the clamping mechanism (4) comprises a fixed frame (41), a movable frame (42), a first linear spring (43), a handle (44), a second linear spring (45), clamping wheels (46) and a movable shaft (47), wherein the fixed frame (41) is fixedly connected to the rear part of the thickness gauge (2), the movable frame (42) is connected to the left side and the right side of the fixed frame (41) in a sliding mode, two first linear springs (43) are wound on the left side and the right side of the fixed frame (41), one end of each first linear spring (43) is connected with the adjacent movable frame (42), the other end of each first linear spring (43) is connected with the adjacent fixed frame (41), the clamping wheels (46) are rotatably connected to the front parts of the two movable frames (42), the clamping wheels (46) are rotatably connected to the front parts of the movable shafts (47), the handle (44) are fixedly connected to the rear parts of the movable shafts (47), the upper parts of the two movable frames (42) are wound on the second linear springs (45), the upper ends of the second linear springs (45) are connected with the upper ends of the second linear springs (45) in a sliding mode, the upper ends of the second linear springs (45) are connected with the upper ends of the upper linear springs (46), plastic films are placed between the adjacent clamping wheels (46), the plastic films are guided and clamped, and the thickness of the plastic films is measured more accurately;
the unfolding mechanism (5) comprises an air cylinder (51) and a pressing frame (52), the air cylinder (51) is arranged on the upper side of the rear portion of the thickness gauge (2), the telescopic rod at the lower portion of the air cylinder (51) is connected with the pressing frame (52), the left side and the right side of the pressing frame (52) are respectively contacted with the adjacent movable frames (42), the four clamping wheels (46) are driven to move downwards through the movable pressing frame (52), the angles of the left side and the right side of the plastic film and the thickness gauge (2) are adjusted, the plastic film is unfolded in a downward pulling mode, and thickness detection is carried out on the plastic film more accurately.

The plastic film thickness gauge according to claim 1, further comprising a removing mechanism (6) for removing air bubbles between the upper part of the thickness gauge (2) and the plastic film, wherein the removing mechanism (6) comprises a straight guide rail (61), a moving block (62), a rotating shaft (63) and a removing wheel (64), the front part of the thickness gauge (2) is provided with the straight guide rail (61), the moving block (62) is connected to the straight guide rail (61) in a sliding manner, the rotating shaft (63) is rotatably connected to the upper part of the moving block (62), the removing wheel (64) is rotatably connected to the rear part of the rotating shaft (63), the lower part of the removing wheel (64) is in contact with the upper side of the thickness gauge (2), the removing wheel (64) is driven to roll left and right on the surface of the plastic film by stirring the moving block (62), and the air bubbles between the upper part of the thickness gauge (2) and the plastic film are removed, and the influence of the air bubbles on thickness detection results is eliminated.

The plastic film thickness gauge according to claim 2, further comprising a blowing mechanism (7) for blowing off dust and tiny impurities on the surface of the plastic film on the upper portion of the thickness gauge (2), wherein the blowing mechanism (7) comprises an arc-shaped guide rod (71), a sliding block (72), a fixed rod (73), a sliding frame (74) and a blower (75), the arc-shaped guide rod (71) is arranged on the upper side of the rear portion of the thickness gauge (2), the sliding block (72) is connected to the arc-shaped guide rod (71) in a sliding mode, the fixed rod (73) is connected to the sliding frame (74) in a sliding mode, the blower (75) is arranged on the lower portion of the sliding frame (74), the blower (75) is driven to move back and forth through controlling the sliding frame (74), the blower (75) is driven to move left and right, and dust and tiny impurities on all portions of the surface of the plastic film are blown off.

A plastic film thickness gauge as claimed in claim 3, further comprising an automatic mechanism (8) for driving the removal wheel (64) to roll when the clamping wheel (46) at the lower part moves downwards, wherein the automatic mechanism (8) comprises a connecting rod (81), an inclined guide rail (82) and a deflector rod (83), the connecting rod (81) is fixedly connected to the front side of the left movable frame (42), the connecting rod (81) is positioned at the front part of the adjacent clamping wheel (46), the inclined guide rail (82) is fixedly connected to the front part of the connecting rod (81), the right side of the inclined guide rail (82) is rotatably connected with the front side of the right movable frame (42), the deflector rod (83) is connected to the lower part of the movable block (62) in a sliding manner, and the removal wheel (64) is driven to roll on the surface of the plastic film of the thickness gauge (2) automatically through the cooperation between the inclined guide rail (82) and the deflector rod (83) when the plastic film is tensioned downwards, so that the air bubble thickness in the plastic film can be detected accurately.
