It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other.
The embodiment of the application provides a mounting assembly for mounting a piece to be mounted on a mounting surface 81, as shown in fig. 1 to 20, the mounting assembly comprises a fixing seat 1, a base 3 and a connecting assembly 2, and the connecting assembly 2 comprises a connecting piece 21 and a limiting device 22; the fixed seat 1 is arranged to be connected with a piece to be mounted, and the base 3 is arranged to be connected with the mounting surface 81; the connecting piece 21 is respectively connected with the base 3 and the fixed seat 1, and the connecting piece 21 is arranged to be switchable between a locking state and an unlocking state so as to adjust the position relation between the fixed seat 1 and the base 3 and enable the piece to be installed to be close to or far away from the installation surface 81; the limiting device 22 cooperates with the connecting member 21 to limit the connecting member 21 to a locked state so that the member to be mounted is adjacent to the mounting surface 81.
In the embodiments of the present application, the mounting assembly is described as being used on a toilet device for ease of understanding, however, the mounting assembly may be used on other devices for similar use.
The cover plate 7 of the toilet device may be used as a member to be mounted, and the toilet body is provided with a mounting surface 81 for mounting the cover plate 7. The fixing base 1 is detachably connected with a member to be mounted, and the base 3 is detachably mounted on the mounting surface 81. The fixing base 1 and the base 3 are connected through the connecting piece 21, and the connecting piece 21 can be switched between a locking state and an unlocking state.
When the connecting piece 21 is in the locking state, the toilet device is in a use mode, the cover plate 7 is close to the mounting surface 81, and the cover plate 7 can be freely turned over to be buckled on the toilet body. After the toilet device is used for a certain time, more dirt is accumulated in the gap between the cover plate 7 and the toilet body, the connecting piece 21 is switched to the unlocking state, the toilet device is in a cleaning mode, the cover plate 7 is far away from the mounting surface 81, and the smaller gap between the cover plate 7 and the mounting surface 81 is enlarged, so that a user can conveniently extend tools such as a brush into the gap to clean the dirt.
The limiting device 22 is matched with the connecting piece 21, and limiting is carried out when the connecting piece 21 is in a locking state, in other words, the limiting device 22 limits the toilet device in a use mode, so that the situation that the connecting piece 21 is automatically switched to an unlocking state due to unexpected stress and the like in the normal use process is avoided, and the use experience of a user is prevented from being influenced.
According to the mounting assembly provided by the embodiment of the application, the distance between the mounting piece and the mounting surface 81 can be adjusted, the connecting piece 21 is switched to be in the locking state or the unlocking state, the distance between the mounting piece and the mounting surface 81 can be set to be a smaller value or a larger value, dirt at the joint of the mounting piece and the mounting surface 81 can be conveniently cleaned, and when the mounting assembly is applied to a toilet, a user can conveniently clean dirt accumulated in a gap of the cover plate 7, and the cleaning performance and the practicability of the toilet can be effectively improved. And, through switching connecting piece 21 to locking state or unblock state can stimulate apron 7 or make apron 7 reset, the user need not to carry out complicated dismouting work and can accomplish the cleanness that realizes apron 7, has improved the practicality of installation component and the use convenience of closestool.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the limiting device 22 includes a limiting member 221, the limiting member 221 is limited to the fixing base 1, and a limiting hole 32 is provided on the base 3; the stopper 221 and the stopper hole 32 are provided as follows: at least a part of the limiting piece 221 is inserted into the limiting hole 32 to limit the connecting piece 21 in a locking state, so that the base 3 and the fixed seat 1 are kept relatively static; the limiting piece 221 is separated from the limiting hole 32, so that the connecting piece 21 is switched to an unlocking state, and the base 3 and the fixing seat 1 can move relatively.
