As a preferred embodiment, the water-soluble moisturizing component is a combination of glycerin, 1, 2-pentanediol, sorbitol, and betaine.
As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of glycerin, 1, 2-pentanediol, sorbitol and betaine is (4-8): (3-6): 3: (0-3).
The applicant finds that the combination of glycerin, 1, 2-pentanediol, sorbitol and betaine as humectant can increase the moisturizing effect of the facial care composition, not only can not dry the face, but also can supplement water for the skin, thereby realizing good make-up performance. The possible reasons for the guess are: the synergistic effect of the glycerol, the 1, 2-pentanediol, the sorbitol and the betaine can penetrate into the skin cutin layer to timely supplement water after destroying the grease on the skin surface, and balance the water and oil on the skin surface under the action of the betaine and the sorbitol, reduce the grease secretion of the skin and enable the skin to be in a moist state. As a preferred embodiment, the water-soluble thickening component is selected from one or a combination of several of carbomers, acrylic ester/C10-30 alkanol acrylic ester cross-linked polymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, sodium polyacrylate, xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose and cellulose gum.
As a preferred embodiment, the water-soluble thickening component is a combination of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, an enoate/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and xanthan gum.
As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, acrylic acid (ester) type/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and xanthan gum is (0-0.3): (0-0.3): (0-0.3).
The applicant found during the experiment that the combination of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, acrylic acid (ester) type/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and xanthan gum as water-soluble thickener can make the facial care composition have proper viscosity, so that the facial care composition is easy to adhere to the skin surface, has good film forming absorbability, further prolongs the moisturizing aging of the composition, and is suspected to be due to the following possible reasons: the facial care composition disclosed by the application has the advantages that when the facial care composition is in contact with skin, facial cleaning and moisturizing are carried out simultaneously, the skin surface grease is damaged by the synergistic effect of the hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and betaine, the skin surface grease can be easily taken away under proper viscosity, a moisturizing film is formed on the skin surface, the surface water loss of the skin is reduced, and the moisturizing aging of the skin is prolonged.
As a preferred embodiment, the pH adjuster is selected from one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, tromethamine, aminomethylpropanol, arginine, citric acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, maltobionic acid, lactobionic acid, and gluconolactone.
As a preferred embodiment, the pH adjuster is a combination of citric acid, lactobionic acid and glycolic acid.
As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of citric acid, lactobionic acid and glycolic acid is (0-0.4): (0-0.5): (0-0.5).
As a preferred embodiment, the chelating agent is selected from one or a combination of several of disodium EDTA, tetrasodium EDTA and sodium phytate.
As a preferred embodiment, the chelating agent is sodium phytate.
As a preferred embodiment, the stabilizing component is a combination of p-hydroxyacetophenone and ethylhexyl glycerol.
As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the p-hydroxyacetophenone to the ethylhexyl glycerol is 0.4:0.05.

(3) Filling cosmetic water into a container filled with nonwoven fabric, soaking fiber thoroughly, sealing, sterilizing, and packaging to obtain facial care composition.
In a third aspect the present invention provides the use of a facial care composition comprising a nonwoven fabric and a lotion for use in an outbound cleansing skin care or temporary cleansing skin care.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description
Example 1
A facial care composition comprising a nonwoven fabric and a lotion, examples 1-4 lotions were prepared with raw materials in weight percent as shown in Table 1.

A method of preparing a facial care composition comprising a nonwoven fabric and a lotion comprising the steps of:
(1) Adding a water-soluble moisturizing component, a water-soluble thickening component and a chelating agent into deionized water, stirring, heating to 80 ℃ and completely dissolving;
(2) Cooling to 40 ℃, adding a pH regulator, stabilizing components, and stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the toning lotion;
(3) Filling cosmetic water into a container filled with nonwoven fabric, soaking fiber thoroughly, sealing, sterilizing, and packaging to obtain facial care composition.

Performance testing
1. Keratosis improvement test: selecting 20 volunteers, dividing the volunteers into 4 groups, 5 people in each group, and selecting a region of 2cm x 2cm on the inner side of an arm; using examples 1-4, respectively, comparative example 1 gently rubbed the skin, and before and after the product was used, the skin horny layer was collected by B-SQUAM, and C-Cube photographing was performed, and the horny layer area was analyzed by Image Pro Analyzer, and the results were averaged. The facial care composition comprising a nonwoven fabric and a lotion according to claim 5, wherein said water-soluble moisturizing component is selected from one or more of glycerin, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 3-propanediol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, methylpropanediol, sorbitol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, betaine, panthenol, glycereth-26, PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer.

The facial care composition comprising a nonwoven fabric and a lotion according to claim 5, wherein said water-soluble thickening component is selected from one or a combination of several of carbomers, acrylic ester/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymers, hydroxyethyl acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, sodium polyacrylate, xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose, cellulose gum.

The facial care composition comprising a nonwoven fabric and a lotion according to claim 5, wherein said pH adjusting agent is selected from one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, tromethamine, aminomethylpropanol, arginine, citric acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, maltobionic acid, lactobionic acid, gluconolactone.
9. A method of preparing a facial care composition comprising a nonwoven fabric and a lotion according to any one of claims 5-8, comprising the steps of:
(1) Adding a water-soluble moisturizing component, a water-soluble thickening component and a chelating agent into deionized water, stirring, heating to 75-85 ℃ and completely dissolving;
(2) Cooling to 40-45deg.C, adding pH regulator, stabilizing components, stirring, and dispersing to obtain cosmetic water;
(3) Filling cosmetic water into a container filled with nonwoven fabric, soaking fiber thoroughly, sealing, sterilizing, and packaging to obtain facial care composition.
