Description

Multi-page type data bag sheet unit convenient for writing files and preset sheet thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to stationery, in particular to a multi-page type data bag sheet unit convenient for writing files.
Background
The conventional folder has a main function of storing the document, usually has only one main accommodating space, and after the document is placed in the folder, the document is wrapped by the folder, so that if a user wants to write characters on the document, the user cannot take the document out of the folder.
In order to facilitate the user to write text on the document, the designer designs an improved folder such as the new taiwan patent No. M520465, and provides an improved folder comprising at least one sheet and at least two fins. The at least one sheet has two opposite sides and is quadrilateral, and the at least one sheet comprises four sides. Each wing panel comprises a connecting end and a free end; the connecting end is connected with one side edge of the at least one sheet body; the free end is opposite to the connection end. However, the fins are connected to the sheet body by the connecting end, that is, the fins and the sheet body are separated, and the fins and the sheet body are required to be bonded together by a secondary processing mode through high frequency or heat welding, which is very uneconomic at present with high labor cost.
In addition, there is also a method for manufacturing a data bag, a structure and an application thereof of taiwan patent application No. I496722 of the present inventor, wherein the method for manufacturing a data bag comprises a welding step, a reverse folding step and a cutting step, the welding step welds a welding line to a first side of two overlapped leather materials, and forms a lower side outside the welding line; the folding step is to fold the lower side of the overlapped leather material along the welding line to form two lower folding parts through a folding unit, and the folding unit folds the second side of the overlapped leather material corresponding to the corresponding side of the first side to form two upper folding parts; the cutting step is to cut a preset length; the three steps of the method make the data bag become three sides closed, one side is open, and the upper and lower folded parts form the structure of upper and lower open sides. The novel method for manufacturing the data bag can enable the upper folding part and the lower folding part of the data bag to have the clamping piece function, can be used for clamping files, and has the advantage of being convenient for writing characters on the files. However, the conventional data bag structure shown in taiwan patent No. I496722 is produced by complicated mechanical operations such as welding, reverse folding, and cutting, and if the production factory does not have a large-scale automatic machine, the operations such as welding, reverse folding, and cutting can be completed at the same time, and the production cannot be performed.
In addition, there is a new taiwan patent No. M409952 that "a notebook structure with a folding paper on an inner page and having a double-sided object placing function" is disclosed, in which the folding paper is attached to the inner page of the notebook, the folding paper is folded by a paper or plastic plate, the folding paper is folded slightly lower than a folding line to form a horizontal folding line, thereby forming an opening at a distance from the top of the folding paper, and then the folding line is folded vertically, such that a first and a second object placing bags can be folded on two sides of the folding paper, and the first and the second object placing bags can be used for placing business cards, notes or document data. Although the design utilizes both horizontal folding lines (folding back) and vertical folding lines (folding back), the purpose is to form the first and second storage bags, so that the main function of the design is still to store the document, unlike the traditional folder, and once the document is placed in the folder, the document cannot be written on.
In view of the above three existing data bag structures, the new taiwan patent No. M520465, the tab and the sheet body need to be joined by secondary processing through high frequency or heat welding, which is very uneconomic at present with high labor cost; the manufacturing method of the data bag structure disclosed in taiwan patent application No. I496722 is complex in manufacturing process, comprises three actions of welding, reverse folding and cutting, and can be completed by a large-scale automatic machine, so that the investment of equipment is huge for a small-scale factory, and a certain difficulty is brought to implementation; the novel taiwan patent No. M409952 discloses a notebook structure with a folding paper attached to an inner page and having a double-sided object placing function, wherein the folding paper is formed by folding horizontally and folding vertically, but the main function of the folding paper is object placing, so that the whole specification of the novel taiwan patent is seen, and the folding paper is emphasized to be a folder with the double-sided object placing function, which is different from the function of the general existing folder, and does not have the functions of clamping files and writing on the clamped files.
The invention aims to design a data bag which can be simply manufactured without a large machine, can clamp files, is convenient for writing the files, and can display the contents of the files on multiple pages simultaneously.

Detailed Description
The following description of the construction, features and embodiments of the present invention will provide a further understanding of the present invention by means of the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of the arrow and the actuation state of each stage is shown, which shows a first preferred embodiment of the present invention.
