Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Specific implementations of the invention are described in detail below in connection with specific embodiments.
The business operation monitoring system and the business operation monitoring method provided by the invention solve the technical problems in the background technology. The terminal and the monitoring device according to the embodiments of the present application include a first monitoring device and a second monitoring device, which may include mobile terminals such as smart phones, tablet computers, smart wearable devices, portable computer PDAs (Personal Digital Assistant, personal digital assistants), and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, a main flow chart of a service operation monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where the service operation monitoring method includes:
step S10: when detecting that the service area starts to operate, acquiring user access credential information of the operating service area; the service area starts to operate, which does not include the normal standby and other operating conditions of the equipment in the service area, but starts to use the service functions of the service area after the user enters the service area, such as starting to perform related financial service, e-commerce related service, and the service area is generally based on self-service; the admission credential information of the user indicates that a certain legal (registered) user enters in the service area; the user access credential information may also include the exact time of user access, and in some cases, it may also be recorded whether the user enters the service area after reservation, etc.;
step S11: issuing the user access credential information to a first monitoring device of a first service area and a second monitoring device of a second service area, wherein the first service area comprises the running service area, and the second service area comprises at least one service area with the distance between the second service area and the running service area within a set distance range; issuing the user access credential information to the first monitoring device and the second monitoring device, wherein the main purpose of issuing (the user access credential information) to the first monitoring device is as follows: starting to detect whether abnormal function changes exist in a service area where the monitoring device is located, and reporting a first indication signal or a second indication signal to second monitoring equipment; the main purpose of issuing (user admission credential information) to the second monitoring device is to: receiving and reporting a second indication signal or directly reporting alarm information under the condition that the corresponding condition is met;
step S12: after the first monitoring equipment is instructed to receive the user access credential information, starting to detect whether abnormal function changes occur in a sub-service area in the running service area; the abnormal function change includes abnormal change of related functions, such as that a camera module cannot acquire clear images, and a certain device is forced to shut down to cause service stop, etc., compared with the abnormal change before the operation of a service area is detected; the purpose of confirming the change in dysfunction is to determine that it is likely to be associated with the user's behaviour;
step S13: if no abnormal function change occurs in the sub-service areas in the running service areas, the first monitoring equipment is instructed to send a first indication signal used for representing normal functions to the second monitoring equipment, so that the second monitoring equipment stores the first indication signal; the first indication signal indicates that the function is normal, the first indication signal can be stored at the moment, and the subsequent indication signals can be reported together at the right time;
step S14: if the abnormal function change of the sub-service area in the running service area is detected, the first monitoring equipment is instructed to send a second indication signal for representing the abnormal function to the second monitoring equipment, so that the second monitoring equipment can report the second indication signal, or when the second monitoring equipment does not detect the first indication signal or the second indication signal sent by the first monitoring equipment, the second monitoring equipment is instructed to report the alarm information containing the user access credential information, and the alarm information is used for representing the abnormal function change of the sub-service area or the possible abnormality of at least the first monitoring equipment in the first service area. It can be understood that if the second monitoring device reports the second indication signal normally, it indicates that the communication between the second monitoring device and the first monitoring module is normal, and the reported communication function is also normal; under the condition that the second monitoring equipment does not detect the first indication signal or the second indication signal, the first monitoring equipment is possibly abnormal, for example, the first monitoring equipment is only abnormal, or a special abnormal function change occurs in a sub-service area, so that the first monitoring module does not acquire the related data of the function change, and therefore the first indication signal or the second indication signal is not reported;
in another case, in order to verify the reliability of the first monitoring device, a feedback mechanism for receiving the user access credential information may be set, after the user access credential information is issued to the first monitoring device, if the feedback receiving signal of the first monitoring device is not detected, the high probability indicates that the first monitoring device itself is faulty, and if the feedback receiving signal is detected, it may be that the first monitoring device does not detect the abnormal change of the function at all or collects the abnormal change data, that is, the sub-service area has the abnormal change of the function, and at this time, a personnel in a maintenance center may be required to maintain as soon as possible.
When the embodiment is applied, the user access credential information is respectively issued to at least the running service area and the second service area when the service area is detected to start running, and the distance between the second service area and the running service area is in a set distance range, so that the subsequent monitoring and information reporting requirements under the near field communication condition are met; if it is detected that no abnormal function change occurs in the sub-service areas in the service areas, the first monitoring device is instructed to send a first indication signal used for representing normal functions to the second monitoring device, so that the second monitoring device stores the first indication signal, further, through cooperation between the first monitoring device and the second monitoring device, the second indication signal with abnormal functions is marked, or alarm information is directly reported through the second monitoring device, namely, through comprehensive detection of the service areas, and finally, information reporting is mainly completed by the second monitoring device, even if the service areas are damaged, multiple abnormal conditions possibly caused by user behaviors can be monitored in real time, and a reliable abnormal reason reference is provided for a maintenance center.
As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
step S20: detecting the utilization rate of the service area;
step S21: when the utilization rate of the service areas reaches a set proportion, setting a certain second service area into a usable state;
step S22: when detecting that the running service area comprises a certain second service area, establishing a first monitoring channel between monitoring equipment of at least one other second service area and monitoring equipment of the certain second service area, and indicating the monitoring equipment of the at least one other second service area to acquire user access credential information of the certain second service area and user access credential information of a first service area corresponding to the certain second service area through the first monitoring channel so that the monitoring equipment of the at least one other second service area monitors the certain second service area and the corresponding first service area.
