Description

Visual bronchus intubate
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bronchial intubation, in particular to a visual bronchial intubation.
Background
The camera arranged on the bronchial cannula forms a visual bronchial cannula, and because secretion exists in the airway, the camera which stretches into a human body together with the bronchial cannula is easily shielded by the secretion in the tube placing process, so that the lens of the camera is blurred, even the vision of medical staff is completely shielded, the available operation vision can not be provided, and the operation delay treatment is caused.
For the above phenomenon, the current operation for the camera to be shielded by sputum or mist is as follows: firstly, using a sputum suction tube to suck sputum near a camera; if the sputum is too much, 10cc of gas is injected, and meanwhile, the gas is rapidly sucked out; then, 5cc of physiological saline is injected into the flushing port in a pulse way to flush the camera, so that liquid is rapidly sucked out; according to the actual situation, the above operation is repeated, and the normal operation is performed 3 to 7 times, so that a satisfactory visual effect can be obtained. In an actual camera cleaning operation, the cleaning direction in this way is approximately perpendicular to the axial direction of the camera. As described above, the operation of repeated cleaning for 3-7 times is required to obtain satisfactory results, and the camera lens of the product cannot be cleaned quickly and effectively, which results in a lot of time consumption in the operation process, repeated flushing of the camera lens, and even risk of infection.
As with the above cleaning methods, there are also frequent failure situations. At this time, medical staff need pull out visual bronchus intubate from the air flue, wash the camera lens outside the patient, then put into visual bronchus intubate again, this kind of operation has delayed the treatment time greatly to the risk of damaging patient's air flue has been increased to the secondary intubate.
The method is characterized in that two or more cleaning nozzles are arranged on one side of the camera, and the axial direction of the cleaning nozzles is approximately perpendicular to the axial direction of the camera, so that a camera lens of a product cannot be quickly and effectively cleaned in many cases, and the camera lens of the camera is easily affected by secretion to be blurred in the process of placing the product into an air passage or after the product is placed into the air passage, even the sight of medical staff is completely blocked, and clinical operation cannot be implemented.
How to solve the problems is a technical problem to be solved.
