Abstract

无线电寻呼发射机中能够通过抑制谐波而让高质量的无线电寻呼信号通过的低通滤波器。该无线电寻呼发射机的低通滤波器包括:抑制输出的无线电寻呼信号的谐波的第一级π型滤波器,该滤波器与无线电寻呼发射机的输出端连接;抑制无线电寻呼信号二次或三次以至更高次谐波的第二极滤波器,该滤波器由多级平板电容器和连接在平板容器之间的并联电感电容PLCs所构成,并连接在第一级滤波器和天线之间。

抑制无线电发射机谐波 的低通滤波器
本发明涉及无线电发射机的低通滤波器,更具体地说,涉及能够抑制谐波和寄生频率的低通滤波器。
目前由于无线寻呼用户的增加,与之相应的发射无线电寻呼数据的寻呼系统也在扩展。寻呼系统在向用户提供高质量寻呼数据时,寻呼发射机(以下称为发射机)将寻呼数据转换为无线电频率RF信号并将转换的信号发射出去。因此这时,发射机的电子线路性能决定了无线电寻呼系统服务的质量。
因此,在无线电寻呼频带上所产生的谐波和寄生频率将降低发射机寻呼服务的质量。为了抑制谐波和寄生频率的产生,发射机从信号源到终端输出信号上使用多个滤波器。图1是使用一般电容器的低通滤波器的结构示意图。例如,为了抑制发射机谐波的产生,使用具有与图1同样结构的低通滤波器LPF。然而,由于元件安装空间的限制,一般的具有与图1同样结构的低通滤波器通过减少其元件数量可以作成低成本的椭圆型低通滤波器。
在这种情况下,尽管上述椭圆型低通滤波器通过减少元件数目可以降低其成本,但是它降低了抑制和削弱五次和更高次谐波的能力。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种低通滤波器,该滤波器能够通过高质量的无线电寻呼信号,抑制无线电寻呼发射机的谐波。
为实现上述及其它目的,无线寻呼发射机的低通滤波器包括:抑制无线电寻呼信号输出谐波的第一级π型滤波器,该滤波器与无线电寻呼发射机的输出端连接;抑制无线电寻呼信号二次或三次以至更高次谐波的第二级滤波器,该滤波器由多级平板电容器和连接在平板电容器之间的并联电感电容PLCs所构成,并连接在第一级滤波器和天线之间。

图2是根据本发明的抑制谐波低通滤波器的结构视图。如图2所示,发送终端Tx可以是无线寻呼发射机21的输出终端。电容器C16,C17和线圈L13构成第一级π型LC滤波器22并与发送终端Tx连接。第一级滤波器22可减小发送终端Tx输出无线寻呼信号的五次或更高次谐波。椭圆型低通滤波器23包括第一平板电容器C11第二平板电容器C13和第三平板电容器C15,以及连接在上述平板电容器C11,C13和C15之间的并联电感电容(以下称为PLC)。椭圆型低通滤波器23抑制无线寻呼信号的二次或三次谐波。
一般来说,滤波器由线圈和电容器所组成的LC电路构成并减小发射机的高频或提取频率转换器有用的带宽信号。因此,上述滤波器对于决定无线电仪器的性能起着重要的作用。这里,通过低通滤波器的是低于截止频率的信号,而高于截止频率的信号将不能通过低通滤波器。
在本发明中,如图2所示,椭圆型低通滤波器23包括:三个平板电容器C11,C13和C15;和由线圈L11,电容C12,线圈L12,电容C14所组成的PLCs,PLCs分别连接在平板电容器之间。滤波器23设计成插入式,允许输入信号在通频带(320MHz-330MHz)内最大衰减为0.2dB,并且,对二次谐波频带内(640MHz-660MHz)和三次谐波频带内(960MHz-990MHz)的信号的衰减在50dB以上,同时,滤波器23的回程损耗高达25dB,因此,可以加重其负载并实现其匹配。
因此,为在频带(320MHz-330MHz)中获得对二次谐波和三次谐波的50dB或更多的衰减,椭圆型低通滤波器23具有与图1所示滤波器同样的结构。利用网络分析仪对滤波器23的性能进行实验的结果表明,滤波器衰减五次或更高次谐波的性能变差。为了对五次或更高次谐波进行衰减,本发明在椭圆型低通滤波器23前端增加了π型LC滤波器22。
图2是根据本发明的抑制谐波低通滤波器的结构视图。如图2所示,利用印刷电路板PCB设计平板电容器C11,C13和C15(聚四氟乙烯PCB的介电常数为εγ=2.5)。平板电容器C11,C13和C15按下式确定。 C ( pF ) = 0.0884 * ϵγ * A d

1.无线电寻呼发射机的低通滤波器,其特征在于包括:
抑制输出的无线电寻呼信号的谐波的第一级π型滤波器,该滤波器与所述无线电寻呼发射机的输出端连接;
抑制所述无线电寻呼信号的二次和三次以至更高次谐波的第二级滤波器,该滤波器由多级平板电容器和连接在所述平板电容器之间的并联电感和电容PLCs所构成,并连接在所述第一级滤波器和天线之间。
