In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, the data to be exchanged includes an exchange number of times for the target electronic menu, and the first exchange resource includes a single exchange resource corresponding to the target electronic menu; after step 103, the method may further include: and allocating the available times of the target electronic menu to account information corresponding to the target electronic menu, wherein the available times can be allocated to at least one cooking device corresponding to the account information, so that the at least one cooking device operates the target electronic menu according to the allocated times, and the sum of the allocated times corresponding to the at least one cooking device is smaller than or equal to the available times.
In this embodiment, the data to be exchanged may include the exchange times of the target electronic menu set by the user, and accordingly, when the data to be exchanged is the exchange times, the first exchange resource may be an exchange resource required for using the target electronic menu once, that is, a single exchange resource. And then generating a conversion order, after the order is settled, the available times of the user on the target electronic menu can be distributed to the account of the user, for example, the user purchases 100 times of use permission on the target electronic menu, and after the order is settled, the 100 times of available times of the target electronic menu can be distributed to the account of the user. The user can distribute the available times of the target electronic menu under the user account to one or more cooking devices, the user can set the available times of each cooking device at will, and the sum of the available times of the user on the target electronic menu is not more than the total number of the available times of the user.
Further, as a refinement and extension of the specific implementation manner of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully describe the specific implementation process of the embodiment, another usage method of an electronic menu is provided, as shown in fig. 2, where the method includes:
step 201, receiving an acquisition instruction of a target electronic menu, wherein the acquisition instruction comprises account information of the target electronic menu;
and 202, according to a second exchange resource corresponding to the target electronic menu, settling any target settlement account corresponding to the account information, so that the target electronic menu is contained under the account information, wherein the operation condition of the target electronic menu on the cooking equipment comprises that the target electronic menu is contained under the account information logged in by the cooking equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, the acquisition of the usage qualification of the target electronic menu may be specifically divided into two stages, wherein the first stage is charging of the target electronic menu commodity, i.e. the acquisition stage, and the second stage is charging of the target electronic menu, i.e. the use stage. The menu can be used on the premise that the target electronic menu is obtained, namely, the operating condition of the target electronic menu on the cooking equipment comprises that the target electronic menu is contained in a login account of the cooking equipment. In the first stage, an acquisition instruction of the target electronic menu is received, wherein the instruction carries data for representing account information of the target electronic menu, so that the menu management platform can settle accounts according to second exchange resources corresponding to the target electronic menu based on the instruction, and particularly can settle any target settlement account corresponding to the account information, for example, corresponding funds are deducted from a balance account of a user, or accounts such as WeChat, payment treasures and the like bound by the user are settled.
Optionally, step 202 may specifically include:
step 202-1, if the obtaining instruction includes an electronic menu to be converted, and the electronic menu to be converted is equivalent to the second conversion resource, converting the electronic menu to be converted in the account information into the target electronic menu, where the target electronic menu is at least one of the exchangeable resources corresponding to the electronic menu to be converted.
Step 202-2, if the obtaining instruction includes an electronic menu to be converted, and the electronic menu to be converted is not equivalent to the second conversion resource, according to the second conversion resource and a convertible resource corresponding to the electronic menu to be converted, any target settlement account corresponding to the account information is settled, and the electronic menu to be converted in the account information is converted into the target electronic menu, wherein the target electronic menu is at least one of the convertible resources.
Step 202-3, if the obtaining instruction includes account information of the object to be exchanged and the electronic menu to be exchanged, exchanging the target electronic menu in the account of the object to be exchanged with the electronic menu to be exchanged in the current account under the condition that the object to be exchanged is confirmed.
The menu exchange specifically refers to menu transaction between the user and the platform, and the menu exchange specifically refers to menu transaction between the user and the user.
In the menu exchange scene, if the acquisition instruction comprises an electronic menu to be exchanged, and the electronic menu to be exchanged is equivalent to the exchange resource of the target electronic menu, for example, the electronic menu to be exchanged in the account is the same as the selling price of the target electronic menu, the electronic menu to be exchanged in the account can be exchanged into the target electronic menu, for example, the existing menu A with the value of 10 points is exchanged into the menu B with the value of 10 points, after the menu A is exchanged, the menu A disappears from the account of the user, and if the user wants to use the menu A again, the user needs to acquire again. If the acquisition instruction comprises an electronic menu to be exchanged, but the electronic menu to be exchanged is not equivalent to the exchange resource of the target electronic menu, the account of the user can be settled in a multi-refund and small-supplement mode, for example, the 10-point menu A existing by the user and the 5-point menu C in the account are exchanged into the 15-point menu C.
