The present invention relates to a multipurpose steam device comprising: a steam generating device; the steam delivery pipe assembly comprises a flexible pipe and a hard pipe, wherein one end part of the flexible pipe is connected with the steam generating device, and the other end part of the flexible pipe is provided with a pipe joint used for being detachably connected with the hard pipe; a rigid support having a first end configured to be connectable with a rigid tube to form an integral upright assembly and a second end carrying a garment hanger for hanging garments; the external accessories comprise at least one steam cleaning brush and a steam ironing head; wherein the steaming device has a plurality of modes of operation, including: a surface cleaning operation mode in which one end of the hard tube is connected to the tube joint, and the steam cleaning brush is mounted to the other end of the hard tube; and a clothes hanging ironing mode, wherein in the clothes hanging ironing mode, the hard pipe is connected with the hard bracket to form an integrated upright rod assembly, the upright rod assembly is fixedly supported at the slot, and the steam ironing head is installed at the pipe joint.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cleaning equipment, in particular to multipurpose steam equipment.

Background

The cleaning of steam is also called supersaturated steam cleaning, and the oil stain particles on the surface to be cleaned are dissolved and vaporized by saturated steam under the action of high temperature and high pressure, so that the surface cleaned by the saturated steam can reach an ultra-clean state. At the same time, the supersaturated steam can effectively cut into any tiny holes and cracks, and strip and remove stains and residues in the holes and cracks. The steam cleaning has the characteristics of environmental protection and no damage to the cleaned objects, and is widely applied to cleaning objects such as floors, walls, clothes, blankets and the like.

The steam hanging ironing is to continuously contact clothes through hot steam, soften the fiber tissues of the clothes, and smooth the clothes through the actions of pulling and pressing, and the high-temperature steam has the function of cleaning and sterilizing and is widely applied to clothing monopoly stores, hotels, families and the like. The steam cleaning and the steam hanging ironing principle are the same, however, most of the steam devices in the prior art have single functions and cannot have both the steam cleaning function and the steam hanging ironing function, so that a multipurpose steam device is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems that most of the steam equipment in the prior art has single function and cannot have both the steam cleaning function and the steam hanging ironing function, the invention aims to provide the multipurpose steam equipment capable of performing surface cleaning operation and clothes hanging ironing operation.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a multipurpose steam appliance comprising: a steam generating device configured to be supportable on a plane, the steam generating device being provided with a first slot; the steam delivery pipe assembly comprises a flexible pipe and a hard pipe which can be coupled with and separated from the flexible pipe, one end part of the flexible pipe is connected with the steam generating device, and the other end part of the flexible pipe is provided with a pipe joint which is used for being detachably connected with the hard pipe; a rigid support having a first end configured to be connectable with the rigid tube to form an integral upright assembly, and a second end carrying a garment hanger for hanging garments, the first slot being configured to fixedly support the upright assembly; the external accessories comprise at least one steam cleaning brush and a steam ironing head, the steam cleaning brush is configured to be matched with the hard pipe, and the steam ironing head is configured to be matched with the pipe joint; wherein the steam appliance has a plurality of modes of operation, the plurality of modes of operation including: a surface cleaning operation mode in which one end of the hard pipe is connected to the pipe joint, and the steam cleaning brush is mounted to the other end of the hard pipe; and a clothes hanging and ironing operation mode, wherein in the clothes hanging and ironing mode, the hard pipe is connected with the hard bracket to form an integrated upright rod assembly, the upright rod assembly is fixedly supported at the slot, and the steam ironing head is mounted at the pipe joint.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the rigid pipe is composed of a plurality of sections of separable pipe bodies. Further preferably, the steam generating device is provided with a second slot for accommodating the hard bracket and a third slot for accommodating one pipe body.

In the above preferred embodiment, it is further preferred that the first slot, the second slot, and the third slot are arranged side by side on the steam generating device.

In the above preferred embodiment, it is further preferred that the steam generating device includes a body having a front end and a rear end, the first slot, the second slot, and the third slot are all distributed at the rear end of the body, and the flexible tube is connected at the front end.

In the above technical solution, it is further preferable that the steam generating device is provided with at least one storage chamber for storing the at least one steam cleaning brush and the steam ironing head.

In the above-described aspect, it is further preferable that the flexible tube is configured to be wound around the body.

In the above technical solution, it is further preferable that the clothes support is mounted on the second end, and the clothes support includes a pair of cross bars connected to the second end, and the pair of cross bars are configured to be foldable toward the second end.

In the above technical solution, it is further preferable that a handle is disposed on the pipe joint.

Compared with the prior art, the multipurpose steam device provided by the invention can be used for performing surface cleaning operation by utilizing high-temperature steam provided by the steam generating device by sequentially connecting the steam generating device, the flexible pipe, the hard pipe and the steam cleaning brush. Meanwhile, the multipurpose steam device can hang clothes through the upright rod assembly and is sequentially connected with the steam generating device, the flexible pipe and the steam ironing head, so that the clothes are ironed by high-temperature steam provided by the steam generating device.

