Powder mixture in the coffee machine enters the outlet assembly 30 from the powder inlet 343 on the outlet cover 34, and coffee liquid in the coffee machine enters the outlet assembly 30 from the beverage inlet 341 on the outlet cover 34; steam and air in the coffee machine enter the frother 33 through a fluid inlet 332 on the frother 33 and milk in the milk tank enters the frother 33 through a milk inlet 334 on the frother 33, the frother 33 having a first outlet 331 as a milk (frother) outlet. Two independent channels are formed in the outlet cover 34, and different liquids can be provided through the powder channel 325 and the beverage containing cavity 324 which are separated on the fixing frame 32, so that more choices are provided for users, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 20 is formed with a mounting cavity 327 on a side of the mounting bracket 32 facing the mounting bracket 20, the beverage accommodating cavity 324 is formed on a side of the mounting bracket 32 facing away from the mounting bracket 20, the beverage pipeline is communicated with the second outlet 322 through the beverage accommodating cavity 324, the milk foam device 33 is accommodated in the mounting cavity 327, and at least a part of an opening of the mounting cavity 327 is shielded by the base 31. The milk foam device 33 is limited by the space in the mounting cavity 327 and a part of the base 31, so that the disassembly and assembly of the components are convenient, and the reliability of assembly can be ensured. The first outlet 331 of the milk foam device 33 is located at the bottom of the installation cavity 327 of the fixing frame 32, and the second outlet 322 and the powder outlet 326 are also located at the bottom of the fixing frame 32, and because the first outlet 331 serving as a milk (milk foam) outlet is adjacent to the second outlet 322 serving as a coffee outlet and the powder outlet 326 by the fixing frame 32, a user can put a cup at the same position, so that various types of beverages (such as pure coffee, hot milk foam, coffee with milk, coffee with hot milk foam, powder mixed liquor, coffee with powder mixed liquor, etc.) can be obtained.
Further, the fixing frame 32 includes a top plate 3271, a bottom plate 3272, and two side plates 3273 connecting the top plate 3271 and the bottom plate 3272, wherein the top plate 3271 is provided with a positioning hole 3275, one of the side plates 3273 is provided with a first positioning opening 3276, the bottom plate 3272 is provided with a second positioning opening 3277, the fluid inlet 332 of the milk foam device 33 is inserted into the positioning hole 3275, the milk inlet 334 of the milk foam device is inserted into the first positioning opening 3276, and the first outlet 331 is inserted into the second positioning opening 3277. In this way, a more accurate mounting of the milk foam 33 on the holder 32 can be achieved. In addition, in order to save installation space in cooperation with the structure of the milk foam apparatus 33, the two side plates 3273 may be configured in a stepped shape, that is, the distance between the two side plates 3273 increases from the top plate 3271 to the bottom plate 3272, the stepped surfaces 3278 of the two side plates 3273 may be flush with the top of the beverage receiving cavity 324, the outlet cover 34 may be provided with a notch 348, the notch 348 may be clamped at a narrower portion of the two side plates 3273, and both sides of the notch 348 may be supported on the stepped surfaces 3278, so that installation and positioning between the outlet cover 34 and the fixing frame 32 are very convenient, and great convenience is brought to a user to disassemble and assemble the cleaning outlet assembly 30.
In this embodiment, a cavity 311 is formed in the base 31, the bottom of the cavity 311 is hollow, a supporting rib plate 315 extending into the cavity 311 is provided on one side of the bottom adjacent to the milk foam device 33, the fixing frame 32 is installed in the cavity 311 and supported on the supporting rib plate 315, and the first outlet 331 and the second outlet 322 are exposed from the bottom of the cavity 311. The outlet assembly 30 is more accurately installed and positioned by the reinforced guidance of the positioning ribs 317 and the guide ribs 262 on the clamping plate 313. The mounting block 26 has a first magnetic attraction member 266 on the front side, and a second magnetic attraction member 316 on the base 31, and the first magnetic attraction member 266 and the second magnetic attraction member 316 are attracted to each other. Through the magnetic attraction fit, the hand feeling of the user for installing the outlet assembly 30 can be improved, and the connection stability state of the outlet assembly 30 and the installing support 20 of the coffee machine can be further enhanced. In addition, a decorative member 35 is provided around the outer side of the base 31 to enhance the overall visual impact of the coffee machine and to enhance the feeling when the user operates the assembly/disassembly outlet assembly.
When the outlet assembly 30 needs to be removed for cleaning, the milk supply pipe connected to the milk inlet 334 in the coffee machine and the powder mixture pipe connected to the powder inlet 343 in the coffee machine can be pulled out first, the first lifting portion 541 and the second lifting portion 532 are pressed to release the lock between the pressing plate 50 and the mounting bracket 20, then the first lifting portion 541 and the second lifting portion 532 are operated to be lifted upwards to disconnect the fluid connector 52 from the fluid inlet 332, the outlet assembly 30 is held and pulled out to the outside of the coffee machine, and the outlet assembly 30 can be removed. The holder 32 of the outlet assembly 30 is then separated from the base 31, and the frother 33 and the outlet cover 34 are detached from the holder 32, so that each element can be separated and cleaned. The cleaning and then the sequential assembly are carried out, so that the disassembly is very convenient.
Of course, the outlet assembly mounting structure described above is not limited to use in coffee machines, but may be used in other beverage brewing machines, such as tea machines or other beverage brewing devices.
Referring to fig. 13, in the coffee maker according to the embodiment of the present application, the coffee maker includes a main body 1, an outlet assembly mounting structure is provided on the main body 1, wherein a mounting bracket 20 may be configured as a part of the main body 1, the coffee maker further includes a front cover 2, and the front cover 2 can shield a front portion of the mounting bracket, so that a pressure plate 50 for operation is hidden at a rear side of the front cover 2 to prevent an erroneous operation thereof. Of course, the outlet assembly 30 may be positioned at any suitable location on the main body based on the different configurations of the coffee maker.
In the above embodiment, the first outlet 331 and the second outlet 322 are both disposed at the bottom of the fixing frame 32, the milk foam device 33 is disposed on the fixing frame 32, the fixing frame 32 is mounted on the base 31, the base 31 and the mounting bracket 20 are detachable, the integrated design of the coffee outlet and the milk (milk foam) outlet is realized, and each functional group adopts the modularized design, so that the user can conveniently mount and dismount, and the cleaning is convenient. In addition, by operating the pressure plate 50, the connection of the pipeline can be realized, the outlet assembly 30 can be locked and unlocked relative to the mounting bracket 20, different functions can be realized by operating the same element and performing single operation, the operation is simple, and the whole structure is more compact.

