The working process comprises the following steps: firstly, a plurality of stainless steel corrugated pipes 1 are placed in a plurality of placing grooves 15 on a placing table 16 in parallel, an octagonal joint 2 is placed on a feeding belt 11, a circle of limiting plates 205 at the bottom of the octagonal joint 2 are inserted into a placing opening 12, then the interval feeding process of the octagonal joint 2 is realized, after a plurality of octagonal joints 2 pass through a pair of guide plates 8, the guide process is completed, when the stainless steel corrugated pipes are conveyed to the lower part of a plurality of octagon joint 9, a second cylinder 4 is started, a plurality of jacking columns 7 are driven to ascend through a top plate 5, the jacking columns 7 penetrate through a plurality of corresponding placing openings 12 and are propped against the limiting plates 205, and finally the plurality of octagonal joints 2 are propped into the octagonal joint 9 to be magnetically sucked by magnetic sheets 10 in the octagonal joint 2, so that the automatic feeding process of the octagonal joint 2 is completed.
The third cylinder 17 is started during feeding, the plurality of mounting cylinders 18 are driven to be inserted into the plurality of stainless steel corrugated pipes 1 through the connecting plate 20, the fourth cylinder 19 is started to drive the supporting rod 28 to move, the plurality of first conical seats 26 are driven to move simultaneously, the rollers 30 at the inner side ends of the plurality of groups of round head supporting columns 21 always contact the inclined sections of the first conical seats 26 under the action of the springs 29, the plurality of groups of round head supporting columns 21 are further supported out of the mounting cylinders 18, the annular protrusions of the stainless steel corrugated pipes 1 are supported at intervals, and the whole stainless steel corrugated pipes 1 are finally supported.
The rotary column 24 can drive the octagonal material receiving heads 9 to rotate 90 degrees to a horizontal state through the rotary air cylinders, the air pump 22 is started, air enters the hollow shafts 25 through the air pipes 31 and the butt joint pipes, then enters the first air cylinders 13 to enable the air to extend, the octagonal material receiving heads 2 in the octagonal material receiving heads 9 are propped into the butt joint parts 101, in the propping process, the motor 23 is started to drive the worms 33 to rotate, the worm wheel 32 and the hollow shafts 25 drive the first air cylinders 13 to rotate, and then the octagonal material receiving heads 2 are driven to rotate, so that the butt joint parts 101 are screwed into the annular butt joint grooves 203, and the first step of butt joint process is automatically completed.
After the first step of butt joint process is finished, the fourth cylinder 19 is used for continuously driving the abutting rod 28 to move, so that the second conical seat 27 abuts against the leftmost round head abutting column 21, and as the distance between the second conical seat 27 and the leftmost round head abutting column 21 is larger than the distance between the first conical seat 26 and the right round head abutting column 21, the length of the horizontal section of the second conical seat 27 is smaller than that of the horizontal section of the first conical seat 26, and further when the second conical seat 27 abuts against the leftmost round head abutting column 21, the right round head abutting columns 21 cannot be separated from the horizontal section of the first conical seat 26, and further the supporting state is kept in the bending process, the leftmost round head abutting columns 21 and the limiting plates 205 are in one-to-one correspondence, and finally the limiting plates 205 are abutted and bent, so that the limiting plates 205 are bent along the inner walls of the protruding positions of the ends of the stainless steel corrugated pipes 1, and are firmly locked.

The processing technology of the stainless steel corrugated hose for the fuel gas is characterized by comprising a stainless steel corrugated pipe (1) and an octagonal joint (2), wherein two end parts of the stainless steel corrugated pipe (1) are respectively provided with a butt joint part (101), the outer wall of the butt joint part (101) is provided with external threads (102), one side of the octagonal joint (2) is provided with a mounting groove (201), the other side of the octagonal joint (2) is provided with a butt joint part (202) and an annular butt joint groove (203) matched with the butt joint part (101), the annular butt joint groove (203) can be in threaded connection with the external threads (102), the inner wall of the annular butt joint groove (203) is provided with a sealing ring (204) which can be abutted against the inner wall of the butt joint part (101), and a plurality of limiting plates (205) which can be bent are circumferentially and equidistantly arranged at the edge of the butt joint part (202), and the processing device of the stainless steel corrugated hose for the fuel gas is used;
the feeding belt (11) is arranged on the left side of the mounting frame (3) and is longitudinally arranged, the top of the mounting frame (3) is fixedly connected with a mounting plate (14), a rotating column (24) capable of rotating by 90 DEG is arranged on the side wall of the mounting plate (14), and the placing table (16) is arranged on the right side of the mounting frame (3) and is level to the mounting plate (14) in height;
the feeding belt (11) is provided with a plurality of placing openings (12) for placing the limiting plates (205) at intervals, and the ejection mechanism is arranged in the feeding belt (11);
the placing table (16) is provided with placing grooves (15) for placing a plurality of stainless steel corrugated pipes (1);
the supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of mounting cylinders (18) which can be inserted into the stainless steel corrugated pipe (1) in a left-right moving mode, a supporting component is mounted in each mounting cylinder (18), and the bending component is arranged at the front end of the supporting component;
the rotary column (24) is internally provided with a mounting cavity, a plurality of longitudinally arranged worms (33) are connected in series in the mounting cavity, the front end of the rotary column (24) is provided with a motor (23) capable of driving the worms (33) to rotate, the bottom of the mounting cavity is connected with a plurality of vertically arranged hollow shafts (25) in an equidistant rotation mode, worm gears (32) meshed with the corresponding worms (33) are fixedly connected to the hollow shafts (25), and the lower ends of the hollow shafts (25) extend out of the mounting cavity and are fixedly connected with the corresponding first air cylinders (13);
the top of the installation cavity is fixedly connected with a longitudinally arranged air pipe (31), the lower end of the air pipe (31) is connected with a plurality of butt joint pipes, the butt joint pipes are in butt joint with the upper ends of the corresponding hollow shafts (25) through rotary joints (6), the top of the rotary column (24) is provided with an air pump (22) connected with the air pipe (31), and the hollow shafts (25) are communicated with the first air cylinder (13);
the magnetic sheet (10) is arranged at the inner bottom of the octagonal receiving head (9);
the material ejection mechanism comprises a second air cylinder (4) arranged on the mounting frame (3), a horizontally arranged top plate (5) is fixedly connected to the telescopic end of the second air cylinder (4), the top plate (5) extends into the feeding belt (11) and is fixedly connected with a plurality of jacking columns (7) at intervals, and the jacking columns (7) can penetrate through corresponding placing openings (12);
a pair of guide plates (8) which are longitudinally arranged are fixedly connected to the two sides of the feeding belt (11), and the rear ends of the guide plates (8) are obliquely arranged;
a third air cylinder (17) which is transversely arranged is arranged at the bottom of the placement table (16), a connecting plate (20) is fixedly connected to the telescopic end of the third air cylinder (17), and the connecting plate (20) is fixedly connected with a plurality of mounting cylinders (18);
the supporting assembly comprises a fourth air cylinder (19) arranged at the right end of an installation cylinder (18), the telescopic end of the fourth air cylinder (19) extends into the installation cylinder (18) and is fixedly connected with a supporting rod (28), the side wall of the supporting rod (28) is fixedly connected with a plurality of first conical seats (26) at equal intervals, the installation cylinder (18) is provided with a plurality of groups of round head supporting columns (21) which are circumferentially arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the installation cylinder, the round head supporting columns (21) are sleeved with springs (29), the inner side ends of the round head supporting columns (21) are rotatably connected with rollers (30) matched with the corresponding first conical seats (26), the outer side ends of the round head supporting columns (21) extend out of the installation cylinder (18), and the first conical seats (26) comprise inclined sections and horizontal sections;
the bending assembly comprises a second conical seat (27) fixedly connected to the end part of the supporting rod (28), the distance between the second conical seat (27) and the leftmost round head supporting column (21) is larger than that between the first conical seat (26) and the right round head supporting column (21), the second conical seat (27) comprises an inclined section and a horizontal section, and the length of the horizontal section of the second conical seat (27) is smaller than that of the horizontal section of the first conical seat (26);
the specific steps of processing the stainless steel corrugated hose by adopting the processing device are as follows:
s1, continuously conveying a plurality of octagonal joints (2) by adopting a feeding belt (11), and placing a plurality of stainless steel corrugated pipes (1) on a placing table (16) in parallel, so that one side butt joint parts (101) of the stainless steel corrugated pipes (1) extend out of the placing table (16);
s2, when the plurality of octagonal joints (2) are conveyed to the lower parts of the plurality of eight-angle joint material heads (9), the plurality of octagonal joints (2) are jacked into the corresponding octagonal joint material heads (9) through a jacking mechanism, and meanwhile, a supporting mechanism is inserted into the plurality of placed stainless steel corrugated pipes (1) to support the stainless steel corrugated pipes (1) from the inside;
s3, rotating the eight-angle joint heads (9) by 90 degrees to the horizontal direction, wherein the eight-angle joint heads are in one-to-one correspondence with the stainless steel corrugated pipes (1), the eight-angle joint heads (2) in the eight-angle joint heads (9) are inserted into the butt joint parts (101) through the first air cylinders (13), the butt joint parts (101) are screwed into the annular butt joint grooves (203) by the rotation of the first air cylinders (13) while the eight-angle joint heads are inserted, and the limiting plates (205) extend to the protruding parts of the end parts of the stainless steel corrugated pipes (1);
s4, a plurality of limiting plates (205) are abutted and bent through a bending assembly, so that the limiting plates (205) are bent along the inner wall of the protruding part of the end part, and then the butt joint process of the stainless steel corrugated pipe (1) and the octagonal joint (2) is completed.
