一种免疫检测装置及免疫检测方法，其中，免疫检测装置包括：壳体(10)、驱动组件、检测芯片(80)和储液室(20)；所述壳体(10)具有第一容纳部(10a)和第二容纳部(10b)，所述驱动芯片设置在所述第一容纳部(10a)中，所述储液室(20)设置在所述第二容纳部(10b)中，所述储液室(20)至少用于存储试剂；所述驱动组件用于将所述储液室(20)的出液口与所述检测芯片(80)的进液口连通，并驱动所述储液室(20)中的试剂进入所述检测芯片(80)中。
