In the textile oven with the baking function, preferably, the end side of the oven body 1 is provided with the radiator 121 and the fan 122, the radiator 121 and the lower layer high temperature region 12 are sequentially communicated. When the radiator 121 is in operation, heat is generated inside the radiator 121 and dissipated outside the radiator 121, and then the heat dissipated from the radiator 121 is blown into the lower high temperature region 12 under the blowing force of the fan 122, so that the lower high temperature region 12 is warmed up to form a high temperature color development environment. The radiator 121 of the present invention generates heat internally and radiates heat externally, and the radiator radiates heat cleanly, and the radiator and the blower 122 cooperate with each other, so that clean hot air flow does not pollute the chromonic fabric when providing the chromonic temperature for the lower high temperature region 12.
The textile oven with baking function of the present invention, preferably, the second fabric conveying device 22 is a mesh belt conveying device. With this arrangement, the fabric may take on a natural relaxed state as it is transported on the second fabric transport device 22 for high temperature color development. In a natural loose state, the internal tissue gap of the fabric is large, dye molecules can enter the tissue of the fabric more easily and react with the tissue to complete color development and fixation, that is, when the mesh belt conveying device conveys the fabric, the color development effect is better while the color development is easier.
In the textile oven with baking function of the present invention, preferably, the number of the second fabric conveying devices 22 is two, the two second fabric conveying devices 22 are arranged up and down, and the conveying paths of the two second fabric conveying devices 22 are connected. The two second fabric conveying devices 22 arranged up and down can greatly prolong the total color development path, and when the second fabric conveying device 22 on the upper layer falls off and is conveyed to the second fabric conveying device 22 on the lower layer in the fabric color development process, the piled fabrics can be turned and shifted in the falling process, so that uniform color development can be facilitated.
In the textile oven with baking function of the present invention, preferably, a second cloth guide roller 221 is disposed below the output end of the second fabric conveying device 22, and the conveying path of the second fabric conveying device 22 is connected with the conveying path of the second cloth guide roller 221. The second cloth guide roller 221 is configured to extend the total color development path by simple configuration, so that the fabric has enough color development time to ensure color development quality, and meanwhile, when the fabric has enough color development time, the conveying speed during color development can be properly increased, and the color development efficiency is improved; on the other hand, when the second cloth guide roller 221 guides cloth, the cloth is wound around the second cloth guide roller 221, and friction is generated between the second cloth guide roller 221 and the cloth, and the friction force facilitates the formation of tension at the rear end of the cloth, so that the cloth is output and enters the subsequent process.
In the textile oven with baking function of the present invention, the number of the second fabric conveying devices 22 is plural, and when the plural second fabric conveying devices 22 are arranged up and down, the second fabric guiding roller 221 is disposed below the second fabric conveying device 22 at the lowest layer.
The temperature in the upper low temperature zone 11 of the textile oven with the baking function is preferably about 140-160 ℃; the temperature in the lower layer high temperature region 12 is 180-190 ℃.
When the upper low temperature zone 11 and the lower high temperature zone 12 are arranged, a partition plate can be arranged between the upper low temperature zone 11 and the lower high temperature zone 12, or the partition plate can be not arranged. In the textile oven with baking function, as the fabrics are piled up on the second fabric conveying device 22 when conveyed by the second fabric conveying device 22, the second fabric conveying device 22 has heavier bearing, so as to reduce the bearing of the second fabric conveying device 22 and avoid the influence of serious deformation of the second fabric conveying device 22 on conveying, preferably, a plurality of support rollers 222 are distributed below the second fabric conveying device 22 along the conveying direction thereof.
