If the automobile water tank 9 to be detected has no leakage, vacuum is pumped through the negative pressure pipeline, and the pressure in the pipeline can reach the preset vacuum degree and keep stable. At this time, according to the different connection modes, the pressure sensor 90 or the second pressure sensor 92 of the box is monitored, if the pressure is kept stable for a certain time, it can be judged that no leakage exists, and if the pressure is always unable to be stable or fluctuates greatly, it can be considered that the leakage exists. However, the first negative pressure pipeline is suitable for being matched with a pressurizing pipeline, especially is matched with an air pressurizing mode, and the efficiency is high.
As a preferable solution, the negative pressure pipeline is further provided with a second vacuum switching valve 62, the vacuum pump 60 is connected with the second vacuum switching valve 62 through the second negative pressure pipeline, the second vacuum switching valve 62 is connected with the box 1, and a mass flow sensor 620 is further provided between the second vacuum switching valve 62 and the box 1. The first negative pressure pipeline basically meets the requirement of leakage detection, but in the case of small leakage, the detection cannot reach high accuracy, and the condition of missed detection is likely to exist. Therefore, if the detection accuracy requirement is higher, the second negative pressure pipeline can be started. The second negative pressure line is provided with a mass flow sensor 620 to determine whether there is a small leak at a higher level of accuracy.
Under the condition that the switching valves of other pipelines are all closed on the pipeline where the switching valves are located, the second vacuum switching valve 62 can be opened to detect through a second negative pressure pipeline in a negative pressure mode, and the second negative pressure pipeline can be directly communicated with the inner space of the box body 1 or can be communicated with the automobile water tank 9 to be detected through a connecting hose. If the automobile water tank 9 to be detected has no leakage, vacuum is pumped through the negative pressure pipeline, and the pressure in the pipeline can reach the preset vacuum degree and keep stable. At this time, according to the different connection modes, the mass flow sensor 620 and/or the tank pressure sensor 90 and/or the second pressure sensor 92 are/is monitored, if the pressure is kept stable after the pressure is maintained for a certain time, it can be determined that no leakage exists, and if the pressure is always unable to be stable or fluctuates greatly, it can be considered that the leakage exists. However, the first negative pressure pipeline is suitable for being matched with a pressurizing pipeline, especially is matched with an air pressurizing mode, and the efficiency is high.
Further, a second pressure sensor 92 is further disposed on the second negative pressure pipeline, the second pressure sensor 92 is disposed between the mass flow sensor 620 and the tank 1, and a second sensor switching valve 920 is further disposed between the second negative pressure pipeline and the second pressure sensor 92.
After the pressurization pipeline and/or the negative pressure pipeline are pressurized or vacuumized and stabilized for a specific time, if the automobile water tank 9 to be detected has no leakage, the pressure in the pipeline can be basically consistent no matter the pressurization pipeline or the negative pressure pipeline at the moment, the second pressure sensor 92 is used for monitoring the pressure of the negative pressure pipeline, after the second sensor switching valve 920 is opened for a certain time, if the pressure indicated by the second pressure sensor 92 is kept stable, the existence of leakage can be judged, and if the pressure cannot be stabilized or fluctuates greatly all the time, the existence of leakage can be considered.
Further, a tank pressure sensor 90 is provided on the tank 1, and a tank sensor switching valve 900 is further provided between the tank pressure sensor 90 and the tank 1.
In this embodiment, the first negative pressure pipeline and the second negative pressure pipeline are both connected in parallel. Through the switching-on and switching-off operation of each switching valve, water pipeline, air pipeline, first negative pressure pipeline and second negative pressure pipeline can be used alone respectively, also can cooperate the use to can realize a plurality of combinations, adapt to different detection demands, realize various different detection modes, possess the multifunctionality.
For frequent testing in research and development experiments, the following specific connection scheme may be employed.
The outlet pipeline of the waterway check valve 34 is connected with the first pipe joint 11 on the box body 1, and the outlet pipeline of the waterway check valve 44 is connected with the first pipe joint 11 on the box body 1; one end of the pressure relief outlet pipeline is connected with the second pipe joint 12 on the box body 1, and the other end of the pressure relief outlet pipeline is communicated with the pressure relief water tank 59.
The vacuum switching valve 61 is connected to the third pipe joint 13 of the casing 1, and the second vacuum switching valve 62 is connected to the fourth pipe joint 14 of the casing 1. The pressure release outlet pipeline is provided with a first pressure sensor 91, and the box 1 is provided with a box pressure sensor 90. One ends of the first and second connection hoses 21 and 22 are connected to the water inlet 901 and the water outlet 902 of the vehicle water tank 9, respectively, and the other ends of the first and second connection hoses 21 and 22 are connected to the first and second pipe joints 11 and 12, respectively.
The connecting mode is mainly suitable for research and development tests, the pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the automobile water tank 9 to be detected through the connecting hose, the negative pressure pipeline is directly communicated with the inner space of the box body 1 to provide a negative pressure environment for the automobile water tank 9 to be detected, and the automobile water tank 9 to be detected can be subjected to detection in various modes such as different pressures, different dwell times and the like, and can be subjected to destructive tests.