The limiting piece 221 is limited on the fixed seat 1 and rotates along with the fixed seat 1 relative to the base 3. The limiting piece 221 can move relative to the fixed seat 1 to be inserted into the limiting hole 32 on the base 3, so that the positions of the fixed seat 1 and the base 3 are relatively fixed, the fixed seat 1 can not move relative to the base 3 any more, the connecting piece 21 is limited in a locking state, the whole toilet device is in a normal use state, and the cover plate 7 can be freely turned over to be buckled on the toilet body. The limiting piece 221 can also move relative to the fixed seat 1 so as to be separated from the limiting hole 32, so that the limitation on the position of the fixed seat 1 is released, the fixed seat 1 can move relative to the base 3, the cover plate 7 is far away from the mounting surface 81, and a smaller gap between the original cover plate 7 and the mounting surface 81 is enlarged, so that a user can conveniently extend tools such as a brush into the gap to clean dirt.
The stopper 221 may be a stopper rod.
It should be understood that the spacing device 22 may also be in other forms, such as a magnetically attractable structure: when the fixing seat 1 is close to the base 3, the fixing seat 1 and the base 3 are fixed by utilizing magnetic force, so that relative movement of the two is avoided due to unexpected situations, when the connecting piece 21 is required to be switched to an unlocking state, a user forcefully moves the fixing seat 1 to overcome the magnetic attraction between the two, the cover plate 7 is far away from the mounting surface 81, and a smaller gap between the original cover plate 7 and the mounting surface 81 is increased.
In addition, in some cases, the limiting hole 32 may also be disposed on the connecting piece 21, so that the connecting piece 21 may be limited in the locked state after the limiting piece 221 is inserted into the limiting hole 32.
In an exemplary embodiment, the spacing device 22 further includes a drive mechanism; the driving mechanism is in linkage fit with the limiting piece 221 so as to drive the limiting piece 221 to be inserted into the limiting hole 32 and/or to be separated from the limiting hole 32.
The driving mechanism drives the limiting piece 221 to move, so that the limiting piece 221 is inserted into the limiting hole 32 to be limited and is separated from the limiting hole 32 to release the limitation.
The driving mechanism can adopt a manual operation mode to simplify the structure of the installation assembly, reduce the cost of the installation assembly and improve the working reliability of the installation assembly; the driving mechanism can also adopt an electric driving mode, and the limiting piece 221 is driven to move through structures such as a driving motor and the like, so that the degree of automation of the installation assembly and the toilet device is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the driving mechanism includes a driving member 223 and a rotating member 222 that are in linkage fit, where the rotating member 222 is in linkage fit with the limiting member 221, and the driving member 223 drives the rotating member 222 to rotate, so that the rotating member 222 drives the limiting member 221 to insert into the limiting hole 32 or withdraw from the limiting hole 32.
The driving member 223 drives the rotating member 222 to rotate, and the rotating member 222 drives the limiting member 221 to move so as to be inserted into the limiting hole 32 or be separated from the limiting hole 32. By using the rotating member 222 as an intermediate member, the structural layout of the whole limiting device 22 can be optimized, and the excessive length of the limiting device 22 in one direction can be avoided, so that the dimension of the whole installation assembly in one direction is excessively large.
The driving member 223 may move in a straight line, and the rotation member 222 converts the straight line motion of the driving member 223 into a rotation motion around the rotation shaft; the stopper 221 moves in a straight line, and the stopper 221 converts the rotational movement of the rotator 222 into the own straight line movement so as to be inserted into the stopper hole 32 or to be withdrawn from the stopper hole 32.
As shown in fig. 13, at this time, the connector 21 is in the locked state, and the stopper 221 is partially inserted into the stopper hole 32. The user presses the free end of the driving member 223 in the S1 direction, and the limiting member 221 moves in the S2 direction and is separated from the limiting hole 32 by the transmission of the intermediate rotating member 222, and the connecting member 2 is switched from the locked state to the unlocked state, i.e., the driving member 223 and the limiting member 221 move in opposite directions.
After the user finishes cleaning, the fixing base 1 is pushed to be attached to the base 3, after the fixing base 1 is restored to the correct position, the user releases the driving piece 223, and under the action of the resetting device, the limiting piece 221 moves along the S1 direction and is partially inserted into the limiting hole 32, and the connecting piece 21 is switched from the unlocking state to the locking state. The driving member 223 is moved in the S2 direction by the transmission of the intermediate rotation member 222 so that the free end is exposed to the mounting housing 15, so that the user can press the free end of the driving member 223 next time.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 6 and 10, the driving member 223 is in linkage fit with the first end of the rotating member 222, and the limiting member 221 is in linkage fit with the second end of the rotating member 222; the center of rotation of the rotator 222 is located between the first end of the rotator 222 and the second end of the rotator 222.