The invention discloses a multi-page type data bag sheet unit (S) convenient for writing files, which comprises a rectangular main sheet body (S1), wherein the main sheet body is provided with a front side (S01) and a back side (S02), four side edges are sequentially adjacent to each other and are a first side (1), a second side (2), a third side (3) and a fourth side (4), the main sheet body (S1) takes the first side (1) and the third side (3) as return edges to respectively extend to a first return flap (11) and a second return flap (31) which are turned back towards the front side (S01) of the main sheet body, the first return flap (11) and the second return flap (31) are covered on the 1/4 of the length of the second side (2) of the main sheet body (S1), the main sheet body (S1) is provided with a part of a turnover (L), the main sheet body (S1) is turned over along the part of the turnover fold line (L), the first return flap (11) and the second return flap (31) are sequentially turned over to be the same as the first flap (11) and the second flap (12) which are sequentially turned over (12) and are sequentially connected to the part of the second flap (11) and the second flap (11) which is turned over along with the part of the turnover line (S (11). The invention (taking the main sheet body (S1) towards the back surface (S02) of the main sheet body as an example in fig. 1) can be completed without complicated machinery and construction methods, and only the main sheet body (S1) is required to be folded equally through simple folding, as shown in fig. 1, after the main sheet body (S1) is folded equally, the main sheet body becomes two sheets (S11) and (S12) which are connected in sequence, and the first folding sheet (11) originally covered on the main sheet body (S1) is changed into two local folding sheets (111) and (112) which are connected in sequence due to the influence of the folding of the main sheet body (S1) along the equally-folded folding line (L), and the folding edge (L11) is formed at the folding position of the first folding sheet (11). The same applies to the second return flap (31) covering the main flap (S1), which, as a result of the folding of the main flap (S1) along the bisecting fold line (L), is then turned over to become two consecutive partial return flaps (311), (312), and a fold edge (L11) is formed at the fold of the second return flap (31).
As described above, the first edge (1) and the folded edge (L11) are two adjacent edges of the partial return flap (111), and the third edge (3) and the folded edge (L11) are two adjacent edges of the partial return flap (311) and are both closed sides, so that the two partial return flaps (111), (311) cannot swing arbitrarily with the first edge (1) or the third edge (3) as a rotating edge, and can have a good clamping function.
By way of illustration, the partial return flaps (111) and (311) cover the upper and lower sides of the sheet (S11), respectively, so that the invention can form two accommodation spaces with openings facing each other, thereby having the effect of accommodating and clamping documents.
With reference to fig. 2, the upper and lower edges of the document (P) are inserted into the openings formed by the partial return flaps (111) and (311), respectively, and the upper and lower edges of the document (P) are clamped by the partial return flaps (111) and (311), so as to fix the document (P) to the sheet (S11). At this time, the document (P) is exposed from the partial return flaps (111) and (311) except that the upper and lower edges of the document (P) are covered (clamped) by the partial return flaps (111) and (311), so that the document (P) has the advantage of writing conveniently. The height (H) of the first return tab (11) and the second return tab (31) covered on the main tab (S1) is limited to be not more than 1/4 of the length of the second edge (2) of the main tab (S1), so that when the file (P) is clamped on the page (S11), the file (P) can still have a space with at least 1/2 height to write characters, and the trouble to general writing is avoided.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3A, which is aided by arrow and the schematic diagram of the operating states of each stage, a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is presented, a first bisection fold line (L1) and a second bisection fold line (L2) are provided on the main sheet (S1), then the main sheet (S1) is folded along the first bisection fold line (L1) and the second bisection fold line (L2), after two times of folding, the main sheet (S1) forms three sheets (S11), (S12) and (S13) sequentially connected to each other, and the first return sheet (11) and the second return sheet (31) are respectively folded along the bisection fold line along with the main sheet (S1) and are respectively folded into three sequentially connected partial return sheets (111), (112), (113), and partial return sheets (311), (312), (313), and the partial return sheets (111), (311) are respectively located above and below the sheet (S11) and are opened towards each other; the partial return flaps (112, 312) are respectively positioned above and below the sheet (S12), and the openings are opposite; the partial return flaps (113, 313) are respectively positioned above and below the sheet (S13) and the openings are opposite; so that the sheets (S11), (S12) and (S13) can all have the functions of storing and clamping files, thereby forming a data bag sheet unit (S) capable of clamping three pages of files simultaneously.
