Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing auxiliary agents, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly dispersing leveling agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Polyester fiber is synthetic fiber with the widest application field and the greatest yield, and is dyed by a high-temperature and high-pressure method with disperse dye, but the dyeing process is easy to cause problems of dyeing color patterns, color points and the like due to factors such as poor dye compatibility, mismatching of dyeing process, improper operation of workers and the like, and the quality of the product is influenced, and specific reasons are as follows from the perspective of dye and fiber characteristics:
(1) The disperse dye contains no water-soluble groups in the molecules, belongs to hydrophobic dye, and usually exists in the working solution in a small amount in a dissolved and micelle state and in a large amount in a suspension state, in order to ensure that the dye is better suspended in the working solution, a dispersing agent is usually added into commercial dye, the effect of the dispersing agent in the commercial dye is weakened under high temperature conditions, so that the dispersion stability of the dye in a dye bath is greatly reduced, large particle aggregation is easy to occur, the dispersion uniformity of the dye in the dye bath is reduced, and the problems of color point, color flower and the like are caused by the adhesion of large dye particles on fibers.
(2) The conventional Polyester (PET) fiber has the characteristics of compact structure, regular arrangement and small gaps, dye is not easy to penetrate into the fiber, if the dye is not matched with the fiber or the process is improper, the phenomenon of uneven dyeing is easy to occur, for superfine polyester fiber and other novel polyester fibers, the linear density of the fiber is small, the specific surface area is increased, the dyeing speed of the dye is accelerated, the dye is not uniformly diffused and is combined with the fiber, the fabric is not easy to dye uniformly, and in order to dye dark color, the dye concentration is generally higher than that of the conventional polyester, and the dye is easier to produce color patterns and color points than that of the conventional polyester.
(3) Polyester fibers generally produce byproducts of oligomers in the polymerization stage, the oligomers are stained on the surface of the fibers in the form of white powder during high-temperature acid dyeing, and the fiber is stained by hydrolysis of fiber ester groups and the original oligomers during high-temperature alkaline dyeing, so that white spots or dark colors appear on the surface of the fibers, and the product quality is seriously affected.
The Shuoshi paper (research on dyeing and leveling agent of polyester superfine fiber, wang Liping) researches on compounding, component synthesis and dyeing performance test of leveling agent for dyeing polyester superfine fiber. Firstly, 8 levelling agents for dyeing polyester fibers at home and abroad are screened, the levelling agent 415ST for dyeing the polyester superfine fibers with better performance produced by Sanroubo company in Japan is analyzed, and the structure and the components of the levelling agent 415ST are determined; polyethylene glycol dioleate and other polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester nonionic surfactants and anionic surfactant styrenephenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate are synthesized by an orthogonal experiment method, and optimal synthesis process conditions are optimized; further, the relation between the structure, the composition and the dyeing performance of the surfactant compound is examined, the level dyeing effect of dyed fabrics is measured by taking the unevenness as a standard, and the high-efficiency leveling agent SM-995 which is suitable for quick (2 ℃/min) and lower bath ratio (1:15) dyeing of the polyester superfine fibers is compounded.
Journal paper (development of novel polyester high-temperature leveling agent WYR-1, wei Yi, etc., printing and dyeing auxiliary agent, 19 volume, 4 th period) develops novel polyester high-temperature leveling agent WRY-1 by using sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, polyoxyethylene (7) glycerol cocoate and self-made surfactant WYR, and the results show that: has good dye dispersibility, leveling property, transfer dyeing property and dye uptake.
However, the leveling agents disclosed in the above prior art still cannot meet the diversified demands of customers. Therefore, the dye with good compatibility is required to be selected, the dyeing process is reasonably controlled to solve the limitation, the dispersing leveling agent with excellent performance is required to be developed aiming at the problem characteristics, and the dispersing leveling agent has wide applicability to different requirements of customers, so that the corresponding leveling agent has the following performance:
(1) The dye has good dispersibility in dye liquor, especially dispersibility under high temperature conditions;
(2) The dye has excellent slow-dyeing performance, and the dyeing rate of the dye is slowed down in the dyeing process of the dye, particularly in a dyeing sensitive temperature section;
(3) The dyeing process has excellent transfer dyeing effect, so that slight color flowers can be directly leveled through transfer dyeing performance in the dyeing process;

(5) The dyeing process has the advantages of low decolorization, basically no influence on disperse dyeing color light and depth, and improvement of dyeing reproducibility.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide an environment-friendly dispersing leveling agent which has excellent dispersibility, transfer property, slow dyeing property and decolorization property under high temperature conditions.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides an environment-friendly dispersing leveling agent. The invention adopts nonionic surfactant, anionic surfactant polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, N-containing carrier and benzene sulfonate for composite use, integrates the advantages of various leveling agents, and the prepared leveling agent has excellent dispersibility, transfer dyeing property, slow dyeing property and decolorizing property under the high temperature condition, and is environment-friendly and pollution-free.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, the invention provides an environment-friendly dispersing leveling agent, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
wherein the nonionic surfactant is polyoxyethylene ether surfactant, preferably fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
Wherein the anionic surfactant is polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, preferably dodecyl polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate.
