Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present invention provides a medical hazardous waste emergency treatment device, comprising a metal bracket 1 and a steam generator 33, the device comprising:
the feeding mechanism is arranged at the beginning of the device and is used for conveying external medical dangerous waste articles;
the stirring mechanism is arranged at the output end of the feeding mechanism and is vertically downwards;
the transmission assembly is arranged at the bottom end of the crushing mechanism and is used for conveying medical dangerous waste articles;
the stirring and sterilizing mechanism is arranged at the output end of the transmission assembly and used for sterilizing the medical hazardous waste;
the sterilizing component is arranged at the bottom end of the feeding mechanism and is used for sterilizing the feeding mechanism;
the metal support 1 top is provided with feeding mechanism, feeding mechanism is including supplementary backplate 2, baffle 3, rotor 4, conveyer belt 5, division board 6 and backing roll 7, two baffles 3 fixed connection are at the inboard on metal support 1 top, supplementary backplate 2 fixed connection is in the one end of baffle 3, rotor 4 rotates the inside of connecting at supplementary backplate 2 both ends, the lateral wall at rotor 4 is connected in the conveyer belt 5 rotation, a plurality of division board 6 fixed connection is in the lateral wall of conveyer belt 5, a plurality of backing rolls 7 rotate the inside of connecting at supplementary backplate 2, a plurality of backing rolls 7 are located conveyer belt 5, feeding mechanism is still including first motor 8, first guide pulley 9, second guide pulley 10, first track 11 and second track 12. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a discharging groove 13 is fixedly connected to one side of the top end of a baffle 3, a lower bin 14 is fixedly connected to one end of the baffle 3, a stirring mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the lower bin 14, the stirring mechanism comprises a placing bin 15, a baffle 16, a rotating shaft 17, stirring wheels 18, a second motor 19, a speed reducer 20 and a gear 21, the placing bin 15 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the lower bin 14, a plurality of baffle 16 are fixedly connected to the two ends of the inner wall of the placing bin 15, two rotating shafts 17 are rotatably connected to the inside of the two ends of the placing bin 15, a plurality of stirring wheels 18 are fixedly connected to the side wall of the rotating shaft 17, a second motor 19 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the placing bin 15, a speed reducer 20 is fixedly connected to the output end of the second motor 19, the output end of the speed reducer 20 is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft 17, the gear 21 is fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating shaft 17, the gears 21 are meshed with each other, the baffle 16 and the stirring mechanism further comprises a hopper 22, a first fixed plate 23, a third motor 24, a rotating shaft 25 and a rotating shaft 25 are fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating shaft 25, and a third motor 25 are fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating shaft 25, which is fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating shaft 25, and the rotating shaft 25, which is fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating shaft 25, and the rotating shaft 25 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, and the other end of the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft and 25, and the rotating shaft 25, and the rotating device is connected to the side and to the rotating and to the side; the medical hazardous waste is equally divided into the lower bin 14, then the medical hazardous waste enters the placing bin 15 through the lower bin 14, meanwhile, the second motor 19 operates to drive the rotating shaft 17 of one of the rotating shafts 17 to rotate through the speed reducer 20, the gears 21 at the other ends of the rotating shafts 17 are meshed, the stirring wheels 18 on the two rotating shafts 17 are enabled to rotate inwards, the medical hazardous waste is further primarily stirred, the torque of the rotating shafts 17 is improved through the speed reducer 20, the stirring wheels 18 on the rotating shafts 17 have enough force to stir harder objects in the medical hazardous waste, when the primarily stirred medical hazardous waste enters the hopper 22, the third motor 24 operates to drive the rotating shaft 25 to rotate, the rotating shaft 25 rotates to drive the cutting wheels 26 to cut the relatively flexible objects in the medical hazardous waste through the cutting wheels 26, the stirring mechanisms enable the medical hazardous waste to be cut into a plurality of small particles, the medical hazardous waste is conveniently and thoroughly killed, and viruses are prevented from being hidden in a killing process due to the fact that viruses are hidden in a killing process thoroughly.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 10, a transmission assembly is disposed at the bottom end of the hopper 22, the transmission assembly includes a connection pipe 27, a fourth motor 28 and a screw-thread transmission member 29, the connection pipe 27 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the hopper 22, the fourth motor 28 is fixedly connected to one end of the connection pipe 27, the screw-thread transmission member 29 is fixedly connected to the output end of the fourth motor 28, one end of the screw-thread transmission member 29 is rotatably connected to the inside of one end of the inner wall of the connection pipe 27, and the output end of the bottom end of the connection pipe 27 is fixedly connected to a pneumatic gate valve 30; the fourth motor 28 is operated to drive the screw conveyor 29 to rotate, and small-particle medical dangerous waste articles are guided into the sterilizing bin 31 by the screw conveyor 29.