本申请实施例提供一种通信方法及相关设备,其中,所述方法包括:接入网节点向终端发送第一消息;所述终端接收来自所述接入网节点的第一消息;所述终端根据所述第一消息处理第一信息,其中,所述第一信息包括需要所述终端与核心网节点存储的信息;和/或根据所述第一消息处理第一数据,其中,所述第一数据包括在接收来自接入网节点的第一消息之前向所述接入网节点发送的数据。采用本申请实施例,有利于终端在其存储的最后被服务的小区接收到寻呼,以及有利于确保终端向网络侧发送的数据能够发送成功。
