In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a waterproof test air pressure detection device comprises an air compressor, a pressure gauge, an intelligent digital display pressure controller, an air pipe and a water tank; the air compressor is connected with the pressure gauge, the pressure gauge is connected with the intelligent digital display pressure controller, and the intelligent digital display pressure controller is connected with the tested equipment which is arranged in the water tank and is positioned below the liquid level through an air pipe.
In some embodiments, the device to be tested is provided with a joint adapter, and the air pipe is connected with the device to be tested through the matching of the quick-release joint and the joint adapter.
In some embodiments, an air pressure switch is provided between the air compressor and the pressure gauge.
In some embodiments, a drain valve is provided at the bottom of the water tank.

In the embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 1, a waterproof test air pressure detection device comprises an air compressor 1, an air pressure switch 2, an air pressure regulating valve 3, a pressure gauge 4, an intelligent digital display pressure controller 5, an air pipe 6, a quick-release connector 7, a connector adapter 8, a water tank 9 and a drain valve 10.
The air compressor 1 is connected with the air pressure switch 2 through an air pipe 6, the air pressure switch 2 is connected with an air pressure regulating valve 3 and a pressure gauge 4 through the air pipe 6, and the pressure gauge 4 is connected with the intelligent digital display pressure controller 5 through the air pipe; the air pressure output end of the intelligent digital display pressure controller 5 is connected with the quick-release female head 7 through an air pipe.
The air pressure switch 2 is opened, the pressure gauge 4 is observed, the air pressure adjusting valve 3 is adjusted, and the air pressure is adjusted to be within a specified range.
And manually setting the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the air pressure of the intelligent digital display pressure controller 5 according to the specified requirements.
A quick-release male head 7 is arranged on the connector adapter 8;
and (3) detaching the waterproof vent valve on the equipment 11 to be protected, screwing the joint adapter 8 with the installed quick-release male head on the equipment 11 to be protected, and softening the rubber gasket at the middle connection part for sealing.
The quick-release female head 7 on the air pipe at the output end of the intelligent digital display pressure controller 5 is butted with the quick-release male head 7 on the connector adapter 8.
Applying air pressure to the tested equipment 11, the intelligent digital display pressure controller 5 can monitor the air pressure of the tested equipment 11 in real time and accurately judge the air leakage condition of the tested equipment 11, when the air pressure of the tested equipment 11 reaches a set upper limit value, the intelligent digital display pressure controller stops applying the air pressure to the tested equipment 11, and meanwhile, an upper limit indicating lamp is lightened to observe that the digital display of the intelligent digital display pressure controller 5 is stable and has no fluctuation, so that the tested equipment 11 is proved to be airtight; if the digital display last digit of the intelligent digital display pressure controller 5 fluctuates frequently and the upper limit and the lower limit indicator lamps flicker frequently, the situation that the air leakage exists in the equipment 11 to be tested is proved; when the air leakage of the equipment 11 to be monitored is serious, the air pressure in the equipment 11 to be monitored is smaller than the set lower limit value, the intelligent digital display pressure controller 5 supplements the air pressure to the equipment 11 to be monitored, and because the air leakage of the equipment 11 to be monitored is serious, the internal air pressure is always in a charging and discharging state, the digital display numerical value fluctuation of the intelligent digital display pressure controller 5 and the flashing speed of the indicator lamp are faster.
After air pressure is applied to the tested device 11, the tested device 11 is placed in the water tank 9 and is completely immersed in water, whether the tested device 11 leaks air or not can be judged, whether the sealed part of the tested device 11 generates bubbles or not is observed, and whether the sealed part generates bubbles or not is judged to be qualified or not;
the waterproof test air pressure detection device disclosed by the application can bring beneficial effects including but not limited to:
1) the air pressure detection device for the waterproof test breaks through the common detection methods of the rain test and the immersion test, and can quickly judge the sealing performance of a product by adopting an air pressure detection mode.