As can be seen from fig. 3A, as long as the main sheet body (S1) is provided with more equally spaced fold lines, the main sheet body (S1) is folded along each of the equally spaced fold lines one by one, so that more sheets with identical units and sequentially connected can be formed, and the purpose of manufacturing multi-page type data bag sheets is achieved, as shown in fig. 3B, three first equally spaced fold lines (L1), second equally spaced fold lines (L2) and third equally spaced fold lines (L3) are provided for the data bag sheet unit (S) according to the present invention, the left and right sides of the main sheet body (S1) are folded along the third equally spaced fold lines (L3) and the first equally spaced fold lines (L1), and then folded along the second equally spaced fold lines (L2), so that the three-folded data bag sheet unit (S) shown in fig. 3B can be formed, and 4-page files can be simultaneously clamped.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4A, together with arrow and the schematic view of the operating states of each stage, a third preferred embodiment of the present invention is presented, where the first return flap (11) is overlapped on the surface of the sheet (S12) to form a segmented space (D1), so that the first return flap (11) is turned into two mutually spaced return flaps (101) and (102), the return flap (101) is affected by the main flap (S1) being turned along the first bisecting fold line (L1), and is also separated into two sequentially connected partial return flaps (1011) and (1012) along the turnup, and forms a turnup edge (L11) at the turnup position, and the return flap (102) is also separated into two sequentially connected partial return flaps (1022) and (3) along the turnup edge (L2) due to the influence of the main flap (S1) being turned along the second bisecting fold line, and forms a turnup edge (L21) at the turnup position. Similarly, the second return flap (31) located below the main sheet (S1) is also divided into three partial return flaps (311), (312), (313) by being folded along the first bisected fold line (L1) and the second bisected fold line (L2) due to the influence of the folding of the main sheet (S1) along the first bisected fold line (L1), and the folding edges (L11), (L21) are formed at the folding positions.
It can be seen from fig. 4A that for the partially folded back segment (1023), its right side edge becomes closed due to the folded over edge (L21), and the presence of this closed state allows the partially folded back segment (1023) to be secured against any rocking, thereby providing a good clip function. The same situation occurs on the body of the partial return flap (1022), the left side edge of which is likewise influenced by the folded edge (L21) to become closed, so that the partial return flap (1022) can also have a good clamping function.
Thus, in the application of the present invention, whether it is a reverse-folded sheet or a reverse-folded split sheet, it has good folder-holding capability, and only one key is: it must be able to fold along the bisected fold line with the main panel. Because only if the main sheet is folded along the equal-division folding line, the folding sheet or the folding sheet can be changed into two sequentially connected partial folding sheets or partial folding sheets from one to two, and a folding edge is formed at the folding position, so that the common side edge of the two sequentially connected partial folding sheets or partial folding sheets can be changed into a closed state due to the folding edge, and the good clamping sheet function can be realized; if the reverse folding piece or the reverse folding piece cannot be folded along the equal-division folding line along the main sheet body, the reverse folding piece or the reverse folding piece cannot be changed into two sequentially connected local reverse folding pieces or local reverse folding pieces, and the reverse folding piece or the reverse folding piece at the moment can swing at will by taking the reverse folding piece as a rotation center, so that the local reverse folding piece or the local reverse folding piece cannot have a good clamping piece function.
Referring to fig. 4B, with the aid of arrow and the schematic view of the actuation states of each stage, a fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention is presented, in which the first return tab (11) and the second return tab (31) are overlapped at the middle position of the surface portion of the sheet (S12) to form a segmented space (D1), so that the present invention has four return tabs (101), (102), (301), (302), the return tabs (101), (301) are folded along the first bisecting fold line (L1) along the main sheet (S1), the return tabs (102), (302) are folded along the second bisecting fold line (L2) along the main sheet (S1), and all the return tabs have good clip functions.
Referring to fig. 4C, with the aid of arrows and a schematic view of the actuation states of each stage, a fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein all the folded-back fragments have good clamping functions.
In summary, the structure of the data bag sheet unit (S) of the present invention as disclosed in fig. 4A to 4C has different numbers of folded-back sections, and each folded-back section structurally has a common feature that each folded-back section is folded along the folding lines of each of the halves along with the main sheet.
Therefore, whether the main sheet is correctly folded and turned or not is the key point of the present invention, and the effect of the present invention can be achieved not by the way of folding and turning. For example, the improved structure of the environment-friendly book cover disclosed in taiwan patent No. 563631 (the same inventor as the present application) is disclosed in the specification according to the present application, wherein a standard template is used to place the book cover, the upper and lower edges of the book cover are folded inwards to form a folded piece with a proper width, and the left and right edges of the book cover are folded inwards to form a book cover body according to the width of the template, so that the book cover body has the efficacy of being quickly formed and coated on the book to prevent damage by means of the components. In this case, the paper folding means such as "reverse folding" + "folding" is adopted, and at first glance, the paper folding means may be mistakenly considered to be adopted by the same technical means as the present invention, and the paper folding means is similar in terms of structural appearance, but the paper folding means and the paper folding means are completely different from each other if the creation purpose and the effects of the paper folding means are deeply studied.
