A medical instrument display stand according to claim 3, further comprising a side display stabilizing mechanism (5) for supporting and stabilizing the side display board (31), wherein the side display stabilizing mechanism (5) comprises a stabilizing board (51), clamping boards (52), guide rods (53) and positioning springs (54), the upper side of the side display board (31) is connected with the stabilizing board (51), the upper side and the lower side of the inner wall of the stabilizing board (51) are respectively connected with the guide rods (53), two clamping boards (52) for clamping an exhibit are respectively connected between the two guide rods (53) on the same stabilizing board (51) in a sliding manner, two positioning springs (54) are respectively sleeved on the guide rods (53), and two ends of each positioning spring (54) are respectively connected with the stabilizing board (51) and the clamping boards (52).
