the robot welding gun 3 is arranged between the small-component circular seam machine tool 1 and the large-component circular seam machine tool 2;

the first base 35 is slidably connected with the base member 24 through a first travelling wheel 36, and a first locking hand wheel 37 is arranged on the first base 35;
the spiral lifter 38 is arranged on the first base 35, one side of the spiral lifter 38 is provided with a lifting hand wheel 39, and the top of the spiral lifter 38 is connected with the supporting roller 29;
a scale 40 provided on the first base 35, the scale 40 being for measuring a moving distance of the screw lifter 38.
In this embodiment, the flexible roller carrier member 28 includes:
a second base 41 slidably coupled to the base member 24 by a second road wheel 42;
a swing motor 43 provided on the second base 41;
one end of the rotary arm 44 is connected to the output end of the rotary motor 43, and the other end of the rotary arm 44 is connected to the support base 30.

placing the workpiece welded by the small assembly welding station in a large assembly welding station for welding;
and placing the workpieces which cannot be welded by the small assembly welding station and the large assembly welding station in the pipe welding tongs welding station for welding.
In summary, in the intelligent welding equipment, when the small-component girth machine tool 1 is used for welding a tubular workpiece, the disc chuck 13 of the small-component headstock part 9 needs to be ensured to be vertical and coaxial with the center 20, a welding gun in the robot welding gun 3 is moved to a 12 o' clock position, the tungsten height is adjusted, the disc chuck 13 drives the tubular workpiece to rotate during welding, the welding gun is motionless, and the rotating speed of the disc chuck 13 is controlled by the rotary motor 15 and is linked with the robot welding gun 3; in addition, when the bent pipe is fixed on the small-assembly circular seam machine tool 1, the driven tailstock part 10 is not required to be tightly held; when the large-assembly circular seam machine tool 2 is used for welding the bent pipe, the outer surface of the bent pipe is clamped through the V-shaped clamping part, the other part of the bent pipe is fixed through the supporting seat 30 of the flexible roller bracket component 28, and when the U-shaped flower disc 32 drives the bent pipe to rotate, the rotary motor 43 drives the supporting seat 30 to adjust the angle, so that the welding seam of the bent pipe is coaxial with the circle center position of the U-shaped flower disc 32, and the requirement of a misplacement is met; the welding station of the pipe welding tongs is used for welding a workpiece which cannot be welded by rotating the welding station of the small assembly and the welding station of the large assembly, the all-position welding machine is used for welding the workpiece, the workpiece is fixed, the welding gun is rotated, the all-position welding requirement is met, and the special-shaped guide pipe can be assembled and clamped on the flexible welding platform 4 manually. The position of the pipe welding tongs head in the all-position welding machine is adjusted through the second control system 7, so that the welding quality is ensured.
As shown in fig. 11, when the workpieces a45 and b46 are butt welded on the small assembly girth machine tool 1, the gas path of the small assembly headstock part 9 is firstly communicated, the clamping jaws are expanded outwards to fix the workpiece a, the welding seam is ensured to be positioned at the center of the forming groove, then the workpiece b46 is sleeved, the tensioning shaft is rotated to expand the workpiece, finally the welding gun in the robot welding gun 3 is adjusted to a proper position, the workpiece is rotated to carry out girth welding, and finally the workpiece c47 is produced.
As shown in fig. 12, the workpiece d48 is clamped and fixed on the large-assembly circular seam machine 2, then the workpiece c47 is fixed by the support seat 30 of the flexible roller bracket component 28, so that the axes of the workpiece c47 and the workpiece d48 are consistent, and finally the workpiece d48 is rotated by rotating the U-shaped flower disc 32 to realize the rotation of the workpiece, so that automatic welding is performed.
As shown in fig. 13, the welding is performed on the workpiece which cannot be welded by the small-component girth machine tool 1 and the large-component girth machine tool 2 on the flexible welding platform 4, each component is fixed on the flexible welding platform 4 through the positioning and clamping component 5, then the welding tongs of the all-position welding machine are controlled through the second control system 7, and the welding is performed under the condition that the workpiece is not moved.
