Referring to fig. 3, the lower end of the treatment tank 1 is provided with a support frame 3, one side of the support frame 3 is provided with a placing plate 5, the placing plate 5 is provided with a collecting shell 4, the lower end of the treatment tank 1 is provided with a water pump 6, one side of the water pump 6 is provided with a water outlet pipe 7, the outer end of the water outlet pipe 7 is positioned above the collecting shell 4, a water tank 17 is arranged at the bottom of the treatment tank 1, a water inlet pipe 16 at the other side of the water pump 6 is communicated with the water tank 17, and liquid separated from the inside of the treatment tank 1 can be completely pumped away through the water tank 17.
Working principle: during operation, the excrement is conveyed into the treatment box 1 through the feeding shell 2 and guided by the guide plate 20, so that the excrement flows to the middle upper end of the separation plate 35, the use efficiency of the separation plate 35 can be increased, and meanwhile, the time of the excrement in the treatment box 1 is increased, so that the solid-liquid separation effect is better;
at this time, the placing groove 24 is communicated with the through groove 46, the elastic force of the fourth spring 23 is larger than that of the fifth spring 40, the arc-shaped pushing block 25 is pushed by the fourth spring 23 to move into the through groove 46, the arc-shaped pushing block 25 pushes the arc-shaped pushing block 45 to move, the fifth spring 40 is stretched, the arc-shaped pushing block 45 pushes the arc-shaped block 39 to enable the connecting plate 31 and the scraping plate 26 to move downwards, and the scraping plate 26 moves downwards to prop against the upper end of the separating plate 35; when the scraping plate 26 abuts against the upper end of the separating plate 35, the mounting groove 43 is communicated with the limiting opening 41, and due to the action of the second spring 44, the outer end of the arc-shaped sliding block 42 can slide into the limiting opening 41 to limit the downward-moving connecting plate 31, so that the condition that the arc-shaped block 39 is not pushed by the arc-shaped top block 45 any more, the scraping plate 26 can move upwards due to the resilience force of the first spring 29 and separate from the separating plate 35, and the excrement pushing cannot be completed;
the motor 27 is started to drive the threaded rod 14 to rotate, the threaded rod 14 drives the sliding plate 28 to move, so that the scraping plate 26 pushes out the excrement on the separating plate 35, when the sliding plate 28 moves, the sliding plate 28 can move because the arc-shaped pushing block 25 extending into the through groove 46 is arranged in an arc shape, after the sliding plate 28 moves, the placing groove 24 is staggered with the through groove 46, and one end of the arc-shaped pushing block 45 moves to reset due to the action of the fifth spring 40 and slides into the through groove 46;
the threaded rod 14 can drive the transmission gear 32 fixedly connected with the threaded rod 14 to rotate while rotating, the transmission gear 32 drives the transmission gear 32 on the rotating rod 19 to rotate through the transmission belt 33, the transmission gear 32 drives the rotating rod 19 to rotate, the rotating rod 19 drives the vibration lug 18 to push the filter screen plate-shaped separation plate 35 to vibrate, the separation plate 35 is prevented from being blocked, the water leakage effect is poor, and a plurality of vibration lugs 18 are arranged;
when the slide plate 28 moves, the arc extrusion block 21 is extruded to slide into the slide groove 34, the third spring 38 is extruded, when the slide groove 34 is communicated with the limit opening 41 and the mounting groove 43, after the excrement pushing is finished, the elastic force of the third spring 38 is larger than that of the second spring 44, the arc extrusion block 21 is pushed by the third spring 38, the arc extrusion block 21 pushes the arc sliding block 42 to separate from the limit opening 41, the second spring 44 is extruded, the connecting plate 31 is pulled to move upwards due to the action of the first spring 29, the connecting plate 31 drives the scraping plate 26 to move upwards to separate from the separating plate 35, the motor 27 can be started to rotate reversely, the slide plate 28 moves to reset, and the part of the arc extrusion block 21 located at the limit opening 41 is arc-shaped, so that the slide plate 28 can move, a small amount of excrement remained on the separating plate 35 is prevented from being pushed back to the other side of the scraping plate 26 when the scraping plate 26 moves to reset, after a long time, more excrement is easy to be accumulated on the other side of the scraping plate 26, and the excrement is inconvenient to remove.
The excrement enters the collecting box 11 through the inclined discharge hole 36 and the inclined hole 37, the electric push rod 9 is started to drive the inclined extrusion block 10 to move downwards, the excrement in the collecting box 11 is extruded, and a small amount of water remained in the excrement can be discharged into the treatment box 1 through the connecting shell 13 during extrusion;
then the water pump 6 is started to pump the liquid in the water tank 17 into the collecting shell 4 through the water inlet pipe 16 and the water outlet pipe 7;
when the motor 27 drives the slide plate 28 to reset, the reset is stopped until the placing groove 24 is communicated with the through groove 46, and the reciprocating work is finished sequentially.
