The spatially relative positional terms may be intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures.
The liquid mixing apparatus of the present invention is described with reference to the liquid mixing apparatus 100 for a coffee maker as an example. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, a liquid mixing apparatus 100 includes a container body 20 and a holder 30 supporting the container body 20, the container body 20 has a receiving chamber 22 for containing liquid, an opening 21 is formed above the receiving chamber 22, and milk or other liquid can be loaded into the receiving chamber from the opening 21. The support 30 may assist in supporting the container body 20 to facilitate the removable mounting of the liquid mixing apparatus 100 on the beverage preparation machine.
The liquid mixing apparatus 100 further comprises a venturi structure 40 disposed at one side of the support 30, the venturi structure 40 comprising a mixing chamber 41, the mixing chamber 41 communicating with the steam channel 42, the liquid delivery channel 43 and the outlet channel 44, wherein the mixing chamber 41 communicates with the accommodating chamber 22 through the liquid delivery channel 43, and the liquid in the accommodating chamber 22 can enter the mixing chamber 41 through the liquid delivery channel 43. The mixing chamber 41 is connected to a steam outlet conduit inside the beverage preparation machine via a steam channel 42, and an air channel may be provided which communicates with the mixing chamber 41, and hot milk or milk foam is discharged from an outlet channel 44 after the liquid and the steam or/and air are mixed in the mixing chamber 41.
In the present embodiment, the liquid mixing apparatus 100 further comprises a container lid 50 disposed above the opening 21, wherein the container lid 50 is pivotally connected to the container body 20 to operatively open or close at least a portion of the opening 21, such that the container lid 50 can be opened at any time during the beverage preparation process to add liquid, and even if there is residual liquid, the entire liquid mixing apparatus 100 can be removed from the beverage preparation machine and stored in a refrigerator, thereby prolonging the storage time of the liquid and avoiding waste.
Wherein the container lid 50 is supported at the edge of the opening 21 and rotates relative to the container body 20 about a pivot axis provided in the vertical direction. That is, the container cover 50 is rotated in a horizontal direction, which facilitates the addition of liquid. In this embodiment, the vertical direction in which the liquid mixing apparatus 100 is mounted on the beverage preparation machine or independently supported on the table top is the up-down direction, and the vertical direction is the horizontal direction. In order to facilitate the rotation of the container cover 50, the container cover 50 engages a side surface of the support 30, one end of which forms an abduction arc 53 or an abduction slope preventing the container cover 50 from interfering with the support 30 when rotating.
Further, one side of the support 30 forms a receiving cavity 31, a portion of the container body 20 is located in the receiving cavity 31, the receiving cavity 31 is defined by a top wall 311, a bottom wall 312 and two side walls 313 connecting the top wall 311 and the bottom wall 312, and the container cover 50 is engaged with the top wall 311 to jointly close the opening 21. In this way, the support of the container body 20 is more stable, and at the same time, the top wall 311 of the support stand 30 can provide a limit to the rotation of the container lid 50, so that the opening and closing of the opening 21 by the container lid 50 is more reliable. Wherein, the direction from one side wall to the other side wall of the support 30 is the front-back direction, and the direction perpendicular to the front-back direction and the vertical direction is the left-right direction, or the width direction, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the container body 20 is installed with the support 30 along the left-right direction. That is, the container body 20 is inserted into the receiving cavity 31 in the width direction thereof or separated from the holder 30 from the receiving cavity 31. The top wall 311 has a width smaller than that of the side wall 313, the side wall 313 is formed with a step 314 flush with the edge of the opening 21, and a portion of the container cover 50 is seated on the step 314. This makes it possible to increase the opening portion of the opening 21, i.e., the area of the opening 21 that is blocked by the top wall 311 is smaller, thereby facilitating the addition of liquid more.
