Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the rear door as described above, the user opens the rear door by operating the opening operation switch by hand while standing at a position facing the rear door. Therefore, in particular, in the case where the vehicle to which the rear door is attached is a minibus type vehicle, the range of the opening/closing trajectory of the rear door becomes large, and therefore, the user needs to largely retreat in order to avoid the rear door that is opened after the operation of the opening operation switch. Therefore, there are the following problems: particularly, in the case where a user performs an opening and closing operation of the rear door in a limited space, the convenience of use of the rear door is deteriorated.
Means for solving the problems
The vehicle for solving the above problems includes: a vehicle body having an opening on a rear surface; a rear door provided to the vehicle body and configured to open and close the opening; a driving unit for driving the rear door to open and close; and an operation switch for opening and closing the rear door. The operation switch is disposed at a position other than a range of an opening/closing locus of the rear door in an outer surface of the vehicle body.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of a vehicle is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the vehicle 11 is a so-called small-sized scooter type vehicle, and includes a vehicle body 14. The vehicle body 14 has an opening 13 in the rear surface 12 for communicating the inside and outside of the vehicle 11. The opening 13 is provided over substantially the entire rear surface 12 of the vehicle body 14. A hinged rear door 15 capable of opening and closing the opening 13 is provided on the rear surface (rear end) of the vehicle body 14.
Specifically, the vehicle body 14 has a hinge (not shown) above the opening 13 in the rear surface portion (rear end portion). The rear door 15 is swingably coupled to the vehicle body 14 via the hinge (not shown). In this case, the rear door 15 can swing between a fully closed position (a position shown by a broken line in fig. 2) in which the opening portion 13 is fully closed and a fully open position (a position shown by a two-dot chain line in fig. 2) in which the opening portion 13 is fully opened above the fully closed position. A driving unit 16 for driving the rear door 15 to open and close is provided in the vehicle body 14 at an upper portion of the side rear end portion. The driving unit 16 is constituted by a motor, for example.
A boarding/disembarking port 17 for boarding/disembarking (boarding/disembarking) the vehicle 11 and a sliding door 18 for opening/closing the boarding/disembarking port 17 are provided at a central portion in the vehicle longitudinal direction X of a side portion of the vehicle body 14. The slide door 18 is provided to a motor (not shown) of the vehicle 11 so as to be driven to open and close between a fully closed position (a position indicated by a two-dot chain line in fig. 2) at which the entrance 17 is fully closed and a fully open position (a position indicated by a solid line in fig. 2) at which the entrance 17 is fully opened.
As shown in fig. 2, an upper slide mechanism 19, a center slide mechanism 20, and a lower slide mechanism 21 for guiding the sliding movement of the slide door 18 between the fully open position and the fully closed position are provided on the side portion of the vehicle body 14.
The upper slide mechanism 19 includes an upper guide rail 22 and an upper guide roller 23. The upper rail 22 extends in the vehicle longitudinal direction X at a position above the entrance 17 in the side surface of the vehicle 11. An upper guide roller 23 is provided at an upper portion of the inner surface of the sliding door 18. The upper guide roller 23 is disposed so as to move while rotating inside the upper guide rail 22. The upper slide mechanism 19 guides the upper guide roller 23 by the upper guide rail 22, thereby guiding the upper portion of the slide door 18 to slide in the vehicle longitudinal direction X.
The center slide mechanism 20 includes a center rail 24 and a center guide roller 25. The center rail 24 extends in the vehicle longitudinal direction X at a position on the rear side of the entrance 17 in the side surface of the vehicle 11. The center guide roller 25 is provided at a center portion in the vertical direction Z in the inner surface of the sliding door 18. The center guide roller 25 is disposed so as to move while rotating inside the center guide rail 24. The center slide mechanism 20 is guided by a center guide rail 24 to guide a center guide roller 25 so that a center portion in the vertical direction Z of the slide door 18 slides in the vehicle longitudinal direction X.
The lower slide mechanism 21 includes a lower guide rail 26 and a lower guide roller 27. The lower rail 26 extends in the vehicle longitudinal direction X at a position below the entrance 17 in the side surface of the vehicle 11. A lower guide roller 27 is provided at a lower portion of the inner surface of the sliding door 18. The lower guide roller 27 is disposed so as to move while rotating inside the lower guide rail 26. The lower slide mechanism 21 is guided by a lower guide rail 26 to guide a lower guide roller 27, thereby guiding the lower portion of the slide door 18 to slide in the vehicle longitudinal direction X.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, a recess 28 is provided in the rear side of the side surface of the vehicle body 14, that is, in the rear side of the landing gear 17 in the side surface of the vehicle body 14. The recess 28 is provided with a center rail 24 as an example of a rail for guiding the sliding movement of the sliding door 18, and an operation switch 29 for opening and closing the rear door 15. The operation switch 29 and the center rail 24 are disposed in a state of being converged in the recess 28. The operation switch 29 is disposed at a position outside the opening/closing locus 30 of the rear door 15 on the outer surface of the vehicle body 14 (the design surface on the outer side of the vehicle body 14).
