Claims (10)
1. A construction cost measuring and calculating method, comprising:
determining a project construction text corresponding to a project to be calculated based on a project area, a project construction type and a project subsystem of the project to be calculated;
determining equipment combinations corresponding to the project construction texts and subsystem costs corresponding to the equipment combinations;
and measuring and calculating the cost of the item to be calculated based on the subsystem cost corresponding to each item construction text.
2. The construction cost measuring and calculating method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the project construction text corresponding to the project to be calculated based on the project area, the project building type and the project subsystem of the project to be calculated includes:
word segmentation is carried out on the construction text to be processed based on the construction area, the construction building type and the construction subsystem, and a target word set is obtained;
and identifying the target word set based on a natural language processing model to obtain target construction texts and a construction text library containing each target construction text.
3. The construction cost measuring and calculating method according to claim 2, wherein the identifying the target word set based on the natural language processing model to obtain target construction texts, and the construction text library including each target construction text comprises:
extracting target equipment in each target construction text, and determining equipment cost corresponding to each target equipment;
and determining an equipment library corresponding to each target construction text, wherein the equipment library comprises each target equipment and equipment cost corresponding to each target equipment.

The construction cost measuring and calculating method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the project construction text corresponding to the project to be calculated based on the project area, the project building type and the project subsystem of the project to be calculated includes:
determining a first construction text matched with the project area in the construction text library;
determining a second construction text matched with the project building type in the first construction text;
and determining each third construction text matched with each project subsystem in the second construction text, wherein the project construction text corresponding to the project to be calculated comprises each third construction text.
5. The construction cost measuring and calculating method according to claim 3, wherein the determining the equipment combination corresponding to each project construction text, and the subsystem cost corresponding to the equipment combination, comprises:
determining each target construction text corresponding to each project construction text;
and determining equipment combinations corresponding to the project construction texts and subsystem costs corresponding to the equipment combinations based on the equipment libraries corresponding to the target construction texts.
6. The construction cost measuring and calculating method according to claim 4, wherein the measuring and calculating the cost of the item to be calculated based on the subsystem cost corresponding to each item construction text comprises:
determining equipment libraries corresponding to the third construction texts contained in the project construction texts;
and determining the subsystem cost corresponding to each project construction text based on the equipment cost in the equipment library corresponding to each third construction text.
7. The construction cost measuring and calculating method according to claim 1, wherein the measuring and calculating the cost of the item to be calculated based on the subsystem cost corresponding to each item construction text comprises:
determining construction cost corresponding to each project construction text;
and measuring and calculating the cost of the item to be calculated based on the subsystem cost corresponding to each item construction text and the construction cost corresponding to each item construction text.
8. A construction cost measuring and calculating device, characterized by comprising:
the project construction text determining module is used for determining a project construction text corresponding to a project to be calculated based on a project area, a project building type and a project subsystem of the project to be calculated;
the subsystem cost determining module is used for determining equipment combinations corresponding to the project construction texts and subsystem cost corresponding to the equipment combinations;
the construction cost measuring and calculating module is used for measuring and calculating the cost of the item to be calculated based on the subsystem cost corresponding to each item construction text.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the construction cost calculation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when the program is executed by the processor.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the construction cost measuring method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