a mounting bracket;
the outlet assembly comprises a base, a fixing frame arranged on the base and a milk foam device, wherein the milk foam device is arranged on the fixing frame, the base is detachably connected to the mounting bracket, the milk foam device is provided with a first outlet, the first outlet is exposed from the bottom of the fixing frame, the bottom of the fixing frame is provided with a second outlet, the first outlet is configured as a discharge outlet of a milk pipeline, and the second outlet is configured as a discharge outlet of a beverage pipeline;
the method is characterized in that: the milk foam device comprises a mounting bracket, and is characterized by further comprising a pressing plate connected to the mounting bracket, wherein a fluid connector is connected to the pressing plate, the milk foam device is provided with a fluid inlet, and the pressing plate moves relative to the mounting bracket to drive the fluid connector to be communicated with or disconnected from the fluid inlet.
2. The outlet assembly mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the pressure plate is provided with a locking portion and an unlocking portion, the mounting bracket is provided with a clamping portion, the locking portion is clamped with the clamping portion, the pressure plate is locked relative to the mounting bracket, and the unlocking portion drives the locking portion to be separated from the clamping portion so as to release the locking fluid inlet of the pressure plate.
3. The outlet assembly mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the pressure plate includes a mounting plate connected to the fluid joint, a first handle portion protruding upward is provided on a front side of the mounting plate, a second handle portion spaced front and back from the first handle portion is further provided on the pressure plate, a gap providing an operation space is provided between the second handle portion and a rear side edge of the mounting plate, the second handle portion is configured as the unlocking portion, and the locking portion is provided below the second handle portion.

The outlet assembly mounting structure of claim 3, wherein the pressure plate comprises a first extension arm and a second extension arm extending rearward from two sides of the mounting plate, the pressure plate is pivotally connected to the mounting bracket via the first extension arm and the second extension arm, a connecting rib plate is disposed between the first extension arm and the second extension arm, the connecting rib plate is disposed on one side adjacent to the mounting plate, and the second handle portion protrudes upward from the connecting rib plate.

