the top corner pieces are four, the four top corner pieces are distributed below four top corners of the metal sheet metal part, a lower driving piece for driving the top corner pieces to move up and down is arranged on the surface of the carrying platform, and the lower driving piece drives the top corner pieces to lift up and bear the four top corners of the metal sheet metal part;
the blanking assembly is four, the four blanking assemblies are distributed above four vertex angles of the metal sheet metal part, an upper driving part for driving the blanking assembly to move up and down is arranged on the surface of the pressing table, the upper driving part drives the blanking assembly to descend to punch the vertex angle of the metal sheet metal part, the vertex angle of the metal sheet metal part forms a right-angle notch, and at least one group of aligned lug grooves and lugs are arranged on the right-angle edge of the right-angle notch;
the four edge folding strips are distributed below four edges of the metal sheet, the edge folding strips are connected with the lower driving piece, the lower driving piece drives the edge folding strips to ascend, the edge folding strips upwards punch the edges of the metal sheet, and the edges of the metal sheet are bent at right angles to form four right-angle bordures;
the buckling component is arranged on the surface of the edge folding strip, and extends to bend and press the lug into the lug groove.

Preferably, the upper driving piece comprises a hanging frame, the hanging frame is vertically and slidably connected with the pressing table, the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the hanging frame, a second air cylinder is arranged at the top of the pressing table, and the second air cylinder drives the hanging frame to drive the blanking assembly to move in a lifting mode.
Preferably, a micro switch is arranged in a gap between the punching cutter and the connecting piece, and the micro switch is electrically connected with the second cylinder and the motor.

Preferably, a third air cylinder is arranged at the top of the pressing table, the pushing sheet is embedded in the bottom surface of the pressing table, and the telescopic end of the third air cylinder is fixedly connected with the pushing sheet.
Compared with the related art, the metal sheet metal edge-wrapping and bending forming equipment provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, a right angle notch, an ear groove and an ear piece are formed at the vertex angle position of the metal sheet metal part through up-down pressing of the blanking component and the top corner piece, the edge of the metal sheet metal part is bent at right angle through upward movement of the edge folding strip to form a right angle wrapping, and then the ear piece is pressed into the ear groove through the buckling component, so that buckling and fixing of the vertex angle position of the right angle wrapping are realized without welding, and automatic continuous processing is realized;
2. according to the invention, the elastic movable gap is arranged between the connecting piece and the stamping knife, and the stamping block directly pre-bends the lug after stamping the vertex angle of the metal sheet metal part, so that the lug on two sides of the right-angle notch is effectively prevented from collision when the right-angle wrapping is formed;
3. according to the invention, the elastic movable gap is arranged between the wedge-shaped block and the sliding box, so that the sliding box is extended to correct the pre-bending of the lug, and then the lug is pressed into the lug groove through the folding block, so that the processing precision is high.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the metal sheet metal edge-wrapping bending forming device comprises a pressing table 2 and a carrying table 3 which are vertically distributed, wherein the corresponding surfaces of the pressing table 2 and the carrying table 3 are rectangular and matched with a metal sheet metal part 8, a sliding frame 1 is fixed at the edge of the carrying table 3, the pressing table 2 is vertically and slidingly connected with the sliding frame 1, a first air cylinder 11 is arranged at the top of the sliding frame 1, the telescopic end of the first air cylinder 11 is fixedly connected with the top of the pressing table 2, and the first air cylinder 11 stretches and contracts to drive the pressing table 2 to move up and down;
as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the upper driving part comprises a hanging bracket 21, the hanging bracket 21 is in an 'I' -shape, the hanging bracket 21 vertically slides in the pressing table 2, four end parts of the hanging bracket 21 are positioned at the top angle position of the pressing table 2, a second air cylinder 22 is arranged at the top of the pressing table 2, the telescopic end of the second air cylinder 22 is fixedly connected with the hanging bracket 21, and the second air cylinder 22 stretches and contracts to drive the hanging bracket 21 to drive the blanking component 4 to move up and down;

as shown in fig. 9, the blanking assembly 4 comprises a punching cutter 41, the bottom surface of the punching cutter 41 is inclined and is used for punching the top angle of the metal sheet metal part 8, the cutting contour of the punching cutter 41 is staggered and aligned with the end surface of the top angle part 5, the punching cutter 41 can punch the top angle of the metal sheet metal part 8 to form an isosceles right angle notch, two edges of the punching cutter 41, which are contacted with the metal sheet metal part 8, are provided with bulges and depressions, and at least one group of aligned lug grooves 81 and lugs 82 can be punched at the two right angle edges of the right angle notch;

