In this embodiment, if the HSS network element queries the first slice subscription information corresponding to the UE, that is, the UE has completed registration and account opening on the HSS network element, the first slice subscription information is returned to the AMF network element. The AMF network element can establish PDU session corresponding to the UE in the 5G network according to the first slice subscription information and PDN connection established in the 4G network by the UE.
Step S130, sending second slice subscription information corresponding to the 5G network registration account opening template to the AMF network element, so that the AMF network element establishes a PDU session corresponding to the user equipment in a 5G network based on the context information corresponding to the user equipment and the second slice subscription information, wherein the context information comprises PDN connection information established by the user equipment in a 4G network;

Therefore, when the AMF network element waits for the slice subscription information returned by the HSS network element based on the 5G network registration account opening instruction, the HSS network element simultaneously triggers PDN connection deletion caused by the PDN connection deletion instruction based on the 5G network registration account opening instruction, so that after the AMF network element acquires the PDN connection of the UE in the 4G network, the AMF network element sends the 5G network registration account opening instruction to the HSS network element, and simultaneously triggers the PDN connection deletion instruction to delete the PDN connection.
The step S130 specifically includes:
and transmitting slice subscription information corresponding to the 5G network registration account opening template to the AMF network element, so that the AMF network element transmits an acquisition request of the context information to an MME network element, and establishing a PDU session corresponding to the user equipment in the 5G network according to the slice subscription information and the context information transmitted by the MME.

