711 under the action of the inclined surface of the inclined guide plate 71, and finally the telescopic hose 73 is discharged to the drain pipe.