The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the specific connection manner of the first pipe joint 11, the second pipe joint 12, the third pipe joint 13 and the fourth pipe joint 14 is different, so that the present embodiment is more suitable for use in a stable environment with relatively less product variation such as a production line.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the pressurization pipeline is provided with a water pump 31, a water path pressure regulating valve 32, a water path switching valve 33 and a water path one-way valve 34, wherein the water pump 31, the water path pressure regulating valve 32, the water path switching valve 33 and the water path one-way valve 34 are sequentially connected through water pipelines, and an outlet pipeline of the water path one-way valve 34 is connected with a fourth pipe joint 14 on the box body 1; the pressurizing pipeline is provided with an air pump 41, an air passage pressure regulating valve 42, an air passage switching valve 43 and an air passage one-way valve 44, wherein the air pump 41, the air passage pressure regulating valve 42, the air passage switching valve 43 and the air passage one-way valve 44 are sequentially connected through an air pipeline, and an outlet pipeline of the air passage one-way valve 44 is connected with a fourth pipe joint 14 on the box body 1; the pressurizing pipeline is also provided with a pressure relief outlet pipeline, one end of the pressure relief outlet pipeline is connected with a third pipe joint 13 on the box body 1, the other end of the pressure relief outlet pipeline is communicated with a pressure relief water tank 59, and a pressure relief switching valve 58 is further arranged between the box body 1 and the pressure relief water tank 59; the negative pressure pipeline is provided with a vacuum pump 60 and a vacuum switching valve 61, the vacuum pump 60 and the vacuum switching valve 61 are connected through a first negative pressure pipeline, and the vacuum switching valve 61 is connected with a first pipe joint 11 on the box body 1; the negative pressure pipeline is also provided with a second vacuum switching valve 62, the vacuum pump 60 is connected with the second vacuum switching valve 62 through the second negative pressure pipeline, the second vacuum switching valve 62 is connected with a second pipe joint 12 on the box body 1, and a mass flow sensor 620 is also arranged between the second vacuum switching valve 62 and the box body 1; the second negative pressure pipeline is also provided with a second pressure sensor 92, and the box body 1 is provided with a box body pressure sensor 90. One ends of the first and second connection hoses 21 and 22 are connected to the water inlet 901 and the water outlet 902 of the vehicle water tank 9, respectively, and the other ends of the first and second connection hoses 21 and 22 are connected to the first and second pipe joints 11 and 12, respectively.
The connecting mode is mainly applicable to production lines, at the moment, the pressurizing pipeline is directly communicated with the inner space of the box body 1, and the negative pressure pipeline is communicated with the automobile water tank 9 to be detected through a connecting hose. In the mode, the vacuum pumping workload of the negative pressure pipeline is relatively small, and the efficiency is high; the operator only needs to connect the first connecting hose 21 and the second connecting hose 22 with the automobile water tank 9 to be detected through the quick connector, and the workload in operation is low; as for the pressurization inside the box body 1, the air pressurization mode is adopted to achieve high speed, so that the requirement of quick detection of a production line is met, and even if the traditional water pressurization mode is adopted, the pressurization can be successfully completed. Because the pressurizing pipeline is directly connected with the box body 1, the arrangement of the production line is more convenient.
The above examples 1 and 2 illustrate two preferred embodiments of the present invention, respectively. In fact, the technical solution of the present invention provides more functional modes, and the use performance and modes of the first pipe joint 11, the second pipe joint 12, the third pipe joint 13 and the fourth pipe joint 14 are different from those of other components, so that a user can select and use the first pipe joint, the second pipe joint 12, the third pipe joint 13 and the fourth pipe joint according to the actual needs according to the embodiment 1 or the embodiment 2.
Further, in the above embodiment of the present invention, the box 1 is provided with a door that can be opened and closed to put in or take out the automobile water tank, a sealing ring is disposed between the door and the box body, and at least one transparent observation window is disposed on the door or the box 1 body.
In the embodiment of the invention, the pipeline connection, particularly the connection of the first connecting hose 21 and the second connecting hose 22, can be connected by adopting a quick pipe joint, so that the connection is convenient to change to switch different test modes. When the pipe joint connecting production line is deployed in the production line, the pipe joint connecting production line can be connected or spliced in a fixed position mode without considering the convenience of the splicing.
The switching valves can be two-way electromagnetic valves to realize the on-off of the pipeline, and the pressure regulating valves can be common pressure regulating valves/flow control valves.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, only the pressure sensor is indicated, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the pressure sensor or the pressure gauge used in the pressurization pipeline and the negative pressure pipeline are different, and should be selected according to the properties of different pipelines in a conventional design manner. For example, in this embodiment of the present application, the tank pressure sensor 90 is disposed on the tank 1, when the negative pressure pipeline is directly communicated with the interior of the tank 1, the tank pressure sensor 90 should select a sensor or a pressure gauge suitable for being matched with the vacuum pump for use at this time, and when the negative pressure pipeline passes through the tank 1 and is communicated with the automobile water tank 9 to be detected through the first or the second connecting hose, the vacuum pressure gauge can be disposed on the negative pressure pipeline, at this time, because the internal space of the tank 1 is connected with the pressurizing pipeline or is not used, the tank pressure sensor 90 can select a common pressure sensor or pressure gauge. Of course, if the mode is frequently switched in actual use, a plurality of pressure sensors of different types can be installed on the box body 1, each pipeline is provided with a pressure sensor, and a switching valve is arranged in front of the pressure sensor so as to control whether the pressure sensor is connected with the corresponding pipeline.
In general, according to the automobile water tank detection device provided by the embodiment of the invention, through setting a closed negative pressure environment, automobile water tanks with different specifications can be directly placed into the automobile water tank detection device for air tightness detection, so that the adaptability is strong; the water filling detection device has the advantages that the traditional water filling detection function is reserved, meanwhile, the rapid detection capability is realized, and the detection efficiency can be improved; the structure is simple and reliable, the adaptability is strong, and the device is not dependent on the arrangement of a water filling and draining pipeline; by adjusting the control pressure and setting the dwell time, the requirements of different air tightness degrees can be considered, and destructive type tests can be carried out if necessary; the device has multiple detection modes, is especially suitable for frequent tests and multiple test mode requirements during product trial production, and can also be suitable for daily detection in a production line.

