Abstract

The application layer is provided with a plurality of subsystems, and the subsystems are used for providing independent services; on the distribution of each subsystem, the principle of combining concentration and dispersion is followed, the information and the system management are intensively facilitated, the system safety is facilitated, the moderate dispersion is favorable for operation, the communication pressure of a system network can be effectively reduced, the system fault and danger are dispersed, the overall reliability of the system can be improved to a certain extent, the comprehensive capacity is realized, the function service layers of various special applications are enhanced to provide data access services for the subsystems, the data interconnection and intercommunication among the subsystems are realized, and the linkage functions of medical and health cooperation, public and health service and subscription cooperation are realized.

health record management subsystem: the health record is used for storing and managing all vital sign changes from birth to death of residents and all health-related behaviors and event files which are worked on by the residents, the health record management subsystem provides migration service for basic public and guard historical data of each region, electronic health record data collection is realized, the files are transferred and migrated in each county of the whole province, and activity events in the aspect of medical health of the whole life cycle of the residents are recorded and associated in one file and one file;

The service layer is provided with a data integration and exchange module which is used for providing data access analysis service, picture storage and access service, distributed message queue, cache and database service; the data integration and exchange module is provided with an ETL data acquisition tool and a data external open platform, wherein the ETL data acquisition tool is used for acquiring service system open data, and the data external open platform is used for data interaction with front-end equipment; the service layer is also provided with a data distribution sharing module which is used for transmitting data to different nodes through a network.
The access layer refers to front-end equipment and service system open data, and the front-end equipment is physical examination terminal equipment in all levels of areas, such as physical examination vehicles, follow-up packets, health cabins and all-in-one machines; the service system open data comprises open data of regional platform, whole population, women's insurance, child insurance and plan immunization, referring to fig. 2, in the process of data exchange, the service layer and the access layer collect, clean and convert relevant data of resident basic information, public and sanitary service and medical service from each level of open data platform of basic public and sanitary service through unified interface service, and gather the relevant data into a unified whole-province basic public and sanitary integration database through a data transmission channel; and meanwhile, a unified query data interface is opened for physical examination terminal equipment in all levels of areas, such as a health cabin, a follow-up visit package and an all-in-one machine, so that requirements of interconnection and business collaboration between outpatient service, inpatient service, inspection and inspection data and basic public health in all areas are met.

the service layer is provided with a data integration and exchange module which is used for providing data access analysis service, picture storage and access service, distributed message queue, cache and database service;
the access layer comprises front-end equipment and service system opening data;
the user layer is in data intercommunication and interconnection with the application layer, the application layer is in data intercommunication and interconnection with the service layer, and the service layer is in data intercommunication and interconnection with the access layer.
2. The integrated public health service management system of claim 1, wherein the integrated presentation module comprises a large screen device, a desktop, and a mobile device.

6. The integrated management system of public health services according to claim 1, wherein the data integration and exchange module is provided with an ETL data collection tool for collecting the business system opening data.
7. The integrated management system of public health services according to claim 6, wherein the data integration and exchange module is further provided with a data external open platform, and the data external open platform is used for data interaction with the front-end equipment.
8. The integrated management system of public health services according to claim 1, wherein the service layer is further provided with a data distribution sharing module for delivering data to different nodes via a network.
9. The integrated management system of public health services according to claim 1, wherein said front-end equipment comprises physical examination terminal equipment in each level of area.
10. The integrated public health service management system of claim 1, wherein the business system opening data comprises opening data for regional platforms, whole member population, gynecological child care, and planned immunization.