The operation switch 29 is disposed adjacent to the center rail 24 on an extension line behind the center rail 24 in the recess 28. The operation switch 29 may be disposed at the rear side portions of both the right and left sides of the vehicle body 14, or may be disposed at any one of the rear side portions of both the right and left sides of the vehicle body 14. The operation switch 29 and the driving unit 16 are electrically connected to a control unit (not shown) provided in the vehicle 11. The control unit (not shown) controls the driving of the driving unit 16 based on a command signal for opening and closing the back door 15 sent from the operation switch 29.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the operation switch 29 is constituted by a push button switch. The push-button switch has an open button 31 for opening the rear door 15 and a close button 32 for closing the rear door 15. The open button 31 and the close button 32 are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in the vehicle longitudinal direction X. The operation switch 29 is covered with a cover 34 having a through hole 33. The opening button 31 and the closing button 32 are inserted into the through hole 33. Accordingly, the opening button 31 and the closing button 32 are exposed at the through hole 33 of the cover 34.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a substantially rectangular plate-shaped rail cover 35 is provided at the rear side of the vehicle body 14 so as to cover a majority of the recess 28. The center rail 24 and a portion of the cover 34 including the through hole 33 are not covered by the rail cover 35. The tip of the on button 31 and the off button 32 of the operation switch 29 is located outside the cover 34 in the vehicle width direction Y. Further, the tips of the open button 31 and the close button 32 are positioned further inward in the vehicle width direction Y than a straight line L connecting the outer surface of the vehicle body 14 adjacent to the lower side of the operation switch 29 and the outer surface of the rail cover 35 adjacent to the upper side of the operation switch 29. That is, the operation switch 29 is located on the inner side in the vehicle width direction Y of the side portion of the vehicle 11 in the vehicle width direction Y than the outer surface around the operation switch 29.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the cover 34 is fixed to the vehicle body 14 by screws (not shown) or the like. A bottomed cylindrical rib (boss rib) 36 as an example of a rib is provided at each of the front and rear positions of the operation switch 29 on the vehicle body 14 side surface of the cover 34 so as to protrude toward the vehicle body 14. That is, the ribs 36 extend in the vehicle width direction Y. A bracket 37 is fixed to the operation switch 29 at a position on the vehicle body 14 side.
The bracket 37 has two tongue piece portions 38, and the two tongue piece portions 38 protrude at positions opposed to the two ribs 36 in the vehicle width direction Y, respectively. A hole 39 is formed through the tongue piece portion 38. The two tongue portions 38 are each secured to a corresponding rib 36 at holes 39 by screws 40. That is, the operation switch 29 is fixed to the cover 34 via the bracket 37.
A strip-shaped protruding portion 41 that protrudes toward the vehicle body 14 is formed between the two tongue piece portions 38 in the surface of the bracket 37 on the vehicle body 14 side. An opposing surface 42 is formed at the tip end of the protruding portion 41. The facing surface 42 is formed by vertically bending the distal end portion of the protruding portion 41 upward. The facing surface 42 faces the vehicle body 14 in the vehicle width direction Y. The protruding portion 41 contacts the vehicle body 14 in the opposing surface 42.
A strip-shaped guide plate 43 is disposed outside the center rail 24 in the recess 28 of the vehicle body 14. The guide plate 43 guides the center guide roller 25. The front end portion of the cover 34 overlaps a portion of the guide plate 43 in the vehicle width direction Y. A slight gap S is formed between the tip end of the cover 34 and the guide plate 43.
Next, an operation when opening and closing the rear door 15 of the vehicle 11 will be described.
The opening/closing operation of the rear door 15 is performed by pressing an opening button 31 and a closing button 32 of the operation switch 29 at positions facing the operation switch 29 located at the rear side of the vehicle body 14, which are located outside the vehicle 11, by a user. In this case, the user can operate the operation switch 29 while looking at the back door 15 outside the range of the opening/closing locus 30 of the back door 15, and therefore, it is not necessary to retract from the back door 15 that is driven to open and close when the operation switch 29 is operated to open and close the back door 15. Therefore, the convenience of use of the back door 15 by the user improves.