Fig. 1 illustrates a multipurpose steam appliance 100 provided by the present invention, the multipurpose steam appliance 100 being capable of performing a surface cleaning operation as well as a laundry hanging ironing operation. The multipurpose steam appliance 100 includes a steam generating device 1 capable of supplying high temperature steam, a steam delivery assembly 2 capable of delivering the steam to the outside, a rigid bracket 3 (see fig. 4) capable of being fixedly supported on the steam generating device 1, and a plurality of external accessories each capable of being attached to the steam delivery assembly 2. Wherein the multipurpose steam device 100 has a surface cleaning operation mode for performing a surface cleaning operation and a laundry hanging ironing operation mode for performing a laundry hanging ironing operation.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the steam generating device 1 includes a body 10 having a front end 11 and a rear end 12, a water storage chamber (not shown) inside the steam generating apparatus 1, a steam generator (not shown) also inside the steam generating apparatus 1, and a body steam outlet 17 capable of outputting high temperature steam to the outside. The upper portion of the main body 10 is further provided with a main body handle 110 and a control interface 18, the main body handle 110 is used for a user to carry the steam generating device 1, the control interface 18 is used for controlling the multipurpose steam generating device 100 to work, and the formation of the control interface 18 comprises a switch, a knob, a touch screen and the like. Wherein the water storage chamber is capable of storing and providing water, the steam generator is capable of converting the input water into high temperature steam, the body steam outlet 17 is provided on the front end 11, and the water storage chamber, the steam generator and the steam outlet 16 are configured to be in fluid communication in sequence.

The rear end 12 of the steam generating device 1 is provided with a first slot 13, a second slot 14 and a third slot 15 in order in the right-to-left direction. In this example, the first slot 13, the second slot 14 and the third slot 15 are of the same general design and are configured to receive any one of the first pipe body 221 (see below), the second pipe body 22 (see below) and the rigid support 4 and to fix and support the upright rod body 5 (see below). The bottom of the steam generating device 1 is further provided with a movable wheel 16 and a power interface 19, wherein the movable wheel 16 is used for realizing the movement of the steam generating device 1 on the ground, and the power interface 19 can be used for connecting the steam generating device 1 with external power. In this embodiment, the first slot 13, the second slot 14 and the third slot 15 are slot structures, and in other embodiments, the slots may be replaced by a positioning protrusion structure, which can only be used to position the pipe, the rigid support and the upright rod at a fixed position.

Referring to fig. 1, the steam delivery pipe assembly 2 includes a flexible pipe 21 and a rigid pipe 22 capable of being coupled to and uncoupled from the flexible pipe 21, one end of the flexible pipe 21 being configured to be engaged with and in fluid communication with the body steam outlet 17, and the other end thereof being provided with a pipe joint 23. The coupling 23 is detachably connected to the rigid tube 22 and is provided with a handle 24, the handle 24 being intended for the user to carry the hose 21. Wherein the flexible tube 21 is configured to be capable of being wound around the body 10.

The rigid tube 22 includes a first tube 221 and a second tube 224 that are connectable to and separable from each other, the first tube 221 having a first upstream end 222 and a first downstream end 223, and the second tube 224 having a second upstream end 225 and a second downstream end 226. The first upstream end 222 is configured to detachably connect the pipe joint 23 with the second downstream end 226, and the first downstream end 223 is configured to detachably connect the second upstream end 225 with the steam cleaning brush 41 (see below). The second pipe 224 has the same structure as the first pipe 221, and will not be described herein.

Referring to fig. 3-4, the rigid carrier 3 has a first end 31 and a second end 32, the first end 31 being removably connectable to the first upstream end 222 of the first tube 221 such that the rigid tube 23 forms an upstanding bar assembly 5 with the rigid carrier 3. The second end 32 carries a clothes hanger 33 for hanging clothes, the clothes hanger 33 includes a cross bar 331, the cross bar 331 is configured to fold toward the second end 32, this solution enables the clothes hanger 33 to meet hanging requirements of different sizes of clothes and to be conveniently folded for storage. The clothing support 33 of this example is fixedly mounted at the second end 32; in other embodiments, the garment hanger may be provided as a detachable garment hanger solution that is detachable from the second end, and in some embodiments, the second end may be provided as a structure capable of supporting a household conventional garment hanger instead of a separate configuration of the garment hanger.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the plurality of additional accessories includes a steam cleaning brush 41 and a steam ironing head 42, wherein the steam cleaning brush 41 is capable of steam cleaning a surface such as a floor, and typically the steam cleaning brush 41 carries a wipe (not shown) for cleaning the surface with steam, or other types of cleaning accessories. The steam cleaning brush 41 has a brush body inlet end 411 and a brush body outlet end (not shown), the brush body inlet end 411 being detachably connectable to the downstream end 226 of the second tube 224 to receive high temperature steam from the steam generating apparatus 1. The brush body air outlet end can apply high-temperature steam to the rag so as to realize steam cleaning on the contacted surface (such as ground and wall). The steam iron 42 is used for ironing clothes, the steam iron 42 is provided with an iron air inlet end 421 and an iron air outlet end 422, the iron air inlet end 421 can be detachably connected with the pipe joint 23 of the flexible pipe 22 so as to receive high-temperature steam from the steam generating device 1, and the iron air outlet end 422 can output the high-temperature steam to iron clothes. The steam generating device 1 is further provided with at least one receiving chamber (not shown in the drawings) located inside the steam generating device 1 and configured to be able to receive at least one of the steam cleaning brush 41 and the steam ironing head 42.

