Background
Among cloth materials, woven fabrics made of cotton generally have high hygroscopicity and easy perspiration, and cotton fabrics themselves are soft and comfortable in touch and hardly generate static electricity, so cotton fabrics are often used as main materials in clothing manufacture. When cotton cloth is used for processing according to the requirements of various clothing designs on colors, patterns and the like, the natural pigment on the fiber is used for directly dyeing or printing to influence the brightness of the processed color, and the natural pigment in the material is removed by bleaching and removing the pigment, so that the necessary stable color of the fabric is provided. The dyeing or printing with artificial fiber, such as Polyester fiber, has the advantage of bright color, and the smooth surface of the fabric fiber has better visual effect on design patterns, and is often used on sports apparel due to good elasticity, quick drying and crease resistance.
Because the commodity period of the ready-made clothes consumer market is shorter and shorter, the clothes taking the artificial fiber cloth as a source are not easy to be decomposed due to the material characteristics of the clothes, the clothes are often polluted on the environment after being abandoned textiles, and in recent years, along with the rising of environmental awareness, the development and research directions of various ready-made clothes operators are the directions of how to reuse the clothes to manufacture new values.
