                 本发明的背景技术
本发明一般涉及到门锁,具体涉及到这样一种机构,它能响应绕轴线的转动而提供围绕另一正交轴线的转动,同时还能简化门锁的安装。
把手式门锁一般都配备拇指驱动锁销,它把操作者的拇指的直线运动变换为撤回锁销螺柱而把门打开的转动。大多数拇指驱动锁销都要求在门上的预制空腔内现场组装若干零件。这种组装是困难的,因为它要求安装工人从内侧安装螺柱或螺钉时要保持把手和其他外部零件就位。当用一只手从一侧安装其他零件和螺钉时,用另一只手在门的另一侧握持住零件到位是很困难的。其结果是消耗过多的装配时间,有时是造成锁机构的性能错误。
上述这类困难问题都与杠杆-齿条-小齿轮-轴组合体部件的准直有关。即使不存在单独的准直困难,当从门的一侧安装紧固件时,在门的另一侧同时保持所有组件的准直关系也是非常难的。当然,并不是所有拇指驱动锁销都是同样复杂和同样难以安装。有很多具有较简单的结构,但两侧对准仍然是个问题。
以上情况说明,现有的拇指驱动把手锁已知存在有各种局限,所以,最好能提供另外的锁有针对性地去克服一或多个上述各种局限。为此提出了另一种适当的锁,它所包括的特点将较详细地公开在后面。
                      本发明的概述
本发明的一个方面,提供了一种同把手一起安装到门上的拇指驱动的锁销回撤机构,它包括一个在其第二端上有横向偏移凸轮的拇指件;一个有孔口的锁孔盖板,通过孔口拇指件的上述第二端和凸轮伸入门的预制腔内,以及装配到锁孔盖板上用来响应按压拇指件而撤回锁销螺柱的装置。

图1以部件分解透视图示明拇指驱动锁销回撤装置。抓握把手60具有螺柱65,借助螺柱螺母75用来穿过锁孔盖板20和70装附到门内侧构件(未示出)上。抓握把手60是固定的,且只是以从属方式涉及到本发明。
拇指件10具有一个横向偏移凸轮15,它是刚性突出的。凸轮15穿过锁孔盖板20的孔口22插入,而底盘30安装在锁孔盖板的螺柱25上。这就使得凸轮15略从孔口35伸出,并同装配有杠杆的轴40的杠杆41接触。弹簧45偏压轴42,并且通过凸轮15偏压掀钮10到一中间(或锁销被拴住)位置。最好将底盘盖板50安装到底盘30上以隔绝污物,而螺柱25或用螺母或用其他紧固件安装或固定住。
能够把拇指件10、锁孔盖板20、底盘30、杠杆轴40、弹簧45和盖板50制成组件。当然,最好是能与螺柱螺母75一起附加上把手60和下面的锁孔盖板70而形成完整的把手组件。为了辅助此组件的安装,在盖板50上形成有翼片55,以起到倒钩作用,并在组件推入到位时钩住门上的预制腔。这样就能在不必使外部组件保持就位的情况下,可以安装门的内部构件。在不需要或不想要盖板50的情况下,翼片55可以包括在底盘30上。
在操作中,由于底盘35支承拇指件端部而提供一枢转轴,当按下拇指件10时,凸轮15向上转动。当凸轮15向上摆动时,它推动杠杆41并使轴42转动。轴42操纵锁销螺柱(未示出)使门打开。当松开拇指件时,弹簧的偏压迫使凸轮向下并且螺柱伸出,再次将门锁上。
这种整体式的钩抓用翼片在安装过程中具有非常实用的优点,尤其是,能使前述组装模件化。理想的是,当采用无可操作拇指件的虚拟把手时,在锁孔盖板背面上设置钩抓翼片或倒钩,以提供与前述可操作实施例中所提供的相同的装配辅助件。这种虚拟把手的实施例没有用图说明,因为它简单地包括和图中所示类似的翼片。这种情况中翼片是作为锁孔盖板的一部分设置,而不是作为装附于锁孔盖板上的锁销回撤机构的一部分。

Claims (9)

1.拇指驱动的锁销回撤机构,用来同把手一起安装到门上,它包括:
在其第二端上有一横向偏移凸轮的拇指件;
有一孔口的锁孔盖板,通过孔口该拇指件的上述第二端和凸轮伸入门上的预制腔;以及
装配到锁孔盖板上用来响应按压拇指件而撤回锁销螺柱的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,响应按压所述拇指件而撤回锁销螺柱的装置包括:装在锁孔盖板上且具有一对应于拇指件凸轮的孔口的底盘;支承在底盘支承面上的装配有杠杆的轴,该杠杆停靠在该拇指件的凸轮上;以及用于向螺柱销合位置偏压该轴的弹簧。
3.如权利要求1所述的机构还包括:
安装在锁孔盖板上用以钩抓上述门上的预制腔而由此来辅助装配工作的装置。
4.如权利要求2所述的机构还包括:
安装在锁孔盖板上用以钩抓上述门上的预制腔而由此来辅助装配工作的装置。
5.如权利要求2所述的机构还包括:
设在前述底盘上的盖板,此盖板有对应于所述轴的孔口以及用来支承该轴的支承面。
6.如权利要求5所述的机构还包括:
许多翼片,它们从所述盖板外边缘向外伸出,这些翼片钩抓所述门上的预制腔由此来辅助安装工作。
7.如权利要求5所述的机构,其特征在于:所述的拇指件,锁孔盖板、底盘、轴、弹簧及盖板是在装配之后固定到一起。
8.用来在门上和锁孔盖板一起安装把手的钩抓装置,它包括:
安装在上述锁孔盖板上,用来钩抓所述门上的预制腔并由此来辅助安装工作的装置。
9.如权利要求8所述的钩抓装置,其特征在于,所述用来钩抓该门上预制腔的装置包括由前述锁孔盖板向外凸出的许多翼片,这些翼片构造为滑合到门上的预制腔内并能抵抗从其中移出。
