Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main steps of a loan data supervision method, according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the loan data supervision method according to the embodiment of the invention mainly includes the following steps S101 to S105:
step S101: transaction data of a plurality of primary accounts receiving the primary loan funds is obtained according to loan data supervision requirements of a supervision party.
In order to optimize the industry structure in the jurisdiction, policy fund support is provided to enterprises in the jurisdiction according to economic development indexes in the area, such as issuing low or no-interest loans for the enterprises. To ensure that loan funds are used as intended in the target industry while preventing the loan funds from flowing into the banned area, it is necessary to oversee the flow and use of the loan funds issued to the business and to make timely treatment of the account for illicit use of the loan funds.
Transaction data of an initial account is obtained from a financial supervisory institution according to loan supervision requirements of a supervision party, wherein the initial account is a designated account for receiving initial loan funds in the name of an enterprise, the transaction data is all transaction records related to loan funds issued from the initial account, the initial loan funds are policy-held funds issued to the enterprise, the supervision party can be a government agency, and the financial supervisory institution can be a banking and insurance authority. The banking and insurance bureau can provide relatively comprehensive financial data, so that data support with higher reliability can be provided for loan supervision.
Step S102: and determining a target collection account from the collection account currently holding the loan funds and the collection account transferred with the loan funds according to the circulation records of the loan funds transferred from the plurality of initial accounts.
Based on the transaction data of the primary account obtained from the financial regulatory agency, a record of the flow of each loan funds may be tracked, and the account currently holding the loan funds and the account transferred with the loan funds may be determined. The account currently holding the loan funds and the account transferred through the loan funds are both referred to as the collection account of the loan funds.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to determine a target collection account from collection accounts of loan funds, in a case where the initial account indicates account opening information of the initial account, the determining a target collection account from collection accounts currently holding the loan funds and collection accounts transferred with the loan funds according to a circulation record of the loan funds transferred from a plurality of the initial accounts includes: determining the collection account currently holding the loan funds and the collection account transferred with the loan funds according to the circulation records of the loan funds transferred from the plurality of primary accounts; determining whether the account opening information contains a loan forbidden domain keyword according to the account opening information of the collection account; and determining a target collection account according to the collection account corresponding to the account opening information containing the loan forbidden domain keyword.
The target account is determined from the illicit account, where the illicit account refers to an account in which loan funds are used in the area of banned and the proportion of the loan funds to the corresponding initial loan funds reaches a second preset threshold. The basis for determining whether loan funds are used in the forbidden domain is as follows: if the account opening information of the collection account contains a forbidden domain keyword, the fact that the loan funds held by the collection account flow into the forbidden domain or the loan funds transferred in the forbidden domain flow into the forbidden domain can be determined, wherein the forbidden domain is an industry domain in which the loan supervisor can forbid the flow of the loan funds, such as a building, a stock market and the like. The calculation steps of the proportion of the loan funds to the corresponding initial loan funds are as follows: and determining an initial account of the loan funds according to the circulation record of the loan funds, determining the total amount of the initial loan funds received by the initial account according to the initial account, and calculating the ratio of the amount of the loan funds used for the forbidden domain to the corresponding total amount of the initial loan funds.
The forbidden domain keyword may be a name of a real estate enterprise, or an operation range or industry domain indicated in an account opening enterprise name of a collection account, such as "fund", "securities", "futures", and the like. The account opening information for the collection account may indicate the name, business scope, and/or industry domain of the account opening enterprise. And under the condition that the account opening information of the collection account contains the forbidden domain keywords and the proportion of the currently held and/or transferred loan funds to the corresponding initial loan funds reaches a second preset threshold value, determining that the collection account is an illegal collection account.
When the opening information of the collection account contains a forbidden domain keyword, but the proportion of the currently held and/or transferred loan funds to the corresponding initial loan funds does not reach the second preset threshold, the collection account can be determined that the loan funds are used in the forbidden domain, but the proportion of the loan funds used in the forbidden domain does not reach the second preset threshold, so that the collection account is not determined as an illegal collection account. For example, while the account holds and/or transfers loan funds and the account opening information includes a forbidden domain keyword, the amount of the loan funds is a small proportion of the total amount of initial loan funds corresponding to the loan amount, such as 1 hundred million yuan of initial loan funds, and the account holds and/or transfers 1 thousand yuan of the account, the collection account is not determined to be a illegal collection account because of the small proportion of the loan funds for forbidden domain.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to determine an illegal collection account from collection accounts corresponding to account opening information including a loan forbidden domain keyword, the determining a target collection account according to collection accounts corresponding to account opening information including the loan forbidden domain keyword includes: calculating the ratio of the amount of the loan funds received by the collection account to the corresponding initial loan funds total; judging whether the proportion is larger than a second preset threshold value or not; if yes, determining that the collection account is a illegal collection account; and determining a target collection account according to the illegal collection account.
And setting a proportion threshold, namely a second preset threshold according to the loan supervision requirement of the supervision party, and determining that the collection account is a illegal collection account when the account opening information of the account contains forbidden domain keywords and the held and/or transferred loan funds reach the proportion threshold. It will be appreciated that an amount threshold may also be set, and the collection account is determined to be a illicit collection account when the amount of loan funds for the forbidden area reaches the amount threshold.