The driving member 223 and the limiting member 221 are respectively connected to two ends of the rotating member 222, and the driving member 223 and the limiting member 221 do not interfere with each other in the linear motion process. The rotation center of the rotation member 222 is located between the first end of the rotation member 222 and the second end of the rotation member 222, and specifically, the rotation center may be located right-to-left between the first end and the second end, in other words, the rotation member 222 may have a structure symmetrical about the rotation center. The driving member 223 and the limiting member 221 are respectively connected to the first end and the second end of the rotating member 222, and form a central symmetrical structure with the rotation center as a symmetry center.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, one of the first end of the rotation member 222 and the driving member 223 is provided with a first connection protrusion 2221, the other one is provided with a first limit groove 2231, the first connection protrusion 2221 is inserted into the first limit groove 2231, and the first connection protrusion 2221 is in clearance fit with the first limit groove 2231, so that the driving member 223 can move along a straight line and drive the rotation member 222 to rotate; and/or, one of the second end of the rotating member 222 and the limiting member 221 is provided with a second connection protrusion 2222, the other one is provided with a second limiting groove 2211, the second connection protrusion 2222 is inserted into the second limiting groove 2211, and the second connection protrusion 2222 is in clearance fit with the second limiting groove 2211, so that the rotating member 222 can drive the limiting member 221 to move along a straight line.
The first end of the rotating member 222 is movably connected to the driving member 223, for example: the first end of the rotating member 222 is provided with a first limiting protrusion, the driving member 223 is provided with a first limiting groove 2231, and the first limiting protrusion is inserted into the first limiting groove 2231 to form a connection.
The first coupling projection 2221 is clearance-fitted with the first stopper groove 2231, in other words, the size (e.g., inner diameter) of the first stopper groove 2231 is larger than the size of the first coupling projection 2221. In the process of converting the linear motion of the driving member 223 into the rotational motion of the rotating member 222, the driving member 223 generates a trend of moving along the direction perpendicular to the length direction thereof in addition to the linear motion along the length direction thereof; the connection manner between the first connection protrusion 2221 and the first limit groove 2231 is set to be a clearance fit so as to counteract the aforementioned tendency of the driving piece 223 to move in the direction perpendicular to the length direction thereof, thereby ensuring that the movement path of the driving piece 223 is a straight line.
The height direction of the first limiting protrusion may be perpendicular to the movement direction of the driving member 223, so as to ensure that the first limiting protrusion is reliably connected with the first limiting groove 2231 in the process of linear movement of the driving member 223, and is not disengaged all the time.
The second end of the rotating member 222 is movably connected to the limiting member 221, for example: the second end of the rotating member 222 is provided with a second limiting protrusion, the limiting member 221 is provided with a second limiting groove 2211, and the second limiting protrusion is inserted into the second limiting groove 2211 to form a connection.
The second coupling projection 2222 is clearance-fitted with the second stop groove 2211, in other words, the size (e.g., inner diameter) of the second stop groove 2211 is larger than the size of the second coupling projection 2222. In the process of converting the rotation motion of the rotation member 222 into the linear motion of the limiting member 221, the limiting member 221 generates a trend of moving along the direction perpendicular to the length direction of itself in addition to the linear motion along the length direction of itself; the connection manner between the second connection protrusion 2222 and the second limit groove 2211 is set to be a clearance fit so as to counteract the aforementioned tendency of the movement of the limiting member 221 in the direction perpendicular to the length direction thereof, and ensure that the movement path of the limiting member 221 is a straight line.
The height direction of the second limiting protrusion may be perpendicular to the movement direction of the limiting member 221, so as to ensure that the second limiting protrusion is reliably connected with the second limiting groove 2211 in the process of linear movement of the limiting member 221, and is not disengaged all the time.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, 12 and 13, the fixing base 1 is provided with a first chute 11 extending in a straight line direction, and the stopper 221 is slidably engaged with the first chute 11; and/or the fixing base 1 is provided with a second sliding groove 12 extending along the straight line direction, and the driving piece 223 is in sliding fit with the second sliding groove 12.