In the menu exchange scene, according to the account information of the object to be exchanged in the acquisition instruction and the electronic menu to be exchanged in the current user account for sending the acquisition instruction, particularly under the condition that the object to be exchanged is confirmed, the electronic menu to be exchanged in the current user account is exchanged with the target electronic menu in the object to be exchanged account, and the menu exchange behavior among users can not restrict whether the exchanged menus are equivalent, for example, the menu A in the user A account and the menu D in the user B account are exchanged, and the respective exchange resources of the menu A and the menu D can be equivalent or not.
Step 203, receiving operation data of a target electronic menu;
optionally, the data to be exchanged includes operation data, the operation data includes at least one of operation confirmation data, operation start data, and operation end data, the operation confirmation data is generated based on an operation confirmation operation performed on the target electronic menu, the operation start data is generated based on a start operation signal of a first step in the target electronic menu, the operation end data is generated based on an end operation signal of the target electronic menu, and the operation end data includes an operation record of the target electronic menu.
Wherein the operation data of the target electronic menu is used for representing the use intention of the user on the target electronic menu, and the operation data can be confirmation data, such as a signal generated by the action that the user clicks an execution button of the target electronic menu on the cooking device; the operation data may also be operation start data, such as a signal generated when a first step of a recipe is executed after a user selects to execute a certain target electronic recipe in the user account after logging in the cooking device; the operation data may also be operation end data, which is generated based on an operation end signal of the target electronic recipe on the cooking device, and may specifically include information such as a step in which the target electronic recipe has been operated, or a last step in which the target electronic recipe is operated.
Step 204, determining a first exchange resource corresponding to the target electronic menu;
step 205, determining any target settlement account corresponding to the account information, and obtaining a target usage pattern of the target electronic menu corresponding to the target settlement account;
step 206, if the target usage mode is a counting mode, generating a conversion order of the target electronic menu according to the first conversion resource and the operation data;
step 207, if the target usage mode is a timing mode, determining whether the current time belongs to a time range corresponding to the timing mode, and generating a redemption order of the target electronic menu according to the first redemption resource and the operation data when the current time does not belong to the time range.
In steps 204 to 207, when the user obtains the target electronic menu to the account, the user may also set a target usage mode for the target electronic menu at the same time, where the usage mode may specifically include a count mode and a timing mode, where the count mode defines the number of times the target electronic menu is used, and the timing mode defines the available time of the target electronic menu. After receiving the operation data of the target electronic menu, a conversion order can be generated according to a target use mode corresponding to the target electronic menu in the user account. Specifically, if the target usage pattern is a counting pattern, a redemption order may be generated that includes deducting the number of uses of the target electronic recipe and assigning the usage rights of the target electronic recipe to reduce the condition-exchanged one-time recipe usage qualifications of the number of times of one-time recipe usage; if the target usage pattern is a timing pattern, it may be determined whether the current time falls within a corresponding timing time range (i.e., within a time range corresponding to the timing pattern), for example, a timing time range corresponding to the target electronic menu in the user account is 2021, 12 months and 30 days, then the target electronic menu is used before the time, usage information may be recorded, and if the target electronic menu is used after the time, a redemption order for the target electronic menu is generated and settled to obtain the usage rights of the user for the target electronic menu.
In this embodiment, optionally, in steps 206 and 207, "generating the redemption order of the target electronic menu according to the first redemption resource and the operation data" may specifically include:
when the operation data comprise the operation confirmation data, generating a conversion order of the target electronic menu according to the first conversion resource; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,

In this embodiment, different conditions for generating the exchange order may be specifically set, for example, after the user selects the operation target electronic menu, the exchange order is generated, that is, when the operation data is operation confirmation data, the exchange order is generated; also for example, when the first step of the target electronic recipe is performed, a redemption order is generated, i.e., when the operational data includes operational initiation data; for example, when a certain preset core step of the target electronic menu is executed, generating a conversion order, namely, when the running data is running end data and the executed step comprises the preset core step, generating the conversion order, avoiding the user from escaping to pay by utilizing the loophole, and charging when the core step of the target electronic menu is executed; and when the operation data is the operation ending data, the ending operation reasons of the target electronic menu, such as the conditions of normal exit after step execution ending, abnormal exit due to network faults and the like, can be identified, and when the abnormal exit is not included, a conversion order is generated, so that the user is prevented from escaping the payment cost by utilizing the loopholes.
In addition, when the electronic menu is operated in the cooking equipment, the core steps of the electronic menu can be hidden, and only cooking actions or parameters and the like related to user operation are displayed, so that the content of the menu is kept secret, and the menu is prevented from being cracked by other people. In the case that different users log in on the same cooking device, for example, the user B logs in an account after the user a, for a menu last used by the user a, the authority of the user B on the menu may be set, for example, the user B may download and view a menu used by the user a, but cannot edit or use the menu, and so on.
