In this example, if the screening condition carried in the query request is detected as an event condition, relevant information of the target event conforming to the event information is displayed, if the screening condition carried in the query request is detected as a time condition, relevant information of the target event in a time period indicated by the time condition is displayed, and the target event is screened by multiple types of screening conditions, so that the intention of an operator for querying the target event is matched more, and the operation and maintenance work efficiency is improved.
In one possible example, the determining the event completion of the target event according to the delivery condition includes: when the screening condition carried in the query request is the time condition, acquiring the number of the event data in the time period limited by the time condition and the number of the application services corresponding to the target event, and the number of the event data successfully monitored by each application service in the time period limited by the time condition; determining the event completion degree in the time period limited by the time condition according to the number of the application services and the number of the event data.
Wherein, the screening condition is a time condition, which may be a specific time period, for example: 2022/11/25-2022/12/25 may also be a time period based on the current time, such as: approximately 7 days, approximately 30 days, etc.
In this example, when the query request carries the time condition, the number of event data and the number of application services in the period indicated by the time condition are obtained, and the number of event data is successfully monitored by each application service, and the event completion degree in the period is determined according to the data, so that a manner of checking the event completion degree related data in the limited period is provided for the operation and maintenance personnel, the integrity control of the operation and maintenance personnel on the event completion degree in the system is facilitated, and the flexibility and the intelligence of the system are improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flow chart of another method for displaying the completion of a target event provided in an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to an operation and maintenance end in the marketing cloud system shown in fig. 1a, where the marketing cloud system includes an event server, a client used by a user, and the operation and maintenance end used by an operation and maintenance person, and the event server is respectively connected to the client and the operation and maintenance end; the method comprises the following steps:
step 501, receiving a first display instruction input by the operation and maintenance personnel, and sending a first display request to the event server.
Step 502, receiving a display message sent from the event server.
Step 503, displaying a management interface of related information of a target event on a screen of the operation and maintenance end according to the display message, where the management interface includes a condition screening area and a result display area, the condition screening area is used for inputting at least one condition for screening the target event, and the result display area is used for displaying related information of at least one target event meeting the condition and an operation control for the target event, and the related information of the target event includes at least one of the following: event ID, event name, and event completion.
And step 504, receiving a second display instruction input by the operation and maintenance personnel, and sending a second display request to the event server.
And step 505, receiving a target event detail data packet sent from the event server.
Step 506, displaying a display interface of the detail information of the target event on the screen of the operation and maintenance end according to the detail data packet of the target event, where the detail information includes information of an application service corresponding to the target event, the number of event data in a delivery situation, the number of event data successfully monitored by a single application service, and a single event completion degree of the target event, where the single event completion degree is a ratio of the number of event data successfully monitored by the single application service to the number of event data.
The foregoing description of the embodiments of the present application has been presented primarily in terms of a method-side implementation. It will be appreciated that the mobile electronic device, in order to achieve the above-described functionality, comprises corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules that perform the respective functions. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied as hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is implemented as hardware or computer software driven hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. The embodiment of the application may divide the functional units of the electronic device according to the above method example, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated in one processing unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in software functional units. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the units is schematic, which is merely a logic function division, and other division manners may be implemented in actual practice.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a display interface of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 6, the operation and maintenance end includes a display screen, on which a management interface 600 of the target event and a management interface of related information of the target event in any one of the methods described above are displayed, and the management interface 600 of the target event includes that an operation and maintenance person inputs a touch instruction through the display screen to control the management interface 600 of the target event, or that the operation and maintenance person inputs a control instruction through an input device to control the management interface 600 of the target event;
the management interface 600 of the target event includes a query area 610 and a result display area 620, wherein the query area 610 refers to an area for inputting screening conditions of the target event; the query area 610 includes an event filtering input box 61, a time selection box 62 and a query control 63, where the event filtering input box 61 is used to input an event ID or an event name to be queried, the time selection box 62 is used to input a time node corresponding to the event to be queried, and the query control 63 and the reset control 64 are used to send a query request or a reset filtering condition request to the server;
The result display area 620 includes at least the event ID, the event name, the event completion, the number of event deliveries, the number of successful listens, and an operation control.
