Typesetting: the solid guide rod blank 3 and the capillary hollow tube blank 2 penetrate into the large outer circle hollow tube blank 1, wherein the solid guide rod blank 3 is positioned at the center of a circle, the capillary hollow tube blank 2 surrounds the solid guide rod blank 3 to form an annular array, the capillary hollow tube blank 2 forms an annular structure which is in seamless adhesion with each other, an inner ring of the annular structure is in adhesion with the outer peripheral surface of the solid guide rod blank 3, the outer ring of the annular structure is in adhesion with the inner peripheral surface of the large outer circle hollow tube blank 1, and in the embodiment, the number of the capillary hollow tube blanks 2 is 10.
The diameter of the caulking solid rod body blank 4 is not unique, and can be one specification or a plurality of specifications, and the caulking solid rod body blank is set according to the size of the gap.
Stretching: placing the whole set of blanks subjected to typesetting into a drawing machine tool, vacuumizing the space where the whole set of blanks are located or vacuumizing the inside of the whole set of blanks from two ends, heating, sealing the fused agglomerations at two ends of the whole set of blanks, and controlling the drawing machine tool to draw the whole set of blanks to a specific length;
and (5) annealing, cooling and checking: and (3) annealing and cooling the whole set of blanks drawn to a specific length to normal temperature, taking the finished blank with clean gloves, checking the appearance quality of the blank, and forming a transparent single qualified drawn finished product, wherein the blank has no flaws, no pollution and full internal fusion.
And (3) finishing: accurately grinding the outer circle of the whole set of blank, placing the blank on special outer circle grinding equipment, and grinding until the outer circle is 8.0+/-0.01 mm and the surface is a fog mirror surface; the blank after the outer circle is ground is cut off the unqualified ends at the two ends, and is cut into a certain length according to the requirement, and the length is usually 120 mm.
Capillary pore inspection: and checking the shape of the internal capillary holes of the cut workpiece by special equipment such as microscopic equipment and checking the appearance of the workpiece to confirm whether the workpiece is qualified or not.

1. A method of manufacturing a multichannel quartz capillary tube, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
preparing materials: preparing a large outer circle hollow tube blank, a capillary hollow tube blank and a solid guide rod blank, wherein the large outer circle hollow tube blank, the capillary hollow tube blank and the solid guide rod blank are made of quartz glass, and the cross section of the capillary hollow tube blank is designed into a trapezoid sector-like shape with arc upper edges and arc lower edges and straight sides;
typesetting: penetrating a solid guide rod blank and a capillary hollow tube blank into a large outer circle hollow tube blank, wherein the solid guide rod blank is positioned at the center of a circle, the capillary hollow tube blank is in an annular array around the solid guide rod blank, the capillary hollow tube blank forms an annular structure which is in seamless adhesion with each other, an inner ring of the annular structure is in adhesion with the outer peripheral surface of the solid guide rod blank, and an outer ring of the annular structure is in adhesion with the inner peripheral surface of the large outer circle hollow tube blank;
stretching: placing the whole set of blanks subjected to typesetting into a drawing machine tool, vacuumizing the space where the whole set of blanks are located or vacuumizing the inside of the whole set of blanks from two ends, heating, sealing the fused agglomerations at two ends of the whole set of blanks, and controlling the drawing machine tool to draw the whole set of blanks to a specific length;
and (5) annealing, cooling and checking: annealing and cooling the whole set of blanks drawn to a specific length, and checking the appearance and internal fusion condition of the whole set of blanks;
and (3) finishing: accurately grinding the outer circle of the whole set of blank, cutting off unqualified areas at two ends, and cutting the rest part into one or more sections of required length;
capillary pore inspection: and checking the shape of the internal capillary holes of the cut workpiece by special equipment to confirm whether the workpiece is qualified or not.
2. The method of manufacturing a multichannel quartz capillary according to claim 1, wherein: the stretching length of the whole set of blanks is 3-5 times of the length of the original blanks.
3. A method of manufacturing a multichannel quartz capillary according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the minimum size of the excircle of the whole set of the stretched blanks is less than or equal to 10mm.
4. A method of manufacturing a multichannel quartz capillary according to claim 3, characterized in that: in the finish machining process, the finish grinding is carried out until the outer surface of the whole set of blank is a fog mirror surface.
5. A method of manufacturing a multichannel quartz capillary tube, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
preparing materials: preparing a large outer circle hollow tube blank, a capillary hollow tube blank, a solid guide rod blank and a joint filling solid rod blank, wherein the large outer circle hollow tube blank, the capillary hollow tube blank, the solid guide rod blank and the joint filling solid rod blank are all made of quartz glass;
typesetting: penetrating a solid guide rod blank, a capillary hollow tube blank and a joint filling solid rod blank into a large outer circle hollow tube blank, wherein the solid guide rod blank is positioned at the center of a circle, the capillary hollow tube blank surrounds the solid guide rod blank in an annular array, the outer diameter of the capillary hollow tube blank is consistent with the width of a gap between the solid guide rod blank and the large outer circle hollow tube blank, and the joint filling solid rod blank is filled in the gap between the capillary hollow tube blank and the solid guide rod blank and the large outer circle hollow tube blank;
stretching: placing the whole set of blanks subjected to typesetting into a drawing machine tool, vacuumizing the space where the whole set of blanks are located or vacuumizing the inside of the whole set of blanks from two ends, heating, sealing the fused agglomerations at two ends of the whole set of blanks, and controlling the drawing machine tool to draw the whole set of blanks to a specific length;
and (5) annealing, cooling and checking: annealing and cooling the whole set of blanks drawn to a specific length, and checking the appearance and internal fusion condition of the whole set of blanks;
and (3) finishing: accurately grinding the outer circle of the whole set of blank, cutting off unqualified areas at two ends, and cutting the rest part into one or more sections of required length;

typesetting: penetrating a solid guide rod blank, a capillary hollow tube blank and a joint filling solid rod blank into the large outer circle hollow tube blank, wherein the solid guide rod blank is positioned at the center of a circle, the capillary hollow tube blank is divided into at least two layers of annular arrays around the solid guide rod blank, two adjacent layers of capillary hollow tube blanks are tightly attached to each other, the outermost layer of capillary hollow tube blank is tightly attached to the inner wall of the large outer circle hollow tube blank, and the innermost layer of capillary hollow tube blank is tightly attached to the outer wall of the solid guide rod blank; the gap filling solid rod blanks are filled in gaps among the capillary hollow tube blanks and gaps among the capillary hollow tube blanks, the solid guide rod blanks and the large outer circle hollow tube blanks;
stretching: placing the whole set of blanks subjected to typesetting into a drawing machine tool, vacuumizing the space where the whole set of blanks are located or vacuumizing the inside of the whole set of blanks from two ends, heating, sealing the fused agglomerations at two ends of the whole set of blanks, and controlling the drawing machine tool to draw the whole set of blanks to a specific length;
and (5) annealing, cooling and checking: annealing and cooling the whole set of blanks drawn to a specific length, and checking the appearance and internal fusion condition of the whole set of blanks;
and (3) finishing: accurately grinding the outer circle of the whole set of blank, cutting off unqualified areas at two ends, and cutting the rest part into one or more sections of required length;