In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, between step 201 and step 202 may further include:
s1, acquiring history menu usage information corresponding to the account information, and determining a recommended usage mode of the target electronic menu according to the history menu usage information;
s2, when the acquisition instruction does not comprise the initial use mode of the target electronic menu, sending the recommended use mode to inquire whether an account party sets according to the recommended use mode, and setting a target use mode of the target electronic menu according to the received use mode feedback information of the target electronic menu;
s3, when the acquisition instruction comprises the initial use mode, setting a target use mode of the target electronic menu according to the initial use mode; or when the acquisition instruction comprises the initial use mode and the initial use mode is different from the recommended use mode, sending the recommended use mode to inquire whether a user changes according to the recommended use mode, and setting a target use mode of the target electronic menu according to the received use mode feedback information of the target electronic menu.
In the above embodiment, the usage mode of the target electronic menu may be recommended to the user according to the historical menu usage information of the user, and in addition, the initial usage mode may be specified or a specific mode may not be specified in the acquisition instruction of the target electronic menu sent by the user. In a specific application scenario, if the user does not specify the initial usage mode, the recommended usage mode determined based on the history menu usage information may be fed back to the user, and the target usage mode corresponding to the target electronic menu may be set based on the user's selection. If the initial use mode is designated by the user, the initial use mode designated by the user can be directly set as the target use mode, whether the initial use mode is the same as the recommended use mode or not can be compared, if so, the user is inquired whether to change the initial use mode into the recommended use mode or not, and the target use mode of the target electronic menu is set based on feedback of the user.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the recommended usage mode may be specifically determined according to the usage frequency of the electronic menu by the user, for example, based on the usage frequency of the user, it is more cost-effective to calculate whether the time-counting mode or the time-counting mode is more cost-effective for the user, and the more cost-effective mode is used as the recommended usage mode. The method specifically can send the predicted cost of each mode and the corresponding preset time period of each mode to the user for selection, for example, the use times of the target electronic menu in one month of the user are predicted based on the historical use information, the predicted cost in one month of the counting mode is also predicted, and the predicted cost in one month of the counting mode and the cost in one month of the counting mode are fed back to the user. The method can also determine according to the historical purchasing habit of the user, and if the user prefers to purchase the menu of the timing mode, the timing mode is recommended, otherwise, the timing mode is recommended.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for using an electronic menu, for use in a cooking device, including:
step 301, transmitting data to be exchanged of a target electronic menu, so that a menu server generates an exchange order of the target electronic menu according to the data to be exchanged and a first exchange resource of the target electronic menu;
step 302, receiving the redemption order.
In this embodiment, the data to be redeemed of the target electronic recipe is sent to the recipe server by the cooking device and the corresponding redemption order is received to advance settlement of the order. The specific order generation step may be referred to the above embodiments, and will not be described herein.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, the data to be exchanged includes an exchange number of times for the target electronic menu, and the first exchange resource includes a single exchange resource corresponding to the target electronic menu; after step 302, it may further include:
step 303, allocating the available times of the target electronic menu, wherein the allocated times corresponding to the current cooking equipment are smaller than or equal to the available times;
step 304, responding to the operation signal of the target electronic menu, and operating the target electronic menu according to the distribution times of the current cooking equipment.
The user can distribute the available times of the target electronic menu under the user account to one or more cooking devices, and the user can set the available times of the cooking devices at will, and the sum of the available times of the user on the target electronic menu is not more than the total number of the available times of the user.
In addition, under the condition that the cooking equipment has a corresponding binding account, a cost use threshold can be set at the cooking equipment end according to the use requirement of the network disconnection state of the cooking equipment, and after the condition that the network disconnection use cost of the equipment exceeds the threshold is judged, the user is reminded of networking fee. Or in the disconnected network state, setting a counter, and locking the cooking equipment of the user after detecting that the use times of the user exceed a threshold value, wherein the equipment can be continuously used after networking fee deduction. Or setting a service life of the cooking equipment, and locking and reminding a user to pay after the service life, so that the offline use requirement of the cooking equipment is limited.
In addition, when the electronic menu of the menu mall is updated in version, the related menu is found based on the source of the electronic menu code, so that the menu with low version can be updated without the need of the user to purchase again for payment.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method of fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an apparatus for using an electronic menu, as shown in fig. 3, where the apparatus includes:
The data receiving module is used for receiving data to be converted of the target electronic menu;
the resource determining module is used for determining a first exchange resource corresponding to the target electronic menu;
and the order generation module is used for generating a conversion order of the target electronic menu according to the first conversion resource and the data to be converted.