The time selection box 62 can check the completion of the event in the days of today, 7 days and 30 days, and also provides a user-defined time period, so that operation and maintenance personnel can operate more flexibly, and the completion of the event in the user-defined time period can be checked in real time.
In accordance with the embodiment of fig. 2, referring to fig. 7a, fig. 7a is a functional unit block diagram of a display device for target event completion according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 7a, the display device 700 for target event completion includes:
a receiving unit 701, configured to receive a target event sent from the client, where the target event is associated with a target operation record of the user on the client; a checking unit 702, configured to check the target event through an event checking service, where the event checking service is a service set in the event server; a delivering unit 703, configured to deliver the event data generated by the target event that is qualified by the verification to at least one application service, where the at least one application service is a service that is set in the event server and subscribes to the target event; an acquiring unit 704, configured to acquire a delivery situation between the event data of the target event and the at least one application service, where the delivery situation includes the number information of the event data and the number information of the event data successfully monitored by the at least one application service; a calculating unit 705, configured to determine an event completion degree of the target event according to the delivery situation; a generating unit 706, configured to generate a display message of a target event according to the event completion, where the display message of the target event is used for being displayed on a management interface of related information of the target event, and the related information of the target event includes at least one of the following: event ID, event name, and the event completion; and a response unit 707, configured to receive a first display request sent from the operation and maintenance end, respond to the first display request, and send the display message to the operation and maintenance end.
In one possible example, the determining the event completion degree of the target event according to the delivery situation, the calculating unit 705 is specifically configured to: obtaining the total delivery number of the target event according to the number of the event data in the delivery situation and the number of the application services corresponding to the target event; acquiring and summing the number of event data successfully monitored by each application service to obtain the total number of successful monitoring; and taking the ratio of the successful monitoring total number to the delivery total number of the target event as the event completion degree.
In one possible example, the management interface includes a condition screening area for inputting at least one condition for screening the target event and a result display area for displaying related information of at least one target event conforming to the condition and an operation control for the target event; after the response to the first display request and the sending of the display message to the operation and maintenance end, the response unit 707 is specifically further configured to: receiving a query request sent by the operation and maintenance end; judging whether the query request carries screening conditions for screening the target event or not; if yes, determining at least one target event meeting the screening conditions according to the screening conditions, and if not, sending a prompt message to the operation and maintenance terminal, wherein the prompt message is used for indicating prompt information which is used for prompting the operation and maintenance personnel that the current query result is empty; if yes, displaying the at least one target event meeting the screening condition; and if not, displaying all the related information of the target event according to a preset sequence.
In one possible example, after the responding to the first display request and sending the display message to the operation and maintenance end, the responding unit 707 is specifically further configured to: receiving a second display request sent by the operation and maintenance end, wherein the second display request is associated with the operation of the operation and maintenance personnel on the operation control; and sending a target event detail data packet to the operation and maintenance end, wherein the target event detail data packet is used for generating a display interface of detail information of the target event, and the detail information comprises information of the application service corresponding to the target event, the number of event data in the delivery situation, the number of event data successfully monitored by a single application service and the single event completion degree of the target event, wherein the single event completion degree is a ratio of the number of event data successfully monitored by the single application service to the number of event data.
In one possible example, the screening conditions include an event condition for screening by event information, and a time condition for screening by time; the determining whether the query request carries a screening condition for screening the target event, and the response unit 707 is specifically configured to: if the screening condition carried in the query request is detected to be the event condition, displaying related information of the target event which accords with the event information, wherein the event information comprises an event name and an event ID; and if the screening condition carried in the query request is detected to be the time condition, displaying the related information of the target event in the time period indicated by the time condition.
In one possible example, the determining the event completion degree of the target event according to the delivery situation, the calculating unit 705 is specifically configured to: when the screening condition carried in the query request is the time condition, acquiring the number of the event data in the time period limited by the time condition and the number of the application services corresponding to the target event, and the number of the event data successfully monitored by each application service in the time period limited by the time condition; determining the event completion degree in the time period limited by the time condition according to the number of the application services and the number of the event data.
It can be understood that, since the method embodiment and the apparatus embodiment are in different presentation forms of the same technical concept, the content of the method embodiment portion in the present application should be adapted to the apparatus embodiment portion synchronously, which is not described herein.
