The black precoat coating of a high gloss high weathering metal base band according to claim 1, characterized in that: the solvent is one or a mixture of cyclohexanone CYC, mixed dibasic ester DBE, S-150 aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, n-butyl alcohol, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate PMA.

The method for preparing a black precoat coating of a high gloss high weathering metal based band according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that: the black precoating paint of the high-gloss high-weather-resistance metal base band is directly coated on the stainless steel base band and is baked and cured at high temperature for forming.
