本发明公开了新能源电站远程监控系统,包括监控中心系统、监控子站和通信系统,所述监控中心系统包括远程集中监控系统、视频监控子系统、生产管理子系统;所述监控子站设有前置数据采集接口机和视频服务器,分别用于连接测控终端和安防终端。本发明可对整个电站的全生命周期进行精细化、规范化的管理,确保电站健康运行,收益稳定抬升,电站价值最大化。

技术领域
本发明涉及自动化监控技术领域,具体涉及新能源电站远程监控系统。
背景技术
近些年来,以风能、太阳能为代表的可再生能源发电技术在全球得到迅猛发展。然而随着应用范围不断扩大,可再生能源发电的随机性、波动性问题逐渐凸显,严重影响了可再生能源发电技术的大规模应用。同时,随着社会经济不断发展,电力需求迅速增长,安全性和多样化的要求越来越高,这些给电网经济安全运行提出了很高的要求。
为确保输电系统的安全可靠,就需要对变电站的各项指标进行实时有效的监测。目前,我国家大部分变电站采用离线监测的方法,电力公司需要专门的工作人员对变电站设备进行定期的检修,其工作量较大、人力成本较高,此外,每次检修均需要停电工作,影响供电可靠性,给人们的生产生活带来损失和不便,而且停电工作可能给电网安全带来风险。随着国内变电站智能化建设的快速推进,部分变电站开发了一些在线监测系统,但都是基于有线通信模式的本地单项监控系统,只能监控本地变电站的某一项数据。由于变电站异构的分布式特点,现有的变电站监测系统种类繁多、智能化程度低,监控系统内部调度协调性差,不同变电站之间的数据共享性较差。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供新能源电站远程监控系统,旨在解决背景技术中的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供新能源电站远程监控系统,包括监控中心系统、监控子站和通信系统,监控中心系统、监控子站通过通信系统连接,所述监控中心系统包括远程集中监控系统、视频监控子系统、生产管理子系统,所述视频监控子系统、生产管理子系统与所述远程集中监控系统控制连接;所述监控子站设有前置数据采集接口机和视频服务器,分别用于连接测控终端和安防终端,所述的前置数据采集接口机、视频服务器通过广域网与所述远程集中监控系统通讯连接;所述前置数据采集接口机内装有数据采集程序,用于采集各监控子站的发电机组、升压站设备机组、测风塔设备机组的实时运行数据并发送至所述远程集中监控系统;所述视频服务器用于将安防终端采集的实时视频数据信息发送至所述视频监控子系统,所述远程集中监控系统、所述视频监控子系统分别用于对所述监控子站中各设备机组的实时运行数据和视频数据信息进行监控和分析,并将监控数据和分析结果发送至所述生产管理子系统。
优选地,所述监控中心系统和监控子站均设有编码加密接口,使用硬件加密装置对信息进行加密或解密,实现通信双方的密文传输。
优选地,还包括设在所述监控子站内的数据缓存装置,用于缓存所述监控子站内各机组设备的实时运行数据和视频数据信息。
优选地,还包括设在所述监控子站内且与各机组设备连接的控制模块,用于接收并执行所述监控中心下发的机组控制指令。
本发明的有益效果在于:可对整个电站的全生命周期的运行情况、发电情况、告警情况、运维情况进行实时有效的量化评估,从而主动发现电量提升点;可对发生的告警提出处理建议,为运维效率的抬升提供支撑;可对电站的人员或班组效率、日常办公、操作票与工作票进行管理维护,保证流程的规范化;可对电站的设备情况进行有效的管理与评估,为资产的选型提供数据支撑等等;通过以上功能点,完成对电站的精细化、规范化的管理,确保电站健康运行,收益稳定抬升,电站价值最大化。

如图1-2所示,新能源电站远程监控系统,包括监控中心系统、监控子站和通信系统,监控中心系统、监控子站通过通信系统连接,监控中心系统包括远程集中监控系统、视频监控子系统、生产管理子系统,视频监控子系统、生产管理子系统与远程集中监控系统控制连接;监控子站设有前置数据采集接口机和视频服务器,分别用于连接测控终端和安防终端,前置数据采集接口机、视频服务器通过广域网与所述远程集中监控系统通讯连接;前置数据采集接口机内装有数据采集程序,用于采集各监控子站的发电机组、升压站设备机组、测风塔设备机组的实时运行数据并发送至所述远程集中监控系统;视频服务器用于将安防终端采集的实时视频数据信息发送至视频监控子系统,远程集中监控系统、视频监控子系统分别用于对监控子站中各设备机组的实时运行数据和视频数据信息进行监控和分析,并将监控数据和分析结果发送至所述生产管理子系统。
优选地,监控中心系统和监控子站均设有编码加密接口,使用硬件加密装置对信息进行加密或解密,实现通信双方的密文传输。
优选地,还包括设在监控子站内的数据缓存装置,用于缓存监控子站内各机组设备的实时运行数据和视频数据信息。
优选地,还包括设在监控子站内且与各机组设备连接的控制模块,用于接收并执行监控中心下发的机组控制指令。

1.新能源电站远程监控系统,包括监控中心系统、监控子站和通信系统,监控中心系统、监控子站通过通信系统连接,其特征在于,所述监控中心系统包括远程集中监控系统、视频监控子系统、生产管理子系统,所述视频监控子系统、生产管理子系统与所述远程集中监控系统控制连接;所述监控子站设有前置数据采集接口机和视频服务器,分别用于连接测控终端和安防终端,所述的前置数据采集接口机、视频服务器通过广域网与所述远程集中监控系统通讯连接;所述前置数据采集接口机内装有数据采集程序,用于采集各监控子站的发电机组、升压站设备机组、测风塔设备机组的实时运行数据并发送至所述远程集中监控系统;所述视频服务器用于将安防终端采集的实时视频数据信息发送至所述视频监控子系统,所述远程集中监控系统、所述视频监控子系统分别用于对所述监控子站中各设备机组的实时运行数据和视频数据信息进行监控和分析,并将监控数据和分析结果发送至所述生产管理子系统。