Optionally, the data to be exchanged includes the exchange times of the target electronic menu, and the first exchange resource includes a single exchange resource corresponding to the target electronic menu; the apparatus further comprises:

Optionally, the rights allocation module is further configured to:
if the acquisition instruction comprises an electronic menu to be converted, and the electronic menu to be converted is equivalent to the second conversion resource, converting the electronic menu to be converted in the account information into the target electronic menu, wherein the target electronic menu is at least one of the exchangeable resources corresponding to the electronic menu to be converted;
if the acquisition instruction comprises an electronic menu to be converted, and the electronic menu to be converted is not equivalent to the second conversion resource, according to the second conversion resource and the convertible resource corresponding to the electronic menu to be converted, any target settlement account corresponding to the account information is settled, and the electronic menu to be converted in the account information is converted into the target electronic menu, wherein the target electronic menu is at least one of the convertible resources.

the menu operation module is used for distributing the available times of the target electronic menu, wherein the distributed times corresponding to the current cooking equipment are smaller than or equal to the available times; and responding to the operation signal of the target electronic menu, and operating the target electronic menu according to the distribution times of the current cooking equipment.

Based on the above method shown in fig. 1 to 2, correspondingly, the embodiment of the application further provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the above method for using the electronic menu shown in fig. 1 to 2.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (may be a CD-ROM, a U-disk, a mobile hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the methods described in various implementation scenarios of the present application.
In order to achieve the above object, based on the method and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, the embodiment of the present application further provides a computer device, which may specifically be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc., where the computer device includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program to implement the above-described method of using an electronic recipe as shown in fig. 1-2.
Optionally, the computer device may also include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, radio Frequency (RF) circuitry, sensors, audio circuitry, WI-FI modules, and the like. The user interface may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), etc., and the optional user interface may also include a USB interface, a card reader interface, etc. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., bluetooth interface, WI-FI interface), etc.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the architecture of a computer device provided in the present embodiment is not limited to the computer device, and may include more or fewer components, or may combine certain components, or may be arranged in different components.
The storage medium may also include an operating system, a network communication module. An operating system is a program that manages and saves computer device hardware and software resources, supporting the execution of information handling programs and other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among all components in the storage medium and communication with other hardware and software in the entity equipment.
From the description of the above embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present application may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary general hardware platform, or may be implemented by hardware to receive data to be redeemed for a target electronic menu, and determine a first redemption resource required for redeeming the target electronic menu, so as to generate a redemption order for the target electronic menu based on the data to be redeemed and the first redemption resource. The embodiment of the application solves the problem of imperfect electronic menu system in the prior art, and the exchange order of the target electronic menu is generated so as to settle the order, thereby being beneficial to improving the enthusiasm of the creator for creating the electronic menu and improving the quality of the electronic menu.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the drawings are merely schematic illustrations of one preferred implementation scenario, and that the modules or flows in the drawings are not necessarily required to practice the present application. 1. A method of using an electronic recipe, the method comprising:
receiving data to be converted of a target electronic menu;
determining a first exchange resource corresponding to the target electronic menu;
and generating a redemption order of the target electronic menu according to the first redemption resource and the data to be redeemed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the data to be redeemed comprises a number of redemption of the target electronic recipe, and the first redemption resource comprises a single redemption resource corresponding to the target electronic recipe; after the generating the redemption order for the target electronic recipe, the method further includes:
and allocating the available times of the target electronic menu to account information corresponding to the target electronic menu, wherein the available times can be allocated to at least one cooking device corresponding to the account information, so that the at least one cooking device operates the target electronic menu according to the allocated times, and the sum of the allocated times corresponding to the at least one cooking device is smaller than or equal to the available times.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving the data to be redeemed for the target electronic recipe, the method further comprises:
receiving an acquisition instruction of a target electronic menu, wherein the acquisition instruction comprises account information of the target electronic menu;
and according to a second exchange resource corresponding to the target electronic menu, settling any target settlement account corresponding to the account information so as to enable the account information to contain the target electronic menu, wherein the operation condition of the target electronic menu on the cooking equipment comprises that the target electronic menu is contained under the account information logged in by the cooking equipment.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the settlement of any target settlement account corresponding to the account information according to the second redemption resource corresponding to the target electronic menu specifically includes:
if the acquisition instruction comprises an electronic menu to be converted, and the electronic menu to be converted is equivalent to the second conversion resource, converting the electronic menu to be converted in the account information into the target electronic menu, wherein the target electronic menu is at least one of the exchangeable resources corresponding to the electronic menu to be converted;