In the case of using an integrated unit, as shown in fig. 7b, fig. 7b is a block diagram of functional units of another display device for target event completion provided in the embodiment of the present application. In fig. 7b, the display device 710 of the target event completion degree includes: a communication module 711 and a processing module 712. The processing module 712 is configured to control and manage an action of the display device of the target event completion, for example: steps of a receiving unit 701, a verification unit 702, a delivery unit 703, an acquisition unit 704, a calculation unit 705, a generation unit 706, and a response unit 707, and/or other processes for performing the techniques described herein. The communication module 711 is used to support interactions between the display apparatus and other devices of the target event completion degree. As shown in fig. 7b, the display device 710 of the target event completion may further include a storage module 713, and the storage module 713 is used to store program codes and data of the display device of the target event completion.
The processing module 712 may be a processor or controller, such as a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), general purpose processor, digital signal processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), ASIC, FPGA or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware components, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various exemplary logic blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with this disclosure. The processor may also be a combination that performs the function of a computation, e.g., a combination comprising one or more microprocessors, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, and the like. The communication module 711 may be a transceiver, an RF circuit, a communication interface, or the like. The memory module 713 may be a memory.
All relevant contents of each scenario related to the above method embodiment may be cited to the functional description of the corresponding functional module, which is not described herein. The display device 710 for the target event completion may perform the method for displaying the target event completion shown in fig. 2.

When implemented in software, the above-described embodiments may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product comprises one or more computer instructions or computer programs. When the computer instructions or computer program are loaded or executed on a computer, the processes or functions described in accordance with the embodiments of the present application are all or partially produced. The computer may be a general purpose computer, a special purpose computer, a computer network, or other programmable apparatus. The computer instructions may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium or transmitted from one computer-readable storage medium to another computer-readable storage medium, for example, the computer instructions may be transmitted from one website site, computer, server, or data center to another website site, computer, server, or data center by wired or wireless means. The computer readable storage medium may be any available medium that can be accessed by a computer or a data storage device such as a server, data center, etc. that contains one or more sets of available media. The usable medium may be a magnetic medium (e.g., floppy disk, hard disk, magnetic tape), an optical medium (e.g., DVD), or a semiconductor medium. The semiconductor medium may be a solid state disk.
The present application also provides a computer storage medium having stored thereon a computer program/instruction which, when executed by a processor, performs part or all of the steps of any of the methods described in the method embodiments above.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiments above.
It should be understood that, in various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the foregoing processes do not mean the order of execution, and the order of execution of the processes should be determined by the functions and internal logic thereof, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method, apparatus, and system may be implemented in other manners. For example, the device embodiments described above are merely illustrative; for example, the division of the units is only one logic function division, and other division modes can be adopted in actual implementation; for example, multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices or units, which may be in electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (10)

1. The method is characterized by being applied to an event server in a marketing cloud system, wherein the marketing cloud system comprises the event server, a client used by a user and an operation and maintenance end used by operation and maintenance personnel, and the event server is respectively in communication connection with the client and the operation and maintenance end; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a target event sent by the client, wherein the target event is associated with a target operation record of the user on the client;
checking the target event through an event checking service, wherein the event checking service is a service arranged in the event server;
delivering event data generated by the target event which is qualified through inspection to at least one application service, wherein the at least one application service is a service which is arranged in the event server and subscribes to the target event;
Acquiring delivery conditions between event data of the target event and the at least one application service, wherein the delivery conditions comprise the quantity information of the event data and the quantity information of the event data successfully monitored by the at least one application service;
determining the event completion degree of the target event according to the delivery condition;
generating a display message of a target event according to the event completion, wherein the display message of the target event is used for being displayed on a management interface of related information of the target event, and the related information of the target event comprises at least one of the following: event ID, event name, and the event completion;
and receiving a first display request sent by the operation and maintenance end, responding to the first display request and sending the display message to the operation and maintenance end.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the event completion of the target event based on the delivery conditions comprises:
obtaining the total delivery number of the target event according to the number of the event data in the delivery situation and the number of the application services corresponding to the target event;
Acquiring and summing the number of event data successfully monitored by each application service to obtain the total number of successful monitoring;
and taking the ratio of the successful monitoring total number to the delivery total number of the target event as the event completion degree.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the management interface includes a condition screening area for inputting at least one condition for screening the target event and a result display area for displaying related information of at least one eligible target event and an operation control for the target event; after the responding to the first display request and sending the display message to the operation and maintenance end, the method further comprises:
receiving a query request sent by the operation and maintenance end;
judging whether the query request carries screening conditions for screening the target event or not;
if yes, determining at least one target event meeting the screening conditions according to the screening conditions, and if not, sending a prompt message to the operation and maintenance terminal, wherein the prompt message is used for indicating prompt information which is used for prompting the operation and maintenance personnel that the current query result is empty; if yes, displaying the at least one target event meeting the screening condition;
And if not, displaying all the related information of the target event according to a preset sequence.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein after said responding to said first display request and sending said display message to said operation and maintenance end, said method further comprises:
receiving a second display request sent by the operation and maintenance end, wherein the second display request is associated with the operation of the operation and maintenance personnel on the operation control;
and sending a target event detail data packet to the operation and maintenance end, wherein the target event detail data packet is used for generating a display interface of detail information of the target event, and the detail information comprises information of the application service corresponding to the target event, the number of event data in the delivery situation, the number of event data successfully monitored by a single application service and the single event completion degree of the target event, wherein the single event completion degree is a ratio of the number of event data successfully monitored by the single application service to the number of event data.