It can be understood that, in a period of heavy traffic, a certain second service area that is originally in monitoring execution may be normally used by a user, at this time, a first monitoring channel between a monitoring device of at least another second service area and a monitoring device of a certain second service area is established, at least another second service area is preferably a service area that is not used by the user, and in the case that all service areas are used by the user, in order to ensure normal use of monitoring functions, the other second service area may be greater than or equal to 2 to improve monitoring stability; at this time, the user access credential information of a certain second service area and the user access credential information of a first service area corresponding to a certain second service area need to be acquired and identified by the monitoring device of at least one other second service area, so as to complete the monitoring of the service areas under all the user access credential information.
As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring device for at least one other second service area monitors a certain second service area and the corresponding first service area, and specifically includes:
step S221: instructing the monitoring device of a certain second service area to send all user admission credential information (pre) stored by the monitoring device of at least another second service area, wherein the user admission credential information is generally sent by the first monitoring device of the running service area; after the monitoring equipment of at least one other second service area receives all the user access credential information, the monitoring equipment of at least one other second service area identifies the identification information of the first monitoring equipment of the first service area in all the user access credential information;
step S222: and establishing a second monitoring channel between the monitoring equipment of at least one other second service area and the first monitoring equipment of the first service area according to all the identified identification information, and maintaining the first monitoring channel to detect whether the first service area under the second monitoring channel and a certain second service area under the first monitoring channel have abnormal function changes. It should be understood that, in order to detect whether the first service area under the second monitoring channel and a certain second service area under the first monitoring channel have abnormal function changes, that is, according to the foregoing embodiment, at least one of storing the first indication signal, reporting the second indication signal and alarming information is performed according to the same execution condition.
It can be understood that this embodiment provides a method for switching a monitoring device when a service area where a certain second monitoring device is located becomes used, so as to complete detection of a service area where a certain second monitoring device is located and a first service area monitored by a certain second monitoring device, so as to avoid that a certain service area is used by a user to affect the monitoring, especially for a sub-service area of the corresponding first service area; and the newly added certain second service area can be incorporated into the monitoring.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the monitoring device comprises a second monitoring device.
It should be understood that, in combination with the foregoing embodiment, the first monitoring channel and the second monitoring channel are established by the monitoring device, so that the requirement for normal monitoring of the service area is sequentially satisfied, and when the monitoring device satisfies the foregoing condition, the monitoring device may be the second monitoring device, so that two monitoring devices may be provided in each service area, and typically one second monitoring device may be provided, and when the first monitoring channel and the second monitoring channel need to be established, the other second monitoring device may be enabled.
As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
step S30: when it is determined that at least a first monitoring device in the first service area may have an abnormality, continuing the next step;
step S31: judging whether a terminal in the sub-service area detects a state indication signal of a first monitoring device which possibly has abnormality, wherein when the first monitoring device does not have all faults, the first monitoring device sends the state indication signal outwards, the state indication signal comprises identification information of a second monitoring device which is backed up, and the second monitoring device which is backed up is the second monitoring device corresponding to the first monitoring device;
step S32: if yes, based on the identification information of the second monitoring equipment, the terminal is instructed to establish a transit channel between the first monitoring equipment and the second monitoring equipment so as to report a first indication signal or a second indication signal to the second monitoring equipment through the terminal;
step S33: if not, the transit channel is not detected in the set time length, and the second monitoring equipment is instructed to report alarm information for representing the fault of the first monitoring equipment.
When applied, the present embodiment provides a method capable of determining whether the first monitoring is abnormal or not in the case that the first monitoring is likely to be abnormal; in general, the first monitoring device should include several functional units, such as a signal receiving unit, a signal sending unit, and a storage unit, which respectively correspond to the implementation of the related steps in the foregoing embodiments, further, when these units do not all fail, the first monitoring device sends out a status indication signal, so as long as the status indication signal is detected, that is, the first monitoring device itself does not fail (at this time, there is a high possibility that only a certain communication failure between the first monitoring device and the external device exists, and only a part of the external device is possible), at this time, the status indication signal may be sent out by the functional unit that does not fail, and the status indication signal further includes identification information of the second monitoring device, and the backed up second monitoring device, that is, the second monitoring device corresponding to the communication of the first indication signal and the second indication signal exists between the first monitoring device, thereby, on the basis of using the second monitoring device, the first indication signal or the second indication signal may be obtained through the terminal, and the first indication signal or the second indication signal may be reported to the second monitoring device. Otherwise, the transit channel is not established and can not be detected naturally, so that the first monitoring equipment is very likely to be in full fault, and at the moment, the second monitoring equipment directly reports alarm information to remind relevant personnel of a maintenance center to maintain in time so as to ensure the normal operation of relevant businesses.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises:
step S40: and when the number of times that the second monitoring equipment continuously stores the first indication signal reaches the preset number of times, indicating the second monitoring equipment to report the stored first indication signal.
It can be understood that the present embodiment provides a method capable of timely reporting the first indication signal, where the reporting condition is that the number of times of continuously storing the first indication signal reaches the preset number of times, and it is to be understood that the continuous indication here is that the first indication signal is continuously received and stored, that is, the uninterrupted condition is satisfied, and at this time, the preset number of times should be set to be greater than or equal to 2; therefore, the first indication signal does not need to be continuously reported under the condition that the sub-service area is normal in function; for some cases, if the first indication signal is not detected, the second indication signal is reported.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the user admission credential information includes user identity information, and when it is detected that the user logs in through the account, the user identity information is matched according to the account information in the login state.
When the method is applied, the user can acquire the identity information of the user at the initial moment when the user enters the service area, and the identity information is used as the access certificate information of the user, namely, the user is allowed to enter the service area or is allowed to perform related service operation in the service area under the condition that the verification is correct, under the condition, the user can directly recognize the identity information to enter, for example, face information, iris information, fingerprint information and the like, and after the user selects to enter through inputting account information and password, the user identity information corresponding to the account needs to be matched according to the correct account and password, so that whether the user identity information is abnormally associated with the service area or not is judged.
