still include the sample subassembly, the sample subassembly is used for the patient to colorectal or anal canal inner wall cell's sample, the sample subassembly include with the stop collar that the inner wall of spacing groove slided and cup jointed, the fixed orifices has been seted up on the stop collar, first spacing hole has been seted up on the stop collar, the inner wall fixedly connected with fixed sleeve of first spacing hole, the inner wall fixedly connected with fixed barrel of fixed sleeve, one side fixedly connected with first fixed plate of fixed barrel, rotate on the first fixed plate and be connected with the sampling pole, the one end fixedly connected with twist grip of sampling pole, the opposite side fixedly connected with second fixed plate of fixed barrel, the second spacing hole has been seted up on the second fixed plate, the sampling pole sets up the intermediate position department of second spacing hole, the outer wall fixedly connected with spacing rand of sampling pole, the sampling head has been cup jointed to the one end of sampling pole, the sampling head with spacing rand joint, the outer wall fixedly connected with sampling brushes of sampling head.