The vent assembly mounting structure of claim 2, wherein the pressure plate is pivotally connected to the mounting bracket, one of the pressure plate and the mounting bracket is provided with a track groove, and the other of the pressure plate and the bracket is provided with a guide protrusion that moves along the track groove to limit rotation of the pressure plate within a predetermined track.

The outlet assembly mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the mounting bracket comprises a base plate having a front side and an opposite rear side, the front side being formed with a recess, both sides of the recess being provided with guide grooves extending forward and backward, both sides of the top of the base being provided with guide ribs extending forward and backward, the guide ribs being inserted into the guide grooves.

The outlet assembly mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein a mounting block is provided at the bottom of the mounting bracket, the base has a cavity for accommodating the fixing frame, the base further includes a clamping plate extending from the outer side of the cavity toward the mounting bracket, the mounting block is provided with a guide rib extending forward and backward, the clamping plate is provided with a positioning rib, and the clamping plate is connected to the periphery of the mounting block by the cooperation of the positioning rib and the guide rib.
8. The outlet assembly mounting structure of claim 7, wherein a first magnetic attraction piece is arranged on the front side of the mounting block, a second magnetic attraction piece is arranged on the base, and the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece are attracted correspondingly.
9. The exit device mounting structure of claim 1 wherein the mounting bracket includes a base plate having a shroud attached thereto, the shroud extending upwardly from the base plate and including opposed first and second side plates, the first to second side plates being oriented perpendicular to the front to rear side of the base plate, the shroud including first and second extension arms extending rearwardly from both sides, the first and second extension arms being pivotally attached to the first and second side plates, respectively.
10. The outlet assembly mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the outlet assembly further comprises an outlet cover, the mount is provided with a beverage receiving cavity, the outlet cover is provided with a beverage inlet, the outlet cover is mounted on the mount and closes the opening of the beverage receiving cavity, and the beverage inlet is communicated with the beverage line and is communicated with the second outlet through the beverage receiving cavity.
11. The spout assembly mounting structure of claim 10, wherein the spout cover is constructed of a silicone or rubber material, and a boss is formed at a bottom of the spout cover, and the boss is mounted in the beverage receiving cavity by interference fit.
12. The outlet assembly mounting structure of claim 10 wherein said outlet cover is further provided with a powder inlet, said mount is provided with a powder channel spaced from said beverage receiving cavity, said powder channel has a powder outlet at the bottom of said mount, said outlet cover is internally provided with a first flow passage and a second flow passage, said first flow passage communicates with said beverage inlet and said second outlet, and said second flow passage communicates with said powder inlet and said powder outlet through said powder channel.

The outlet assembly mounting structure of claim 10 wherein a side of the mount facing the mounting bracket forms a mounting cavity, a side of the mount facing away from the mounting bracket forms the beverage receiving cavity, the second outlet communicates with the beverage line through the beverage receiving cavity, the milk foam device is received in the mounting cavity, and at least a portion of the opening of the mounting cavity is obscured by the base.

The outlet assembly mounting structure of claim 13, wherein the mount includes a top plate, a bottom plate, and two side plates connecting the top plate and the bottom plate, the two side plates being configured in a stepped shape, a stepped surface of the two side plates being flush with a top of the beverage receiving chamber, a notch portion being provided in the outlet cover, the notch portion being caught on the two side plates, and both sides of the notch portion being supported on the stepped surface.
15. The outlet assembly mounting structure of claim 13, wherein the mount comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, and two side plates connecting the top plate and the bottom plate, wherein the top plate is provided with a positioning hole, one of the side plates is provided with a first positioning opening, the bottom plate is provided with a second positioning opening, the fluid inlet is inserted into the positioning hole, the milk foam machine further comprises a milk inlet, the milk inlet is inserted into the first positioning opening, and the first outlet is inserted into the second positioning opening.
16. The spout assembly mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the interior of the base forms a cavity, a side of the bottom of the cavity adjacent to the milk foam has a support rib extending inwardly of the cavity, the holder is mounted in the cavity and supported on the support rib, and the first and second spouts are exposed from the bottom of the cavity.
17. A coffee machine comprising a main body, wherein the main body is provided with an outlet assembly mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 16.