Wherein the N-containing carrier is selected from N-cyclohexyl pyrrolidone and/or N-alkyl phthalimide, preferably a mixture of N-cyclohexyl pyrrolidone and N-alkyl phthalimide, and the mass ratio of the N-cyclohexyl pyrrolidone to the N-alkyl phthalimide is 1:2-3.
Wherein the benzene sulfonate is dodecylbenzene sulfonate.
The dispersing agent can be any dispersing agent common in the art, and sodium polyacrylate is preferred.
Wherein the antibacterial agent is selected from one or more of inorganic antibacterial agent, organic antibacterial agent or natural antibacterial agent, preferably organic antibacterial agent.
The pH regulator can be any common pH regulator in the field, preferably one of glacial acetic acid, ammonium sulfate, an acetic acid buffer system and an ammonium sulfate buffer system.
The nonionic surfactant has affinity to disperse dye, has a transfer dyeing effect, has affinity to polyester fiber, is easy to lose water when the polyester is dyed at high temperature, and the combination of oxyethylene chains and groups such as hydroxyl groups, amino groups and the like in dye molecules is loose physical adsorption without ion repulsive force, so that the dispersibility and the solubilisation are poor, and particularly the low-cloud point nonionic surfactant has no solubilisation and dispersion effects at high temperature, but can associate the dye to generate condensation. The anionic surfactant has less influence on the dyeing rate of disperse dye, poor level dyeing capability, good dispersion and solubilization, strong dispersion capability of association of disperse dye, and capability of reducing the cohesiveness of association of disperse dye, and the anionic charge carried by the anionic surfactant has influence on the combination and level dyeing property of dye and surfactant in the dyeing process. The N-containing carrier can fully swell the polyester fiber, can dye at 90-100 ℃, saves a large amount of energy, is nontoxic or low in toxicity and is easy to biodegrade.
The leveling agent containing the ethoxy structure captures disperse dye in the dyeing process, increases dye dyeing seats, and delays dyeing to achieve leveling effect; when the dyeing temperature of the leveling agent containing the aromatic compound reaches a certain critical value, the polyester fiber can be rapidly plasticized and swelled, the gap in the fiber is obviously increased when the glass transition temperature of the polyester is reduced, the dye is rapidly and intensively dyed on the fiber, and meanwhile, the dye in the fiber can be continuously desorbed and separated from the fiber as a solvent of the dye to generate obvious migration so as to achieve the leveling effect; the leveling agent containing aliphatic compounds has the functions of accelerating and relieving dyeing under different dyeing temperature conditions, and greatly improves the migration of the disperse dye so as to achieve a uniform effect.
According to the invention, the synergistic effect and synergy of the nonionic surfactant, the anionic surfactant polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, the N-containing carrier and the benzene sulfonate are utilized to fully swell the polyester fiber, the hydrophobic combination of the dye and the surfactant is increased, the dyeing speed of the dye is slowed, and the prepared leveling agent has excellent dispersibility, transfer dyeing property, slow dyeing property and decolorization property under the high-temperature condition, and is environment-friendly and pollution-free.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly dispersing leveling agent, which comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials according to the formula, adding water into a stirrer, starting the stirrer, sequentially adding the raw materials except the pH regulator, stirring uniformly, adding the pH regulator, and discharging after physical and chemical indexes such as pH value, sugar degree and the like meet the indexes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the synergistic effect and synergy of the nonionic surfactant, the anionic surfactant polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, the N-containing carrier and the benzene sulfonate are utilized to fully swell the polyester fiber, the hydrophobic combination of the dye and the surfactant is increased, the dyeing speed of the dye is slowed, and the prepared leveling agent has excellent dispersibility, transfer dyeing property, slow dyeing property and decolorization property under the high-temperature condition, and is environment-friendly and pollution-free.
2. The environment-friendly dispersing and leveling agent prepared by the invention has excellent transfer dyeing function, can enable dye to uniformly migrate and spread on fabric, and can prevent and solve the problem of color patterns; the dyeing speed of the dye can be effectively controlled, the dye is uniformly dyed, and the disperse dyeing color patterns are reduced; the decoloring property is small, the cylinder difference and the matching difference are small, and the production stability is high; the high-temperature dispersibility is excellent, the dispersion uniformity of the dye in the dyeing working solution is improved, and the dyeing color problem is prevented; the coating has good dispersibility on the oligomer, prevents the oligomer from depositing on the fabric and generating stain on the fabric; low foam, environmental protection, no non-environmental protection components such as APEO, phthalate, and the like.