The following describes the operation principle of the multipurpose steam device 100: when the multipurpose steam appliance 100 is in the surface cleaning operation mode, the body steam outlet 17, the flexible tube 21, the hard tube 22, and the steam cleaning brush 41 are connected in this order. The water in the water storage chamber is gasified into steam after reaching the steam generator, then the steam sequentially reaches the steam cleaning brush 41 through the main steam outlet 17, the flexible pipe 21 and the hard pipe 22, and finally leaves the multipurpose steam device 100 through the steam outlet end of the brush body, so that the rag wetted by the steam can clean the surface contacted with the rag.

When the multipurpose steam device 100 is in a clothes hanging ironing operation mode, the body steam outlet 17, the flexible pipe 21 and the steam ironing head 42 are sequentially connected, the hard pipe 22 and the hard support 3 form an upright rod assembly 5, the upright rod assembly 5 is fixedly supported on any slot, and the cross rod 331 on the clothes support 33 is opened and hangs clothes to be hung and ironed. The water in the water storage chamber is gasified into water vapor after reaching the steam generator, then the water vapor sequentially reaches the steam ironing head 42 through the main steam outlet 17, the flexible pipe 21 and the pipe joint 23, and finally leaves the multipurpose steam device 100 through the air outlet end 422 of the ironing head and carries out clothes hanging ironing operation on clothes to be hung and ironed.

Claims

1. A multipurpose steam appliance comprising:

a steam generating device (1) configured to be supported on a plane and to be movable along the plane, the steam generating device (1) being provided with a first slot (13);

a steam delivery pipe assembly (2) comprising a flexible pipe (21) and a rigid pipe (22) capable of being coupled and decoupled from the flexible pipe (21), one end of the flexible pipe (21) being connected to the steam generating device (1) and the other end being provided with a pipe joint (23) for detachable connection with the rigid pipe (22);

a rigid support (3) having a first end (31) and a second end (32), said first end (21) being configured to be connectable with said rigid tube (22) to form an integral upright assembly (5), said first slot (13) being configured to allow a fixed support of said upright assembly (5), said second end (32) being configured to enable a support of a garment hanger (33) for hanging garments;

a plurality of external accessories, including at least one steam cleaning brush (41) and a steam ironing head (42), wherein the steam cleaning brush (41) is configured to be matched with the hard pipe (22), and the steam ironing head (42) is configured to be matched with the pipe joint (23);

wherein the steam appliance has a plurality of modes of operation, the plurality of modes of operation including:

a surface cleaning operation mode in which one end portion of the hard tube (22) is connected to the pipe joint (23), and the steam cleaning brush (41) is attached to the other end portion of the hard tube (22); and

in the clothes hanging and ironing mode, the hard pipe (22) is connected with the hard bracket (3) to form an integrated upright rod assembly (5), the upright rod assembly (5) is fixedly supported at the slot (13), and the steam ironing head (42) is mounted at the pipe joint (23).

2. Multipurpose steam device according to claim 1, characterized in that the rigid tube (22) consists of a plurality of separable segments (221; 224).

3. Multipurpose steam appliance according to claim 2, characterized in that said steam generating means (1) are provided with a second slot (14) for receiving said rigid support (3) and a third slot (15) for receiving one of said tubular bodies (221; 224).

4. A multipurpose steam appliance according to claim 3, wherein the first (13), second (14) and third (15) slots are arranged side by side on the steam generating device (1).

5. A multipurpose steam appliance as claimed in claim 3, wherein the steam generating device (1) comprises a body (10) having a front end (11) and a rear end (12), the first slot (13), the second slot (14) and the third slot (15) being distributed at the rear end (12) of the body, the flexible tube (21) being connected at the front end (11).

6. Multipurpose steam appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that said steam generating device (1) is provided with at least one housing chamber housing said at least one steam cleaning brush (41) and steam ironing head (42).

7. Multipurpose steam device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flexible tube (21) is configured to be wound around the body (10).

8. The multipurpose steam device of claim 1, wherein the garment hanger (33) is mounted on the second end (32), the garment hanger (33) including a pair of cross bars (331) connected to the second end (32), the pair of cross bars (331) being configured to fold toward the second end (32).

9. Multipurpose steam device according to claim 1, characterized in that the pipe joint (23) is provided with a handle (24).

10. Multipurpose steam appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that the steam generating device (1) comprises a plurality of movable wheels (16) capable of moving the steam generating device (1) over the plane.
