generating a first virtual object in the property model with a second device in communication connection, the first virtual object being associated with the second device;
displaying a virtual scene based on a first moving track in the process of browsing the real estate model, wherein the first moving track is the moving track of the first virtual object in the real estate model;
and under the condition that the first text information of the second equipment is received, displaying the first text information in a first display area, wherein the display position of the first display area is matched with the position of the first virtual object.
2. The method for browsing a property model according to claim 1, wherein, in a case of being in communication connection with the second device, after generating the first virtual object in the property model, further comprises:
receiving a first input to the first virtual object;
and responding to the first input, displaying a target session window in a second display area, wherein the first text information is displayed in the target session window, and the second display area is a fixed display area.
3. The method of browsing a property model of claim 2, wherein said displaying a target session window in a second display area in response to said first input further comprises:
receiving a second input to the target session window;
and responding to the second input, and sending second text information to the second equipment so that the second equipment displays the second text information, wherein the second text information is reply information of the first text information.
4. A method of browsing a property model according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein displaying a virtual scene based on a first movement trajectory during browsing the property model comprises:
acquiring the first moving track of the first virtual object in the real estate model;
determining first viewpoint information and first view angle information according to the first movement track;
and displaying the virtual scene corresponding to the real estate model according to the first viewpoint information and the first view angle information.
5. The method for browsing a real estate model of claim 4 wherein determining first viewpoint information and first view angle information according to the first movement track includes:
Determining first viewpoint information according to track points in the first moving track, wherein the first viewpoint information corresponds to the track points;
receiving a third input to the property model with the track points displayed;
the first perspective information is generated in response to the third input.
6. A method of browsing a property model according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the displaying a virtual scene based on a first movement track during browsing the property model, the first movement track being a movement track of the first virtual object in the property model, comprises:
receiving a fourth input to the property model during browsing the property model;

a generation module for generating a first virtual object in the property model with a second device in communication connection, the first virtual object being associated with the second device;
