step C: when the threaded rod 1203 rotates, the first belt gear 1701 can be driven to rotate, the second belt gear 1703 and the rotating rod 1702 can be driven to rotate through the transmission function of the connecting belt 1704, so that the threaded rod 1203 and the rotating rod 1702 drive the two circular gears 1705 to rotate, and the circular gears 1705 are meshed with the rectangular racks 1801, so that the rectangular racks 1801 and the locking strips 1802 can be driven to synchronously move rightward, the locking strips 1802 are inserted into the corresponding rectangular grooves 16, the connecting blocks 15 and the second clamping grooves 14 can be fixed, and the first base 1 and the second base 2 are locked again in the vertical direction.