It should be noted that, since the stationery product may be folded at a local position in the structure or according to different applications, for example, but not limited to, the taiwan patent No. 563631 may adopt a structure of "folding" and "turning over", and the local "folding" and "turning over" are disclosed to be possibly considered by the examination committee to affect the novelty and progress of the present invention, but the "creation motivation", the "article use" and the "constituent elements (each condition of the constituent) are not analogized, and the description is given here
The method adopted by the invention is simple, but the skillful method is not easily known by general stationery practitioners, if the skillful method is not studied in depth and the requirements of consumers are deeply known, the structure of the invention cannot be considered only by general paper folding common sense-! The deep fear of review board is simple and the skill adopted by the invention is misunderstood to be simple, so the inventors of the invention can be satisfied with the explanation. In the invention, the folding means is mainly used for two purposes:
1. the single reverse folding piece or the reverse folding piece can be changed into two partial reverse folding pieces or partial reverse folding pieces which are connected in sequence, so that the partial reverse folding piece or the partial reverse folding piece has better clamping piece function.
2. The main sheet body is equally divided by the equally dividing fold line, so as to achieve the purpose of manufacturing a plurality of sheets which are connected in sequence.
Therefore, in the invention, the purpose of turning the main sheet along the equally-divided turning fold line is not only simply to manufacture a plurality of sheets which are sequentially connected, but also has the function of enabling the reverse folding sheet or the reverse folding sheet to be changed from one to two to be sequentially connected local reverse folding sheets or local reverse folding sheets, thereby achieving the purpose of enabling the local reverse folding sheets or the local reverse folding sheets to have better file clamping effect.
On the support, a plurality of perforations (R) can be further arranged on the side edge of the second side (2) or the side edge of the fourth side (4) of the main sheet body (S1) of the data bag sheet unit (S) of the invention (the in-line perforations are arranged in the embodiment shown in the following figures 5A to 5B), so as to achieve the purpose that the data bag sheet unit (S) of the invention can be contained in the porous folder, and as shown in figure 5A, the in-line perforations (R) are simultaneously arranged on the side edges of the second side (2) and the fourth side (4) of the main sheet body (S1); further, as shown in FIG. 5B, the fourth side of the main sheet (S1) extends outward to a binding portion (6) and is provided with a plurality of in-line perforations (R).
Next, referring to fig. 6, in order to enable the sheet unit (S) of the data bag of the present invention to have the function of accommodating a general data bag, a self-adhesive strip (8) is disposed inside the third side (3) of the back surface (S02) of the sheet (S11), and when the main sheet (S1) is folded along the bisectional fold line (L) toward the back surface (S02) of the main sheet to form two sheets (S11) and (S12) sequentially connected, the third sides (3) of the two sheets (S11) and (S12) connected front and back can be combined by the self-adhesive strip (8), so that the two sheets (S11) and (S12) can form an L-shaped bag structure, and the sheet unit (S) of the data bag of the present invention can have the function of accommodating a general data clip.
The benefit of using self-adhesive strip (8) is that can just tear the protection film of self-adhesive strip (8) when needs, makes self-adhesive strip (8) take place to paste the function, when the protection film of self-adhesive strip (8) was not torn, self-adhesive strip (8) was unable to exert the effect of pasting. In addition, the two sheets (S11, S12) may be bonded by heat fusion on the inner side of the third side (3), and the two sheets (S11, S12) may form an L-shaped bag structure (not shown).
In addition to the above functions, if the data bag sheet unit (S) of the present invention is combined with the cover, it becomes a data book, and as shown in fig. 7A, the fourth side (4) of the data bag sheet unit (S) of the present invention is extended by a binding portion (6), and the binding portion (6) of the data bag sheet unit (S) of the present invention is welded to the cover by a heat fuse (5) to form a data book; a binding part (6) can be extended outwards from the second edge (2) of the data bag sheet unit (S) and then the binding part (6) is directly welded and fixed on the cover to form a data book, as shown in figure 7B. By the above methods, the data bag sheet unit (S) of the present invention can be combined with the cover to form a data book.
Based on the same broad aspect, as shown in fig. 8A and 8B, the present invention may be implemented as a preset sheet of a multi-page type data bag sheet unit for writing a document based on the above-mentioned structure, wherein the preset sheet may be an unfolded state of the rectangular main sheet body in a state that the respective folding sheets of the rectangular main sheet body are not folded back and the main sheet body is not folded along the respective bisected folding lines. The expanded state of fig. 1 and 3A is shown, so that the description is partially omitted for brevity in cooperation with the description of fig. 1 and 3A.
And the consumer or the user can operate the folding line according to the preset folding piece and the folding line. By means of the simpler structure of the preset sheet, the cost is lower, so that the method is more suitable for commercialization.
The above description is illustrative of the invention and is not to be construed as limiting, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
