The embodiment provides a water-based low-temperature baking coating, which is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 55% of water-based special modified polyester resin (Changxing 50630-70), 3% of neutralizer (DMEA of BASF corporation), 12% of water-based amino resin (Cyant 325), 0.5% of cooling agent (King X49110), 3% of adhesion promoter (Kai Ling J105A), 0.3% of flatting agent (BYK 333), 0.2% of defoaming agent (Digao 902W) and 26% of deionized water.
Comparative example 1
The embodiment provides a water-based low-temperature baking coating, which is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 55% of common aqueous polyester resin (Changzhou Sisai 575-4), 3% of neutralizer (BASF DMEA), 12% of aqueous amino resin (Cyate325), 0.5% of cooling agent (King X49110), 3% of adhesion promoter (Kadsura J105A), 0.3% of flatting agent (BYK 333), 0.2% of defoaming agent (Digao 902W) and 26% of deionized water.
Comparative example 2
The embodiment provides a water-based low-temperature baking coating, which is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 55% of common aqueous acrylic resin (long Saint AD-7208 SW), 3% of neutralizer (DMEA of BASF corporation), 12% of aqueous amino resin (Cyanit 325), 0.5% of cooling agent (King X49110), 3% of adhesion promoter (Kan-Ling J105A), 0.3% of leveling agent (BYK 333), 0.2% of defoaming agent (Digao 902W) and 26% of deionized water.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example used 671878 oil low temperature baking paint from Shenzhen Co. The material is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 53% of oily acrylic resin, 8% of amino resin, 3% of adhesion promoter, 0.3% of leveling agent, 16% of isopropanol, 15% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 4.7% of dimethylbenzene.
Performance testing
The aqueous low temperature paints prepared in example 1, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 of the present invention, and the oily paint of comparative example 3 were tested for properties such as transparency, hardness, adhesion, impact resistance, nitric acid resistance (30 to 33% concentration), and the like, and specific results are shown in table 1 below:

As can be seen from the comparison of the performance tests, the aqueous low-temperature baking coating prepared from the aqueous special modified polyester resin in the embodiment 1 of the invention has the advantages of excellent acid resistance, high transparency and high hardness, and the performance is equivalent to that of the oily low-temperature baking coating, and the flexibility is better than that of the oily low-temperature baking coating. Comparative example 1 an aqueous low temperature bake coating prepared from a conventional aqueous polyester resin was selected for nitric acid resistance bias. Comparative example 2 aqueous low temperature bake coating prepared with common aqueous acrylic resin was selected for deviation in nitric acid resistance and impact resistance. The oily low-temperature baking coating of the comparative example 3 has deviation of impact performance, and a large amount of organic solvent is added to the aqueous low-temperature baking coating, so that the aqueous low-temperature baking coating prepared by the embodiment of the invention has the flammability opposite to that of the solvent-type oily coating, the aqueous coating is nonflammable and fireproof, the occurrence of fire is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the aqueous low-temperature baking coating is environment-friendly and safer to produce, store and transport.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Claims (10)

1. A water-based low-temperature baking paint is characterized in that,
comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
50-60% of water-based special modified polyester resin, 10-15% of water-based amino resin, 0.2-0.8% of cooling agent, 2-5% of adhesion promoter, 0.2-0.5% of leveling agent, 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent, 2-5% of neutralizer and 20-40% of deionized water.
2. The aqueous low temperature baking coating of claim 1 wherein the aqueous specially modified polyester resin is obtained by specially modified polymerization of a polyol and a polyacid.
3. The aqueous low temperature baking coating of claim 1 wherein the aqueous amino resin is a methyl etherified high imino melamine resin.
4. The aqueous low temperature baking coating according to claim 1, wherein the cooling agent is a closed acid catalyst and the antifoaming agent is an organosilicon antifoaming agent.
5. The aqueous low temperature baking coating of claim 1 wherein the adhesion promoter is an aryl or alkyl phosphate.
6. The aqueous low temperature baking coating according to claim 1, wherein the leveling agent is a siloxane-based, polyester-based or alkyl vinyl ether copolymer.
7. The aqueous low temperature baking coating of claim 1 wherein the neutralizing agent is N, N-dimethylethanolamine.
8. The application method of the water-based low-temperature baking coating is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
obtaining a water-based low-temperature baking coating, diluting the water-based low-temperature baking coating by deionized water, and obtaining the diluted water-based low-temperature baking coating;
coating the diluted water-based low-temperature baking paint on the surface of the pretreated workpiece;
and drying the workpiece to obtain the coated workpiece.
9. The method of using the aqueous low temperature baking coating according to claim 1, wherein the step of diluting the aqueous low temperature baking coating with deionized water comprises:
the aqueous low-temperature baking paint is diluted by deionized water until the viscosity is that of a rock field No. 2 cup, the outflow time is 18-30 seconds, and the ambient temperature is 25 ℃.
10. The method of using the aqueous low-temperature baking paint according to claim 1, wherein the step of drying the workpiece to obtain a coated workpiece comprises:
drying in an oven or tunnel at 110-120 deg.c for 30-40 min.
