本发明公开了一种风电场后备电源系统,包括后备电源、电源管理模块、主控模块和电源监测模块;主控模块,用于实时监测风力发电机组的运行状态,并将风力发电机组的运行状态信息发送至电源管理模块;电源管理模块,根据接收到的风力发电机组的运行状态信息确定是否开启后备电源;后备电源,用于在风力发电机组的运行状态产生异常时,对风电场的用电设备进行供电;电源监测模块,用于对后备电源当前的状态信息进行健康监测。本发明从而能够保障保证风力发电系统对负载供电,确保第一时间解决问题,并且使用方便,通过对后备电源当前的状态信息进行健康监测,保障了后备电源使用的安全性。

一种风电场后备电源系统
技术领域
本发明属于风力发电技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种风电场后备电源系统。
背景技术
风能发电是可再生能源中最具经济开发价值的清洁能源。风电场与一般电网送电工程的不同之处在于风电场利用集电线路将各个风力发电机组的发电量通过线路接入到系统的线路中,并入电网。但是风力发电机组一般处于特殊的工作环境下,易遇极端恶劣天气,恶劣风况下,风场电网容易失电,为了保证机组的安全性,风电机组的多个子系统都设计了后备电源,主要就是电网出现问题时能够供电完成应急措施。现有的后备电源的缺少监测设备,难以保障使用的安全性。
因此,如何提供一种大容量的风电场后备电源系统成为了本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种风电场后备电源系统,从而能够保障保证风力发电系统对负载供电,确保第一时间解决问题,并且使用方便,通过对后备电源当前的状态信息进行健康监测,保障了后备电源使用的安全性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种风电场后备电源系统,包括:后备电源、电源管理模块、主控模块和电源监测模块;其中,
所述主控模块,用于实时监测风力发电机组的运行状态,并将风力发电机组的运行状态信息发送至电源管理模块;
所述电源管理模块,根据接收到的风力发电机组的运行状态信息确定是否开启后备电源;
所述后备电源,用于在风力发电机组的运行状态产生异常时,对风电场的用电设备进行供电;
所述电源监测模块,用于对后备电源当前的状态信息进行健康监测。
优选的,还包括报警模块,用于在后备电源的状态信息出现异常时,发出报警信号。
优选的,报警信号,通过图形、数字或曲线方式,实现遥信、遥测、遥控的及时报警。
优选的,还包括环境监测模块,所述环境监测模块与所述主控模块通信连接,用于监测风力发电机组附近的工作环境。
优选的,所述环境监测模块包括覆冰传感器、大气压传感器、风力风向传感器和雷电传感器;所述覆冰传感器,用于监测风力发电机组的覆冰情况;所述大气压传感器,用于监测风力发电机组附近的大气压强;所述风力风向传感器,用于监测风力发电机组附近的风力级别以及风向;所述雷电传感器,用于监测风力发电机组附近的雷电情况。
优选的,还包括定位模块,所述定位模块采用GPS定位模块或北斗定位模块,用于定位当前位置信息。
优选的,主控模块内置有IEC61850规约转换器,用于将采集指令转换为对应的CAN或MODBUS协议数据包,再转发至信息采集模块,信息采集模块读取读取CAN或MODBUS协议数据包中的采集指令,并利用RS485、RS232通讯接口按照采集指令对风力发电机组进行数据采集。
优选的,主控模块实时监测风力发电机组的运行状态,并通过图形、数字、曲线或接线图方式,显示风力发电机组的运行状态,通过鼠标、键盘对监控界面的操作,发送相关控制指令,实现对电源管理模块的在线控制。
本发明的有益效果在于:

所述电源管理模块,根据接收到的风力发电机组的运行状态信息确定是否开启后备电源;