Claims (9)
1. The automobile water tank detection device is characterized by comprising a sealable box body (1), wherein a space for accommodating an automobile water tank (9) to be detected is formed in the box body (1), and a first pipe joint (11), a second pipe joint (12), a third pipe joint (13) and a fourth pipe joint (14) which are communicated with the space inside and outside the box body (1) are formed in the box body (1); the automobile water tank is further provided with a first connecting hose (21) and a second connecting hose (22), one ends of the first connecting hose (21) and the second connecting hose (22) are respectively connected with a water inlet (901) and a water outlet (902) of the automobile water tank (9), and the other ends of the first connecting hose (21) and the second connecting hose (22) are respectively connected with a first pipe joint (11) and a second pipe joint (12) or respectively connected with a third pipe joint (13) and a fourth pipe joint (14); the device is also provided with a pressurizing pipeline and a negative pressure pipeline, and the pressurizing pipeline and the negative pressure pipeline are respectively connected with the box body (1); when the pressurizing pipeline is connected with a first pipe joint (11) and a second pipe joint (12) on the box body (1), the negative pressure pipeline is connected with a third pipe joint (13) and a fourth pipe joint (14); when the pressurizing pipeline is connected with a third pipe joint (13) and a fourth pipe joint (14) on the box body (1), the negative pressure pipeline is connected with a first pipe joint (11) and a second pipe joint (12); valves for connecting or disconnecting the pipelines are arranged between the pressurizing pipeline and the negative pressure pipeline and between the pressurizing pipeline and the box body (1) respectively; the negative pressure pipeline comprises a first negative pressure pipeline and a second negative pressure pipeline, a mass flow sensor (620) is arranged on the second negative pressure pipeline, a box body pressure sensor (90) is arranged on the box body (1), and a first pressure sensor (91) and/or a second pressure sensor (92) is arranged on the pressurizing pipeline.