In one embodiment of the invention, the determining the target collection account from the illicit collection account includes: counting the number of the illegal collection accounts corresponding to each loan fund according to each loan fund; and determining the illegal collection account which previously receives the loan funds as a target collection account according to the time sequence under the condition that the number of the illegal collection accounts corresponding to the loan funds is a plurality of.
And determining the number of the illegal collection accounts according to the longitudinal flow record of each loan fund, and determining the illegal collection account which receives the loan fund as a target collection account according to the flow record of the loan fund under the condition that the illegal collection account corresponding to the loan fund is not unique. For example, the primary account is a, loan funds flow from the primary account a into the collection account B, flow from the collection account B into the collection account C, and flow from the collection account C into the collection account D, wherein the collection account B and the collection account D are illegal collection accounts, that is, the account opening information of the collection account B and the collection account D both comprise forbidden domain keywords, and the proportion of the loan funds received by the collection account B and the collection account D exceeds a second preset threshold. In the case where the collection account B and the collection account D are both the offending collection account, the offending collection account B preceding the violation is determined as the target collection account. And under the condition that the illegal collection account corresponding to the loan funds is unique, directly determining the illegal collection account as a target collection account.
Step S103: and determining the number of times that the loan funds are transferred by the intermediate accounts between the plurality of primary accounts and the target collecting account according to the intermediate transaction data of the plurality of primary accounts and the target collecting account.
For each loan fund, determining an initial account and a target collection account corresponding to the loan fund according to the circulation record of the loan fund, and determining the number of times the loan fund is transferred between the initial account and the target collection account, wherein the number of times the loan fund is transferred is the number of intermediate accounts through which the loan fund flows between the initial account and the target collection account.
And evaluating the risk of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds according to the number of times the loan funds are transferred between the primary account and the target collection account. Under the condition that the transit times are 0, determining that loan funds directly enter a target collection account from the primary account, namely directly enter a forbidden area from the primary account; and under the condition that the transit times are not 0, judging that the loan funds indirectly enter the target collection account from the primary account, namely, after the loan flows out from the primary account, the loan funds flow into the forbidden domain after passing through one or more intermediate accounts.
Step S104: and determining the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds according to the transit times of the loan funds.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the determining the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds according to the transit times of the loan funds includes: judging whether the transit times of the loan funds are larger than a first preset threshold value or not; if so, determining that the primary account corresponding to the loan funds is not at risk; and if not, determining the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds according to the transit times.
The degree of illegal use of the loan funds can be determined according to whether the loan funds directly or indirectly flow into the forbidden domain from the primary account, and the risk level of the loan funds is determined according to the degree of illegal use, and the risk level of the loan funds can be also called as the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds because the primary account receiving the loan funds can be used as the identity of the loan funds.
Determining a first preset threshold according to the supervision degree of a supervision party on loan funds, wherein when the supervision degree is large, the set first preset threshold is large; when the supervision is smaller, the set first preset threshold value is also smaller. If the number of times of transferring the loan funds is greater than the first preset threshold value, the loan funds are not judged to be used illegally; and under the condition that the transit times of the loan funds are smaller than a first preset threshold value, judging that the loan funds are used illegally, and judging the risk level of the loan funds according to the specific transit times, namely judging the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the determining the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds according to the transit times includes: judging whether the transit times are 0; if so, determining that the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds is high risk; if not, determining that the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds is not high risk.
The number of times of transferring the loan funds being 0 means that after the initial account corresponding to the loan funds receives the initial loan funds, part or all of the initial loan funds are directly used in the area of the banning of the loan supervision, and in this case, the risk level of the initial account is determined to be high risk.
The fact that the transfer times of the loan funds are not 0 means that after the loan funds are transferred out by the corresponding primary accounts, the loan funds flow through one or more intermediate accounts and finally enter the field of forbidden instructions of the loan supervision party, and in this case, the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds is determined according to the number of the loan funds which specifically flow through the intermediate accounts. For example, the number of intermediate accounts through which the loan funds flow is 1 or 2, the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds is determined to be medium risk, and for example, the number of intermediate accounts through which the loan funds flow is 3, the risk level of the primary account corresponding to the loan funds is determined to be low risk. It will be appreciated that when the first preset threshold is 3 and the number of intermediate accounts exceeds 3, it may be determined that the primary account corresponding to the loan funds is not at risk, and is a risk-free account.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the main steps of a loan data supervision method for determining risk levels, according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for supervising loan data according to the embodiment of the invention mainly comprises the following steps:
step S201: determining whether the transit times of loan funds are greater than a first preset threshold value, if so, executing step S202; if not, step S203 is performed.
Step S202: and determining the primary account corresponding to the loan funds as a risk-free account.
Step S203: determining whether the transit times are 0, if so, executing step S204; if not, step S205 is performed.
Step S204: the risk level of the corresponding primary account is determined to be high risk.