5. A method according to claim 3, wherein the screening conditions include event conditions for screening by event information, and time conditions for screening by time; the judging whether the query request carries screening conditions for screening the target event comprises the following steps:
If the screening condition carried in the query request is detected to be the event condition, displaying related information of the target event which accords with the event information, wherein the event information comprises an event name and an event ID;
and if the screening condition carried in the query request is detected to be the time condition, displaying the related information of the target event in the time period indicated by the time condition.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the event completion of the target event based on the delivery conditions comprises:
when the screening condition carried in the query request is the time condition, acquiring the number of the event data in the time period limited by the time condition and the number of the application services corresponding to the target event, and the number of the event data successfully monitored by each application service in the time period limited by the time condition;
determining the event completion degree in the time period limited by the time condition according to the number of the application services and the number of the event data.

The method is characterized by being applied to an operation and maintenance end in a marketing cloud system, wherein the marketing cloud system comprises an event server, a client used by a user and the operation and maintenance end used by operation and maintenance personnel, and the event server is in communication connection with the operation and maintenance end; the method comprises the following steps:
Receiving a first display instruction input by the operation and maintenance personnel, and sending a first display request to the event server;
receiving a display message sent from the event server;
the management interface is used for displaying the related information of the target event on the screen of the operation and maintenance end according to the display message, the management interface comprises a condition screening area and a result display area, the condition screening area is used for inputting at least one condition for screening the target event, the result display area is used for displaying the related information of the target event and the operation control for the target event, and the related information of the target event comprises at least one of the following components: event ID, event name, and event completion;
receiving a second display instruction input by the operation and maintenance personnel, and sending a second display request to the event server;
receiving a target event detail data packet sent from the event server;
and displaying a display interface of the detail information of the target event on a screen of the operation and maintenance end according to the detail data packet of the target event, wherein the detail information comprises information of an application service corresponding to the target event, the number of event data in a delivery condition, the number of event data successfully monitored by a single application service and the single event completion degree of the target event, and the single event completion degree is the ratio of the number of event data successfully monitored by the single application service to the number of event data.
8. A display interface of an electronic device, wherein the operation and maintenance terminal comprises a display screen, the display screen is provided with a management interface of the target event and a management interface of related information of the target event in the method according to any one of claims 1-7, the management interface of the target event comprises a control interface of the target event by inputting a touch instruction through the display screen by an operation and maintenance person or a control interface of the target event by inputting a control instruction through an input device by the operation and maintenance person;
the management interface of the target event comprises a query area and a result display area, wherein the query area is used for inputting screening conditions of the target event; the query area comprises an event screening input box, a time selection box and a query control, wherein the event screening input box is used for inputting an event ID or an event name to be queried, the time selection box is used for inputting a time node corresponding to the event to be queried, and the query control is used for sending a query request to a server;
the result display area at least comprises the event ID, the event name, the event completion, the delivery times, the monitoring times and operation controls.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program for electronic data exchange is stored, wherein the computer program causes a computer to execute the instructions of the steps in the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