所述后备电源,用于在风力发电机组的运行状态产生异常时,对风电场的用电设备进行供电;
所述电源监测模块,用于对后备电源当前的状态信息进行健康监测。
其中,后备电源可以采用风电场站级储能电池系统,风电场站级储能电池系统容量较大、寿命较长、不易发生故障,可长时间进行电量供应,从而增强了后备电源的可靠性和安全性。利用风电场站级储能电池系统作为后备电源,可以为风力发电机组的所有风力发电机的风机控制模块供电,不用再额外为每个风力发电机设置不间断电源,从而可以提高场站级储能电池系统的利用率,达到节约成本的效果。
本发明还包括报警模块,用于在后备电源的状态信息出现异常时,发出报警信号。报警信号,通过图形、数字或曲线方式,实现遥信、遥测、遥控的及时报警,通过多种报警形式,能够及时通知检测员,方便及时处理,做出相应的调整。
风力发电机组发生故障出现异常情况时,主控模块风力发电机组的运行状态信息发送至电源管理模块,电源管理模块就会控制后备电源的开关闭合,使得后备电源可以为风场电网供电,并且风场电网可为风机控制模块供电,使得风机控制模块可以控制风力发电机组停止转动,避免引起安全事故。
参考图2,本发明还包括环境监测模块,所述环境监测模块与所述主控模块通信连接,用于监测风力发电机组附近的工作环境。所述环境监测模块包括覆冰传感器、大气压传感器、风力风向传感器和雷电传感器;所述覆冰传感器,用于监测风力发电机组的覆冰情况;所述大气压传感器,用于监测风力发电机组附近的大气压强;所述风力风向传感器,用于监测风力发电机组附近的风力级别以及风向;所述雷电传感器,用于监测风力发电机组附近的雷电情况。风力发电机组结冰有较多危害,通过检测可以及时发现,并进行维护。大气压、风力风向、雷电这些气象条件也是影响风力发电机组工作性能的参数,通过实时检测,可以在恶劣天气下及时进行必要的维护。
本发明还包括定位模块,所述定位模块采用GPS定位模块或北斗定位模块,用于定位当前位置信息,在将风电场后备电源系统的运行状态发送至远程监控中心时,便于监控人员及时锁定位置信息。通过远程集中监测,效率高、易于实现,满足恶劣天气条件下的风电场后备电源系统监测和暂态故障监测需求,避免了人工进行监测效率低下且不易于实现的缺陷。
本实施例中,主控模块内置有IEC61850规约转换器,用于将采集指令转换为对应的CAN或MODBUS协议数据包,再转发至信息采集模块,信息采集模块读取读取CAN或MODBUS协议数据包中的采集指令,并利用RS485、RS232通讯接口按照采集指令对风力发电机组进行数据采集。
本实施例中,主控模块实时监测风力发电机组的运行状态,并通过图形、数字、曲线或接线图方式,显示风力发电机组的运行状态,通过鼠标、键盘对监控界面的操作,发送相关控制指令,实现对电源管理模块的在线控制。
覆冰传感器、大气压传感器、风力风向传感器和雷电传感器、风力发电机组的运行状态以及后备电源当前的状态信息通过电缆发送到主控模块处理后,并通过无线通讯模块(5G模块)无线发送到远程的监控中心实现远程监测。风电场后备电源系统可以有多个,每个风电场后备电源系统均设置定位模块(GPS定位模块或者北斗定位模块)定位现场位置,当检测到某一现场的数据异常(比如雷击、风力过大、覆冰、升温过高、暂态故障),则发出报警信号,远程的监控中心通过GIS服务器以电子地图的方式呈现给监测人员,让派遣维护人员去现场维护。
本发明通过主控模块实时监测风力发电机组的运行状态,并将风力发电机组的运行状态信息发送至电源管理模块;电源管理模块根据接收到的风力发电机组的运行状态信息确定是否开启后备电源;后备电源在风力发电机组的运行状态产生异常时,对风电场的用电设备进行供电;电源监测模块对后备电源当前的状态信息进行健康监测,从而能够保障保证风力发电系统对负载供电,确保第一时间解决问题,并且使用方便,通过对后备电源当前的状态信息进行健康监测,保障了后备电源使用的安全性。