Step S205: and determining the risk level of the corresponding primary account as non-high risk.
It can be understood that the number of transit times according to which the risk level of the primary account is determined can be set according to actual conditions, or more risk levels can be set.
Step S105: the risk level of the primary account is displayed so that the supervisor handles the primary account at risk according to the risk level.
In order to meet the supervision requirements of the loan supervision party visualization, a high-resolution large screen can be used for displaying the risk condition of each primary account. The presentation may be in the form of a table or a chart. The supervision party knows the risk condition of the loan funds through display and timely makes treatment measures on the primary account with higher risk so as to realize supervision of the loan funds.
In one embodiment of the invention, the presenting the risk level of the primary account includes: displaying an interface including function buttons; receiving a trigger instruction through the function button; and displaying the risk level of the primary account according to the trigger instruction.
To meet the interaction requirements during the presentation, an interface is generated that includes function buttons, which may be risk level buttons such as high risk, medium risk, and low risk, and presented on a large screen. The large screen may present information of the primary account at each risk level when the high risk, medium risk, and low risk buttons are triggered, respectively.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the triggering instruction indicates a risk level, and the displaying the risk level of the primary account according to the triggering instruction includes: counting the number of primary accounts of the risk level indicated by the trigger instruction; and displaying the risk level corresponding to the number of the primary accounts of the risk level.
After the risk levels of the plurality of primary accounts are determined, classifying the primary accounts according to the risk levels, counting the number of the primary accounts corresponding to each risk level, and enabling account opening information of each primary account to correspond to the risk levels one by one. When the high risk, medium risk, and low risk buttons are triggered, respectively, the large screen may present information on the number of primary accounts at each risk level, whereby the supervisor may learn the number duty cycle of the primary accounts at each risk level.
In one embodiment of the invention, the trigger instruction indicates a risk level and the primary account indicates account opening information of the primary account; the step of displaying the risk level of the primary account according to the trigger instruction comprises the following steps: determining account opening information of an initial account of the risk level indicated by the trigger instruction; and displaying the account opening information of the primary account and the risk level of the primary account correspondingly.
When the high risk, the medium risk and the low risk buttons are triggered respectively, the large screen can display account opening information of the primary account under each risk level, so that the supervisor can know the condition of using loan funds by each enterprise, namely whether to use the loan funds and how to rule out according to the account opening information of the primary account under each risk level.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the main steps of a loan data supervision method, according to an embodiment of the invention.
The following further uses the supervision of loan funds by a loan supervision party as an example, and describes the loan data supervision method provided by the embodiment of the invention in detail. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the steps of:
step S301: transaction data for the primary account is obtained.
Transaction data of a plurality of primary accounts receiving the primary loan funds is obtained according to loan data supervision requirements of a supervision party.
Step S302: and determining a collection account of the loan funds according to the circulation records of the loan funds.
And determining the account currently holding the loan funds and the account transferred with the loan funds as a collection account of the loan funds according to the circulation records of the loan funds transferred from the plurality of initial accounts.
Step S303: determining whether the collection account uses the loan funds for the forbidden domain, if so, executing step S304; if not, step S305 is performed.
And determining whether the account opening information of the collection account contains a forbidden domain keyword, namely determining whether the loan funds held by the collection account flow into the forbidden domain or whether the transferred loan funds flow into the forbidden domain.
Step S304: determining whether the proportion of loan funds for the forbidden domain is greater than a second preset threshold, if so, executing step S306; if not, step S305 is performed.
In the case where the collection account uses the loan funds for the forbidden domain, a proportion of the loan funds to the corresponding initial loan funds is determined and compared with a second preset threshold.
Step S305: the collection account is determined to be a risk-free account.
And under the condition that the account opening information of the collection account does not contain the forbidden domain keyword, the fact that the loan funds held by the collection account do not flow into the forbidden domain or the loan funds transferred in the forbidden domain does not flow into the forbidden domain can be determined, so that the collection account is determined to be a risk-free account.
Step S306: a violation collection account is determined.
The method includes determining that a payoff account for which loan funds are used in the forbidden domain and a proportion of the loan funds reach a second preset threshold is a illicit payoff account.
Step S307: a target collection account is determined.
For each loan fund, determining the number of the illegal collection accounts corresponding to the loan fund, and if the number is not unique, determining the illegal collection account which previously receives the loan fund as a target collection account; if the number is unique, the offending account is determined to be the target account.
Step S308: the number of transfers of loan funds is determined.
For each loan funds used to ban the area, determining its corresponding primary account and target collection account, and determining the number of times the loan funds are transferred by the intermediary account between the primary account and the target collection account.
Step S309: and determining the risk level according to the number of times of the transfer.
According to the number of transfer, determining whether the loan funds flow into the forbidden domain directly or indirectly from the primary account, thereby determining the degree of illegal use of the loan funds, and determining the risk level of the loan funds according to the degree of illegal use.
Step S310: an interface is shown that includes function buttons.
To meet the interaction requirements during the presentation, an interface is generated that includes function buttons, which may be risk level buttons such as high risk, medium risk, and low risk, and presented on a large screen.