The stopper 221 is slidably installed in the first chute 11, and the stopper 221 is moved in a straight line in cooperation with the aforementioned clearance fit manner of the first coupling projection 2221 and the first stopper groove 2231.
It should be understood that the engagement between the first connection protrusion 2221 and the first limiting groove 2231 is not necessarily required to be a clearance engagement, for example: the limiting piece 221 and the first chute 11 may be in clearance fit, so that the limiting piece 221 moves along the length direction of the limiting piece, and meanwhile, a certain displacement amount exists in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the limiting piece, and the rotation movement of the rotating piece 222 can still be ensured to be converted into the linear movement of the limiting piece 221.
The driving member 223 is slidably installed in the second sliding groove 12, and the driving member 223 is moved in a straight line by being engaged with the aforementioned clearance fit between the second connection protrusion 2222 and the second limit groove 2211.
It should be understood that the engagement between the second connection protrusion 2222 and the second limit groove 2211 is not necessarily required to be a clearance engagement, for example: the driving member 223 and the second chute 12 may be in clearance fit, so that the driving member 223 can move along its own length direction and has a certain displacement in the direction perpendicular to its own length direction, and the linear motion of the driving member 223 can still be ensured to be converted into the rotary motion of the rotating member 222.
In an exemplary embodiment, the limiting device 22 is mounted on the fixing base 1, and the driving member 223 is partially exposed to the fixing base 1, as shown in fig. 13 and 14; and/or, one of the fixing base 1 and the rotating member 222 is provided with a first rotating shaft 2223, and the other is provided with a rotating groove 13, and the first rotating shaft 2223 is inserted into the rotating groove 13 and is in rotating fit with the rotating groove 13, as shown in fig. 4, 6, 10 and 12.
The limiting device 22 is installed in the fixing base 1, and the driving piece 223 is partially exposed outside the fixing base 1, for example: the driving piece 223, the rotating piece 222 and the limiting piece 221 are installed in the fixed seat 1, the free end of the driving piece 223 is exposed out of the fixed seat 1, and a user presses the free end of the driving piece 223 to enable the driving piece 223 to linearly move along the second sliding groove 12, so that the rotating piece 222 is driven to rotate, and the limiting piece 221 is driven to linearly move so as to be inserted into the limiting hole 32.
The user can pull the free end of the driving member 223 to make the driving member 223 linearly move in the opposite direction in the second chute 12, so as to drive the rotating member 222 to rotate in the opposite direction, and drive the limiting member 221 to linearly move in the opposite direction, so as to be separated from the limiting hole 32. Of course, a resetting device can also be provided here, in other words, the stop 221 is automatically released from the stop hole 32 under the action of the resetting device after the user no longer presses the free end of the driving member 223.
In an exemplary embodiment, the driving mechanism is configured to drive the stopper 221 out of the stopper hole 32; the mounting assembly further includes a reset device that cooperates with the stopper 221 to drive at least a portion of the stopper 221 into the stopper hole 32 with its reset force.

When the user releases the driving member 223, the reset device drives the limiting member 221 to be at least partially inserted into the limiting hole 32, so as to limit again.
In actual use, when the connecting piece 21 is in the locked state, that is, the toilet device is in the use mode, the user can press the driving piece 223 to be exposed out of the free end of the fixing base 1, so as to release the locked state of the connecting piece 21 and switch to the unlocked state, and the toilet device is in the cleaning mode, so that the user can clean the gap between the cover plate 7 and the mounting surface 81. After the cleaning is finished, the fixing base 1 is pushed towards the base 3, so that the fixing base 1 and the base 3 are attached, and under the action of the resetting device, the limiting piece 221 can be automatically inserted into the limiting hole 32 without resetting operation of a user.
Of course, in the process of moving the fixing base 1 towards the base 3 (i.e. when the fixing base 1 is not yet attached to the base 3), in order to avoid the interference problem caused by the protrusion of the limiting member 221 under the action of the resetting device, the user may press the driving member 223 in the process of moving the fixing base 1, and when the fixing base 1 is attached to the base 3, the user releases the driving member 223, so that the limiting member 221 can be automatically inserted into the limiting hole 32 under the action of the resetting device.