Specifically, the context information of the UE in the 4G network may be converted into context information of the UE in the 5G network, for example, pushing to the 5G security context according to the EPS security context, or authenticating to the UE, etc., and establishing a PDU session corresponding to the UE in the 5G network according to the context information of the UE in the 5G network.
Step S140, after the AMF network element obtains the context information corresponding to the user equipment, a 5G registration account opening instruction corresponding to the user equipment is sent to the HSS network element, so that the HSS network element updates subscription information corresponding to the user equipment, where updating the subscription information includes deleting the PDN connection information established in the 4G network by the user equipment.
In this embodiment, after the AMF network element obtains the context information corresponding to the user equipment, the AMF network element sends a 5G registration account opening instruction corresponding to the user equipment to the HSS network element. Namely, the AMF acquires the 4G network subscription information corresponding to the UE and generates the 5G network subscription information corresponding to the UE according to the 4G network subscription information corresponding to the UE. The HSS network element sends a location cancel instruction to the mobility management entity (Mobility Management Entity, MME) while receiving the 5G registration opening instruction. And after receiving the position cancellation instruction, the MME network element separates the UE and sends a PDN connection deletion instruction to a service network manager corresponding to the UE. Thus, the subscription information corresponding to the UE is updated from the 4G network subscription information to the 5G network subscription information, and migration of the subscription information of the UE is completed.
The step S140 specifically includes:
after detecting that the AMF network element acquires the context information, sending the 5G registration account opening instruction to the HSS, so that the HSS network element deletes the subscription information of the user equipment in the 4G network after the AMF network element acquires the context information, and increases the subscription information of the user equipment in the 5G network to complete updating of the subscription information corresponding to the user equipment, wherein deleting the subscription information of the user equipment in the 4G network comprises deleting the PDN connection information established by the user equipment in the 4G network.
In this embodiment, in order to delete the PDN connection information after the AMF network element acquires the PDN connection information, a circulation timer may be set to circulate an instruction for sending to the AMF network element whether to acquire a context, and if so, send an acquisition event completion instruction to the UDIWF network element. Therefore, after the AMF network element is detected to acquire the context information, the 5G registration account opening instruction is sent to the HSS, so that after the AMF network element acquires the context information, the HSS deletes the subscription information of the user equipment in the 4G network, and increases the subscription information of the user equipment in the 5G network, so that updating of the subscription information corresponding to the user equipment is completed, namely the subscription information of the user equipment in the 4G network (including deleting the PDN connection information established in the 4G network by the user equipment) is deleted.
The step of sending the 5G registration account opening instruction corresponding to the user equipment to the HSS network element after the AMF network element obtains the context information corresponding to the user equipment includes:
and after a first time period of the second slice subscription information is sent to the AMF network element, sending the 5G registration account opening instruction to the HSS network element, wherein the first time period is larger than a second time period corresponding to the context information acquired by the AMF network element.
In this embodiment, a timer may be set according to a time required for the AMF network element to obtain the context information after receiving the slice subscription information, where the time is set as a second time period, and when the UDIWF network element sends the second slice subscription information to the AMF network element, and when the first time period is reached, the UDIWF network element sends the 5G registration account opening instruction to the HSS network element, where the first time period is greater than the second time period, so that it is ensured that PDN connection information is deleted after the AMF network element obtains the PDN connection information.
In this embodiment, when the user equipment switches networks for the first time, that is, the slice subscription information corresponding to the user equipment is not queried, the 5G network registration account opening template corresponding to the user equipment is preferentially returned to the AMF network element, so that the AMF network element obtains PDN connection information of the user equipment. And then after the AMF network element acquires the PDN connection information, sending a 5G registration account opening instruction corresponding to the user equipment to the HSS network element, and triggering a deletion instruction of the PDN connection information at the same time, thereby avoiding deleting the PDN connection information before the AMF network element acquires the PDN connection information, avoiding reestablishing a 5G network session, improving the session establishment efficiency of the user equipment when the network is switched for the first time, and improving the user experience.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium which is used for readable storage, the storage medium stores a program, the program comprises program instructions, and the processor executes the program instructions to realize any one of the session establishment methods provided by the embodiment of the invention.
The storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the session establishment device according to the foregoing embodiment, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the session establishment device. The storage medium may also be an external storage device of the session establishment device, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a secure digital Card (Secure Digital Card, SD Card), a Flash memory Card (Flash Card) or the like, which are provided on the session establishment device.
The invention discloses a session establishment method, equipment and a storage medium, wherein when a 5G network registration request sent by an AMF network element is received, a query result of first slicing subscription information of user equipment is obtained based on a user equipment identifier in the 5G network registration request; if the query result is that the first slice subscription information does not exist, determining a 5G network registration account opening template corresponding to the user equipment identifier in an HSS network element; sending second slice subscription information corresponding to the 5G network registration account opening template to the AMF network element, so that the AMF network element establishes a PDU session corresponding to the user equipment in a 5G network based on context information corresponding to the user equipment and the second slice subscription information, wherein the context information comprises PDN connection information established by the user equipment in a 4G network; after the AMF network element obtains the context information corresponding to the user equipment, a 5G registration account opening instruction corresponding to the user equipment is sent to the HSS network element so that the HSS network element can update the subscription information corresponding to the user equipment, wherein the update of the subscription information comprises deleting the PDN connection information established in the 4G network by the user equipment. By the method, when the user equipment switches the network for the first time, namely the slice subscription information corresponding to the user equipment is not queried, the 5G network registration account opening template corresponding to the user equipment is preferentially returned to the AMF network element, so that the AMF network element acquires the PDN connection information of the user equipment. And then after the AMF network element acquires the PDN connection information, sending a 5G registration account opening instruction corresponding to the user equipment to the HSS network element, and triggering a deletion instruction of the PDN connection information at the same time, thereby avoiding deleting the PDN connection information before the AMF network element acquires the PDN connection information, avoiding reestablishing a 5G network session, improving the session establishment efficiency of the user equipment when the network is switched for the first time, and improving the user experience.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or some of the steps of the methods, systems, functional modules/units in the devices disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof.
In a hardware implementation, the division between the functional modules/units mentioned in the above description does not necessarily correspond to the division of physical components; for example, one physical component may have multiple functions, or one function or step may be performed cooperatively by several physical components. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on a storable medium, which may include a computer storage medium (or non-transitory medium) and a communication medium (or transitory medium). The term storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as known to those skilled in the art. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can be accessed by a computer. Furthermore, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media.

Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method of session establishment, the method comprising:
when a 5G network registration request sent by an AMF network element is received, acquiring a query result of first slicing subscription information of user equipment based on a user equipment identifier in the 5G network registration request;
if the query result is that the first slice subscription information does not exist, determining a 5G network registration account opening template corresponding to the user equipment identifier in an HSS network element;
sending second slice subscription information corresponding to the 5G network registration account opening template to the AMF network element, so that the AMF network element establishes a PDU session corresponding to the user equipment in a 5G network based on context information corresponding to the user equipment and the second slice subscription information, wherein the context information comprises PDN connection information established by the user equipment in a 4G network;
after the AMF network element obtains the context information corresponding to the user equipment, a 5G registration account opening instruction corresponding to the user equipment is sent to the HSS network element so that the HSS network element can update the subscription information corresponding to the user equipment, wherein the update of the subscription information comprises deleting the PDN connection information established in the 4G network by the user equipment.
2. The session establishment method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the 5G registration initiation instruction corresponding to the user equipment to the HSS network element after the AMF network element obtains the context information corresponding to the user equipment includes:
and after a first time period of the second slice subscription information is sent to the AMF network element, sending the 5G registration account opening instruction to the HSS network element, wherein the first time period is larger than a second time period corresponding to the context information acquired by the AMF network element.

The session establishment method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending a 5G registration initiation instruction corresponding to the user equipment to the HSS network element after the AMF network element obtains the context information corresponding to the user equipment, so that the HSS network element updates subscription information corresponding to the user equipment includes:
after detecting that the AMF network element acquires the context information, sending the 5G registration account opening instruction to the HSS, so that the HSS network element deletes the subscription information of the user equipment in the 4G network after the AMF network element acquires the context information, and increases the subscription information of the user equipment in the 5G network to complete updating of the subscription information corresponding to the user equipment, wherein deleting the subscription information of the user equipment in the 4G network comprises deleting the PDN connection information established by the user equipment in the 4G network.
4. The session establishment method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the query result of the first slice subscription information of the user equipment based on the user equipment identifier in the 5G network registration request when the 5G network registration request sent by the AMF network element is received comprises:
and when the 5G network registration request is received, sending a subscription information query request carrying the user equipment identifier to the HSS network element so that the HSS can query the first slicing subscription information based on the user equipment identifier and feed back a query result of the first slicing subscription information.
5. The method for establishing a session according to claim 4, wherein the step of determining, in the HSS network element, the 5G network registration account opening template corresponding to the ue identifier if the query result indicates that the first slice subscription information does not exist includes:
and if the query result is that the first piece of subscription information does not exist, querying a template corresponding to the user equipment identifier in the HSS network element according to a preset unowned query strategy, and taking the template as the 5G network registration account opening template.

The session establishment method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending second slice subscription information corresponding to the 5G network registration account opening template to the AMF network element, so that the AMF network element establishes a PDU session corresponding to the user equipment in the 5G network based on the context information corresponding to the user equipment and the second slice subscription information comprises:
and transmitting slice subscription information corresponding to the 5G network registration account opening template to the AMF network element, so that the AMF network element transmits an acquisition request of the context information to an MME network element, and establishing a PDU session corresponding to the user equipment in the 5G network according to the slice subscription information and the context information transmitted by the MME.

The session establishment method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending a 5G registration initiation instruction corresponding to the user equipment to the HSS network element after the AMF network element obtains the context information corresponding to the user equipment, so that the HSS network element updates subscription information corresponding to the user equipment includes:
after the AMF network element obtains the context information, the AMF network element sends the 5G registration account opening instruction to the HSS network element, so that the HSS generates 5G network subscription information according to the second slice subscription information, and deletes 4G network subscription information of the user equipment, wherein the 4G network subscription information comprises PDN connection information established in a 4G network by the user equipment.

The session establishment method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein, when receiving a 5G network registration request sent by an AMF network element, after the step of obtaining a query result of first slice subscription information of a user equipment based on a user equipment identifier in the 5G network registration request, the method further comprises:
and if the query result is that the first slice subscription information exists, acquiring the first slice subscription information from the HSS network element, and returning the first slice subscription information to the AMF network element so that the AMF can establish PDU session corresponding to the user equipment in a 5G network based on PDN connection information established in the 4G network by the user equipment and the slice subscription information.

A session establishment device, characterized in that the device comprises a memory, a processor, a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, and a data bus for enabling a connection communication between the processor and the memory, which program, when being executed by the processor, implements the steps of the session establishment method according to any of claims 1-8.
10. A storage medium for readable storage, wherein the storage medium stores one or more programs executable by one or more processors to implement the session establishment method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
