Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present utility model will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiments of the present utility model can be modified into various forms, and the scope of the present utility model is not limited to the embodiments described in detail below. This example is provided to more fully illustrate the utility model to those skilled in the art.
Accordingly, the shapes and the like of the constituent elements in the drawings may be exaggerated for the sake of more clear explanation. The same reference numerals will sometimes be used for the same structures in the various figures. In addition, the functions and structures of the known technology that make the gist of the present utility model unclear may be omitted.
First, a configuration of a movie projection screen apparatus for a rail vehicle according to an embodiment of the present utility model will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
The movie projection screen apparatus in the present embodiment is provided in the center of the passenger compartment of the train car 100 to provide movie projection services, and includes: a screen main body 10 having LED screens 11 and 12 for displaying images provided in a symmetrical manner on the front and rear surfaces, respectively; a speaker 20 provided at a lower portion of the screen main body 10; and a damper (damper) 30 provided at a lower portion of the speaker 20 to reduce transmission of vibration of the train bottom surface to the speaker 20 and the screen body 10.
At this time, the screen body 10 is provided with a passage 130 at both sides so that a passenger can move, and the passenger shelves 110 provided at the upper portion of the passage 130 support both sides of the upper end of the screen body 10, and the passenger shelves 110 have a buffer rubber 111 for buffering and supporting the screen body 10.
In particular, as shown in fig. 4, a support pin 10a embedded in the cushion rubber 111 is formed to protrude from a side wall surface of the screen main body 10, a cushion spring 10 'through which the support pin 10a penetrates is provided in the cushion rubber 111, and an annular elastic support wing 10b is integrally formed in a middle portion of the support pin 10a so as to elastically support the cushion spring 10'. With such a structure of the support pin 10a and the buffer spring 10', a considerable portion of the vibration of the upper end portion of the screen main body 10 can be reduced and absorbed.
Meanwhile, the damper 30 is filled with the working fluid f, and includes a weight body 31 made of aluminum in the damper 30 so as to be able to be lifted, and guide bars 32 are provided vertically on both sides so as to guide the lifting of the weight body 31, and an upper spring 33 and a lower spring 34 for elastically supporting the lifting play of the weight body 31 are provided on the upper and lower portions of the weight body 31, respectively.
In order to maintain the viscosity and prevent oxidation of the aluminum material weight body 31, the working fluid f is preferably mixed with a ratio of 40 to 65 wt% of mineral oil (mineral oil), 15 to 40 wt% of paraffin (paraffin), 10 to 25 wt% of absolute ethanol, 1 to 15 wt% of glycerin (glycerin), and 1 to 10 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol (polyvinyl alcohol).
By providing the movie projection screen apparatus for a train vehicle according to the present utility model having such a configuration, the following operational effects can be achieved.
The screen main body 10 in the present embodiment is provided with LED screens 11, 12 for playing images on both sides of the middle where the speakers 20 are simultaneously provided at the center of the train 100, whereby passengers seated on the passenger compartment seats 120 in the forward and reverse directions can watch movies simultaneously.
The upper portion of the screen body 10 is supported by the passenger shelf 110, and vibration is controlled by the damper 30 at the lower portion, so that shake and abrupt vibration occurring during train operation can be prevented from being transmitted to the screen body 10.
That is, the damper 30 controls the vibration in the vertical direction transmitted from the bottom surface of the train to the screen main body 10, and at this time, the vibration in the vertical direction is transmitted to the damper 30, so that the weight body 31 provided inside moves up and down along the guide bar 32, and the elastic action of the upper spring 33 and the lower spring 34 achieves a rapid buffering action, and the friction action with the working fluid f rapidly controls the movement of the weight body 31 in the vertical direction.
In particular, since paraffin is mixed in the working fluid f in addition to the mineral oil having a certain viscosity, the catalyst action of the mineral oil is performed, and the absolute ethyl alcohol prevents the generation of foam due to friction with the weight body 31, and the glycerin and the polyvinyl alcohol prevent the deterioration of the working fluid f and the oxidation of the surface of the weight body 32, respectively.
Accordingly, the movie projection screen apparatus for a train of the present utility model produces the following effects: the degree to which vibrations generated during the operation of the train are transmitted to the LED screen can be minimized, thereby preventing malfunction of the screen device and improving the viewing satisfaction of movies by passengers of the train.
Meanwhile, fig. 6 to 8 show a structure for controlling vibration in the horizontal direction according to another embodiment of the present utility model, in which a bottom plate 50 is provided at a lower portion of a damper 30, the bottom plate 50 is provided with support legs 40 made of compressed rubber for supporting both sides of the damper 30, a damping ball 35 of a fixed weight for controlling vibration in the horizontal direction is movably connected and supported at the lower portion of the damper 30 by a wire (wire) 36, a curved groove 51 is formed at the bottom plate, and fine hairs 52 made of a fiber or artificial hair for rubbing against the damping ball 35 for swimming are provided at a peripheral edge portion of the curved groove 51.
Further, a friction coating 35a for increasing friction with the nap 52 is formed on the surface of the damping ball 35, and the friction coating 35a is preferably formed by mixing 30 to 55 wt% of silicone, 20 to 40 wt% of polyvinyl acetal (polyvinyl acetate), 10 to 30 wt% of sodium chloride (sodium chloride), 10 to 20 wt% of barium silicate (barium silicate), 1 to 15 wt% of benzyl benzoate (benzyl benzoate), 1 to 10 wt% of ascorbic acid (ascobac acid), and 1 to 10 wt% of metallocene polyethylene (metallocene polyethylene).
With this configuration, vibration control in the horizontal direction of the screen main body 10 can be performed by the action of the damping ball 35 having a certain weight.
That is, when horizontal vibration occurs on the bottom surface of the train, the damping ball 35 suspended on the wire 36 moves at the same time to control the vibration, and when rapid vibration occurs, the damping ball contacts the nap 52 of the curved groove 51 provided in the bottom plate 50 to limit the moving distance.
In particular, since the friction coating 35a is formed on the surface of the damping ball 35, the friction force with the fine hair 52 can be increased, the polyvinyl acetal mixed in the friction coating 35a can maintain elasticity by the catalyst function to the silicone resin, the sodium chloride prevents discoloration of the coating by the fire-resistant function, and the barium silicate performs the function of improving the adhesion and durability of the friction coating 35 a. In addition, the added benzyl benzoate increases the coating density by increasing the bonding force between the compositions, and the ascorbic acid and the metallocene polyethylene have the effect of preventing surface cracking and oxidation by the antioxidation function respectively.
Further, while specific embodiments of the present utility model have been described and illustrated above, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the screen device structure of the present utility model.
For example, although the embodiment described above describes and illustrates the speaker being provided at the lower portion of the screen main body, an additional speaker may be provided at the ceiling portion of the train passenger compartment as needed.
Accordingly, such modified embodiments should not be construed separately from the technical spirit or scope of the present utility model, but are included in the appended claims.