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8 and 9, a stirring and killing mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of a pneumatic gate valve 30, the stirring and killing mechanism comprises a killing bin 31, an ultraviolet killing machine 32, a steam generator 33, a first conduit 34 and a steam spray nozzle 35, the killing bin 31 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the pneumatic gate valve 30, the two ultraviolet killing machines 32 are fixedly connected to the side wall of the killing bin 31, the first conduit 34 is fixedly connected to the steam generator 33, a plurality of steam spray nozzles 35 are fixedly connected to the side wall of the first conduit 34, one end of the plurality of steam spray nozzles 35 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the killing bin 31, the plurality of steam spray nozzles 35 are positioned below the ultraviolet killing machine 32, the stirring and killing mechanism further comprises a second fixing plate 36, a fifth motor 37, a stirring turntable 38, a cylinder 39, a connecting piece 40 and a blocking ring 41, the second fixing plate 36 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the killing bin 31, the top end of the fifth motor 37 is fixedly connected to the top end of the second fixing plate 36, the cylinder 38 is fixedly connected to the output end of the fifth motor 37, the stirring turntable 39 is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the blocking ring 41, and the stirring turntable 40 is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the blocking ring 41; the pneumatic gate valve 30 operates to seal the top end of the disinfection bin 31, meanwhile, the ultraviolet disinfection machine 32 operates to irradiate and sterilize small-particle medical hazardous waste in the disinfection bin, the steam generator 33 operates to guide high-temperature steam into the first conduit 34, the high-temperature steam is guided into the steam nozzle 35 again through the first conduit 34, the high-temperature steam is guided into the disinfection bin 31 through the steam nozzle 35 to carry out high-temperature steam disinfection on viruses on the small-particle medical hazardous waste, the ultraviolet disinfection machine 32 and the steam generator 33 carry out double disinfection of different modes on the small-particle medical hazardous waste, the use effect of equipment can be improved, meanwhile, the fifth motor 37 operates to drive the stirring turntable 38 to rotate, the small-particle medical hazardous waste in the disinfection bin 31 is continuously overturned through the stirring turntable 38, the small-particle medical hazardous waste is prevented from being regenerated in all aspects, after the disinfection is completed, the air cylinder 39 operates to push the fixing piece 44 to move downwards, the fixing piece 44 moves downwards to the stirring turntable 38 to enable the stirring turntable to move downwards to the stirring turntable 38 to the side wall 38, and the stirring turntable 38 falls down to the side wall 42 due to the centrifugal force to the stirring turntable 38 to be opened, and the stirring turntable 38 is enabled to fall down to the side wall 42 to collect the suspended solids.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the disinfection assembly includes a second conduit 43, a fixing member 44, a pipeline 45 and spray heads 46, the second conduit 43 is fixedly connected to the output end of the steam generator 33, the fixing member 44 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the baffle 3, two ends of the pipeline 45 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the fixing member 44, the pipeline 45 is fixedly connected to one end of the second conduit 43, a plurality of spray heads 46 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the side wall of the pipeline 45, the bottom end of the disinfection bin 31 is fixedly connected with a funnel 42, and three metal support rods are arranged at the bottom end of the funnel 42; the steam generator 33 operates to introduce high-temperature steam into the second conduit 43, and is introduced into the pipeline 45 through the second conduit 43, and then the high-temperature steam is sprayed out through the spraying head 46, so that the conveyor belt 5 and the partition plate 6 are sterilized through the high-temperature steam, residual viruses caused by the placement of medical hazardous waste products by the conveyor belt 5 and the partition plate 6 are avoided, propagation of the viruses is prevented, and the sterilized small-particle medical hazardous waste products are intensively treated through the arrangement of the hopper 42.
The working flow and principle of the invention are as follows: the first motor 8 is operated to drive the first guide wheel 9 of one of them to rotate, the second guide wheel 10 and the rotating roller 4 of one of them are rotated through the first caterpillar band 11, the rotating roller 4 of the other one is rotated through the second caterpillar band 12, the two rotating rollers 4 rotate to drive the conveyor belt 5 to rotate upwards, then the medical hazardous waste is poured into the discharge groove 13 in a concentrated manner, the medical hazardous waste is guided onto the conveyor belt 5 through the discharge groove 13, a large amount of medical hazardous waste components are divided into a plurality of equal parts by the conveyor belt 5 and the partition plate 6 to be conveyed upwards, a large amount of medical hazardous waste can be conveniently and rapidly conveyed into the sterilizing treatment, the medical hazardous waste treatment efficiency is improved, the virus breeding and spreading caused by the long-time placement of the medical hazardous waste are reduced, the aliquoting medical hazardous waste enters the discharging bin 14, and then enters the placing bin 15 through the discharging bin 14, meanwhile, the second motor 19 operates to drive one of the rotating shafts 17 to rotate through the speed reducer 20, the gears 21 at the other end of the rotating shafts 17 are meshed to enable the crushing wheels 18 on the two rotating shafts 17 to rotate inwards, so that preliminary crushing of medical dangerous waste articles