as shown in fig. 1 to 15, the metal sheet 8 is folded by the following steps:
A. fixing of the metal sheet 8: placing the metal sheet metal part 8 on the upper surface of the carrying platform 3, leveling the top of the top corner piece 5 in an initial state on the upper surface of the carrying platform 3, supporting four top corners of the metal sheet metal part 8 by the four top corner pieces 5, starting the first cylinder 11 to extend, and enabling the pressing platform 2 to slide downwards and press on the surface of the metal sheet metal part 8 to fix the metal sheet metal part 8;
B. the right angle groove is provided with: starting a second cylinder 22 to extend, enabling a hanger 21 to drive four groups of blanking assemblies 4 to vertically descend, enabling a punching cutter 41 to move downwards to punch the top angle of the metal sheet metal part 8, punching an isosceles right angle notch at the top angle part of the metal sheet metal part 8 in cooperation with the support of the top angle part 5, and punching at least one group of aligned lug grooves 81 and lugs 82 at two right angle edges of the isosceles right angle notch;
C. the tab 82 is pre-bent: as the hanger 21 continues to move downwards, the punching cutter 41 slides to the bottommost part, at this time, the connecting piece 44 continues to descend, the connecting piece 44 is guided by the guide post 43 to drive the punching block 45 to penetrate out of the bottom part of the punching cutter 41 against the elastic force, the punching block 45 presses the lug 82 downwards, the downward bending angle of the lug 82 is larger than 45 degrees, and when the lug 82 is downwards pre-bent and aims at the upward bending formation of the right-angle wrapping 83, the lugs 82 at the edges of the right-angle notch mutually avoid positions;
D. the right-angle wrapping 83 is bent: the second cylinder 22 is started to shrink so that the blanking assembly 4 moves upwards, the right-angle wrapping 83 is prevented from being turned upwards, the motor 31 is started to drive the bidirectional screw rod 32 to rotate, the first carrier 33 is driven to drive the top corner piece 5 to descend, the second carrier 34 is driven to drive the edge folding strip 6 to move upwards, the top of the edge folding strip 6 is gradually contacted and extruded with the edge of the metal sheet metal part 8, and the edge of the metal sheet metal part 8 is bent upwards at right angles to form the right-angle wrapping 83;
E. the tab 82 snaps: the double-head air cylinder 71 is opened to extend, so that the push rod 74 pushes the slide box 73 to gradually slide out of the sliding groove 72, the top angle of the slide box 73 gradually pushes the pre-bent lug 82 to be flat, at the moment, the lug 82 forms an included angle of 90 degrees with the aligned lug groove 81, the folding block 75 faces the lug 82, the slide box 73 slides to the end part to be locked, the push rod 74 is continuously pushed, the wedge-shaped block 76 overcomes the elastic inclined plane to press the folding block 75, the folding block 75 overcomes the elastic force to penetrate out of the slide box 73 to move towards the lug 82, and the folding block 75 presses and bends the lug 82 until the lug 82 is pressed into the lug groove 81, so that the top angle position of the right-angle wrapping 83 forms buckling fixation;
F. the double-end air cylinder 71 is started to shrink, the folding block 75 firstly shrinks into the sliding box 73, the sliding box 73 shrinks into the sliding groove 72, the starting motor 31 reverses, the second carrier 34 drives the folding strip 6 to descend, the first air cylinder 11 is started to shrink, the pressing table 2 ascends and is covered by the right-angle wrapping 83, and the metal sheet metal part 8 is combined at the bottom of the pressing table 2;
G. the third cylinder 23 is installed at the top of the pressing table 2, the pushing piece 24 is embedded in the bottom surface of the pressing table 2, the expansion end of the third cylinder 23 is fixedly connected with the pushing piece 24, the third cylinder 23 is opened to extend, the pushing piece 24 pushes down the metal sheet 8, the metal sheet 8 is separated from the bottom of the pressing table 2, and separation is completed.
As shown in fig. 9, a micro switch 46 is disposed on the upper surface of the punching cutter 41 in the gap between the punching cutter 41 and the connecting piece 44, the micro switch 46 is electrically connected with the second cylinder 22 and the motor 31, when the connecting piece 44 pushes the punching block 45 to descend to complete pre-bending of the lug 82, the connecting piece 44 touches the micro switch 46 to drive the second cylinder 22 to shrink and move up the blanking assembly 4, and the motor 31 works to drive the top corner piece 5 to descend and the edge folding strip 6 to move up, so that automatic continuous coordination of processing steps is realized.