The automobile water tank detection device according to claim 1, wherein the pressurization pipeline is provided with a water pump (31), a water way pressure regulating valve (32), a water way switching valve (33) and a water way check valve (34), the water pump (31), the water way pressure regulating valve (32), the water way switching valve (33) and the water way check valve (34) are sequentially connected through water pipelines, and an outlet pipeline of the water way check valve (34) is connected with the box body (1).

The automobile water tank detection device according to claim 1, wherein the pressurization pipeline is provided with an air pump (41), an air passage pressure regulating valve (42), an air passage switching valve (43) and an air passage one-way valve (44), and the air pump (41), the air passage pressure regulating valve (42), the air passage switching valve (43) and the air passage one-way valve (44) are sequentially connected through an air pipeline, and an outlet pipeline of the air passage one-way valve (44) is connected with the box body (1).

A vehicle water tank detection device according to claim 3, wherein the pressurization pipeline is further provided with a liquid adding bin (51), the liquid adding bin (51) is connected between the gas path switching valve (43) and the gas path unidirectional valve (44) through a pipeline, and a liquid adding switching valve (52) is further arranged between the liquid adding bin (51) and the gas pipeline.

The automobile water tank detection device according to claim 1, wherein the pressurization pipeline is further provided with a pressure relief outlet pipeline, one end of the pressure relief outlet pipeline is connected with the tank body (1), the other end of the pressure relief outlet pipeline is communicated with the pressure relief water tank (59), and a pressure relief switching valve (58) is further arranged between the tank body (1) and the pressure relief water tank (59).

The automobile water tank detection device according to claim 1, wherein the pressurization pipeline is provided with a water pump (31), a water way pressure regulating valve (32), a water way switching valve (33) and a water way check valve (34), the water pump (31), the water way pressure regulating valve (32), the water way switching valve (33) and the water way check valve (34) are sequentially connected through water pipelines, and an outlet pipeline of the water way check valve (34) is connected with a first pipe joint (11) on the box body (1); the pressurizing pipeline is provided with an air pump (41), an air passage pressure regulating valve (42), an air passage switching valve (43) and an air passage one-way valve (44), wherein the air pump (41), the air passage pressure regulating valve (42), the air passage switching valve (43) and the air passage one-way valve (44) are sequentially connected through the air pipeline, and an outlet pipeline of the air passage one-way valve (44) is connected with a first pipe joint (11) on the box body (1); the pressurizing pipeline is also provided with a pressure relief outlet pipeline, one end of the pressure relief outlet pipeline is connected with a second pipe joint (12) on the box body (1), the other end of the pressure relief outlet pipeline is communicated with a pressure relief water tank (59), and a pressure relief switching valve (58) is further arranged between the box body (1) and the pressure relief water tank (59); the negative pressure pipeline is provided with a vacuum pump (60) and a vacuum switching valve (61), the vacuum pump (60) and the vacuum switching valve (61) are connected through a first negative pressure pipeline, and the vacuum switching valve (61) is connected with a third pipe joint (13) on the box body (1); the negative pressure pipeline is also provided with a second vacuum switching valve (62), the vacuum pump (60) is connected with the second vacuum switching valve (62) through the second negative pressure pipeline, the second vacuum switching valve (62) is connected with a fourth pipe joint (14) on the box body (1), and a mass flow sensor (620) is further arranged between the second vacuum switching valve (62) and the box body (1); the pressure relief outlet pipeline is further provided with a first pressure sensor (91), and the box body (1) is provided with a box body pressure sensor (90).