is achieved, the torque of the rotating shafts 17 is improved through the speed reducer 20, the crushing wheels 18 on the rotating shafts 17 have enough force to crush the harder articles in the medical dangerous waste articles, when the primarily crushed medical dangerous waste articles enter the hopper 22, the third motor 24 operates to drive the rotating shafts 25 to rotate, the rotating shafts 25 rotate to drive the cutting knife wheels 26, the flexible articles in the medical dangerous waste articles are cut through the cutting knife wheels 26, the medical dangerous waste articles are cut and crushed into a plurality of small particles through the crushing mechanism, the medical dangerous waste articles are convenient to later thoroughly and thoroughly kill viruses, the method avoids virus concealment in the sterilization process caused by overlarge medical hazardous waste, causes incomplete virus transmission in sterilization, operates the fourth motor 28 to drive the screw conveying member 29 to rotate, utilizes the screw conveying member 29 to guide small-particle medical hazardous waste into the sterilization bin 31, operates the pneumatic gate valve 30 to seal the top end of different modes on the small-particle medical hazardous waste through the ultraviolet sterilization machine 32 and the steam generator 33, the device can deal with various virus sterilization and improve the using effect of the device, meanwhile, the fifth motor 37 operates to drive the stirring rotary table 38 to rotate, small-particle medical hazardous waste in the sterilization bin 31 is continuously overturned through the stirring rotary table 38, the medical hazardous waste is subjected to full-scale sterilization treatment through the continuous overturning, the virus is prevented from breeding and spreading again, after sterilization, the air cylinder 39 operates to push the fixing piece 44 to move downwards, the fixing piece 44 moves downwards to enable the blocking ring 41 to move downwards, the notch on the side wall of the stirring rotary table 38 is opened, the small-particle medical hazardous waste falls into the funnel 42 from the notch on the side wall of the stirring rotary table 38 due to centrifugal force through the rotation of the stirring rotary table 38, then concentrated collection treatment is carried out, the steam generator 33 operates to guide high-temperature steam into the second guide pipe 43, and the high-temperature steam is sprayed out through the spraying head 46 after being led into the pipeline 45 through the second conduit 43, and the conveyer belt 5 and the partition plate 6 are disinfected through the high-temperature steam, so that residual viruses caused by the placement of medical dangerous wastes on the conveyer belt 5 and the partition plate 6 are avoided, and the propagation of the viruses is prevented.

after the top end of the sterilizing bin (31) is sealed by the pneumatic gate valve (30), small-particle medical hazardous waste in the sterilizing bin is irradiated and sterilized by the ultraviolet sterilizing machine (32), high-temperature steam is led into the first guide pipe (34) by the steam generator (33), the high-temperature steam is led into the steam nozzle (35) again by the first guide pipe (34), and viruses on the small-particle medical hazardous waste are steamed and killed at high temperature by the steam nozzle (35) after being led into the sterilizing bin (31), so that double sterilization is carried out; meanwhile, the fifth motor (37) drives the stirring rotary table (38) to rotate, the stirring rotary table (38) enables small-particle medical hazardous waste in the sterilizing bin (31) to be continuously turned over, and the medical hazardous waste is subjected to all-aspect sterilizing treatment through the continuous turning over; after the sterilization is completed, the air cylinder (39) pushes the fixing piece (44) to move downwards, the fixing piece (44) moves downwards to enable the blocking ring (41) to move downwards, the notch of the side wall of the stirring rotary table (38) is opened, small-particle medical dangerous waste products drop into the funnel (42) from the notch of the side wall of the stirring rotary table (38) due to centrifugal force through rotation of the stirring rotary table (38), then concentrated collection treatment is carried out, the steam generator (33) operates to guide high-temperature steam into the second guide pipe (43), the steam is guided into the pipeline (45) through the second guide pipe (43), the high-temperature steam is sprayed out through the spraying head (46), and the conveying belt (5) and the partition plate (6) are sterilized through the high-temperature steam.

6. The medical critical waste emergency treatment device according to claim 1, wherein: the sterilizing bin (31) is fixedly connected with a funnel (42) at the bottom end, and three metal support rods are arranged at the bottom end of the funnel (42).
7. A method of treating a medical critical waste emergency treatment device as defined in claim 5, comprising the steps of:
s1, driving a conveyor belt (5) to rotate by a first motor (8) and a rotating roller (4), and rapidly conveying a part of medical hazardous waste into a discharging bin (14) by using the conveyor belt (5) and a partition plate (6);
s2, operating a second motor (19), rotating a mincing wheel (18) through a rotating shaft (17) and a gear (21) to pulverize hard objects in medical dangerous waste materials, and rotating a cutting knife wheel (26) through a third motor (24) to pulverize flexible objects in medical dangerous waste materials;
s3, operating a fourth motor (28) to enable the threaded conveying member (29) to rotate, and conveying the finely crushed medical hazardous waste into the sterilizing bin (31) through rotation of the threaded conveying member (29);
s4, driving a stirring rotary table (38) to rotate through a fifth motor (37) to stir the finely-divided medical dangerous waste articles, and destroying viruses in the finely-divided medical dangerous waste articles through an ultraviolet eliminator (32) and a steam generator (33).