Further, most of the load when the on button 31 and the off button 32 of the operation switch 29 are pressed is transmitted from the facing surface 42 of the protruding portion 41 to the vehicle body 14, and the rest is transmitted to the cover 34 via the bracket 37. However, since the ribs 36 are provided on the cover 34, the ribs 36 ensure the rigidity of the cover 34. Therefore, the cover 34 is hardly deformed.
In addition, when the vehicle 11 is traveling, as shown by the arrow in fig. 5, foreign matter such as water or snow may enter the hood 34 from the gap S between the front end portion of the hood 34 and the guide plate 43. However, since the rib 36 is disposed on the inner side of the cover 34 on the front side of the operation switch 29, foreign matter such as water and snow that has entered the inner side of the cover 34 can be prevented from directly hitting the operation switch 29 by the rib 36.
Further, the tips of the on button 31 and the off button 32 of the operation switch 29 are positioned further inward in the vehicle width direction Y than a straight line L connecting the outer surface of the vehicle body 14 adjacent to the lower side of the operation switch 29 and the outer surface of the rail cover 35 adjacent to the upper side of the operation switch 29. Therefore, even if the user leans from the operation switch 29 to the rear side of the vehicle body 14 of the vehicle 11, the user can be restrained from erroneously pressing the on button 31 and the off button 32 of the operation switch 29 with the back or the like.
According to the embodiments described in detail above, the following effects can be exhibited.
(1) The vehicle 11 includes: a vehicle body 14 having an opening 13 in the rear surface 12; a hinged rear door 15 provided on the vehicle body 14 to open and close the opening 13; a driving unit 16 for driving the back door 15 to open and close; and an operation switch 29 for opening and closing the rear door 15. The operation switch 29 is disposed at a position outside the range of the opening/closing locus 30 of the rear door 15 on the outer surface of the vehicle body 14. According to this structure, since the user can operate the operation switch 29 outside the range of the opening/closing locus 30 of the rear door 15, the user does not have to retreat from the rear door 15 that is driven when the operation switch 29 is operated to open/close the rear door 15. Therefore, the convenience of use of the back door 15 by the user can be improved.
(2) In the vehicle 11, a recess 28 is formed in a side surface of the vehicle body 14, and the operation switch 29 is disposed in a state of being converged into the recess 28. According to this configuration, the user can be prevented from erroneously touching the operation switch 29, and thus erroneous operation of the operation switch 29 by the user can be prevented.
(3) In the vehicle 11, a landing port 17 and a slide door 18 for opening and closing the landing port 17 are provided on a side portion of the vehicle body 14, a recess 28 is provided on a rear side of the landing port 17 in a side surface of the vehicle body 14, and a center rail 24 for guiding a sliding movement of the slide door 18 is provided in the recess 28 so as to extend in the vehicle longitudinal direction X. The operation switch 29 is disposed adjacent to the center rail 24 on an extension line behind the center rail 24. According to this configuration, the operation switch 29 is less noticeable, so that the reduction in the appearance of the vehicle 11 due to the arrangement of the operation switch 29 can be suppressed.
(4) In the vehicle 11, the operation switch 29 is covered with a cover 34 having a through hole 33, and the on button 31 and the off button 32 are inserted into the through hole 33. According to this configuration, since only the on button 31 and the off button 32 of the operation switch 29 are exposed from the cover 34, operability of the operation switch 29 by the user can be ensured, and the operation switch 29 can be protected.
(5) In the vehicle 11, a rib 36 is provided on at least a front side of the operation switch 29 on a surface of the cover 34 on the vehicle body 14 side so as to protrude toward the vehicle body 14. According to this structure, the following can be suppressed by the rib 36: in particular, foreign matter such as water or snow that has entered the inside of the cover 34 from the gap S between the front end portion of the cover 34 and the guide plate 43 that is a member on the vehicle body 14 side during running of the vehicle 11 directly hits the operation switch 29.
(modification)
The above embodiment can be modified as follows. The above-described embodiments and the following modifications can be combined with each other within a range that is not technically contradictory.
At least one of the two ribs 36 may be omitted from the cover 34.
Ribs other than the ribs 36 may be provided on the inner surface of the cover 34.
The cover 34 may be omitted.
The operation switch 29 is not necessarily disposed adjacent to the center rail 24 on the extension line behind the center rail 24.
The operation switch 29 is not necessarily disposed in a state of being converged into the recess 28 of the vehicle body 14. That is, the operation switch 29 may be disposed so as to protrude from the outer surface of the vehicle body 14.
The operation switch 29 may be disposed at any position in the vehicle body 14 outside the range of the opening/closing locus 30 of the rear door 15, for example, in an area other than the opening 13 in the rear surface 12 of the vehicle body 14.
The rear door 15 may be modified to a link type rear door using a four-link mechanism, for example.
