Claims (10)

1. The water paint spraying process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a) Phosphating the substrate to obtain a phosphatized substrate;
b) Spraying water paint on the phosphatized substrate by adopting a roll spraying machine to obtain a substrate containing a water-based coating;
c) Spraying and baking the substrate containing the water-based coating by using the oil paint; obtaining the product.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein the roll-spray parameters of step B) are:
the spraying temperature is 95-105 ℃, the spraying interval is 3s, the single time duration is 6s, and the rolling speed of the roller is 30rad/min;
the air pressure is 0.4MPa; the viscosity of the water paint is 9s; the spraying time is 10-20 min.
3. The process according to claim 1, wherein the substrate after phosphating in step B) is subjected to a preheating treatment before tumble-spraying, the preheating temperature being 90-95 ℃;
the phosphating treatment specifically comprises the following steps: mixing the substrate with the phosphating agent, soaking for 10-15 min, washing with clear water, and drying.
4. The process of claim 1, wherein the aqueous paint comprises an aqueous coating, a curing agent, and water; the mass ratio of the water-based paint to the curing agent to the water is 3:1:2-4;
the curing agent is triethylene tetramine.
5. The process of claim 4 wherein the aqueous coating comprises the following materials:
45-65 wt% of water-based epoxy resin;
10-20wt% of modified solid epoxy resin;
5-10wt% of defoaming agent;
5-30wt% of color paste;
10-30wt% of deionized water;
DMEA 0.5wt%~2wt%;
the aqueous epoxy resin is bisphenol F type aqueous epoxy resin;
the modified solid epoxy resin is acrylic acid modified epoxy resin or polyester modified epoxy resin;
the defoaming agent is mineral oil defoaming agent;
the color paste is selected as water-based dispersion color paste.
6. The process according to claim 1, wherein the oily paint of step C) comprises an oily paint and a curing agent; the mass ratio of the oil paint to the curing agent is 1:1;
the curing agent is polyamide.
7. The process of claim 6 wherein the oil coating comprises the following materials:
50-70 wt% of epoxy resin;
1 to 3 weight percent of sodium sulfonate;
10-30wt% of organic solvent;
0.1 to 5 weight percent of diethylene glycol butyl ether;
0.1 to 5 weight percent of wetting and leveling agent;
the epoxy resin is bisphenol A type epoxy resin;
the organic solvent is tena water;
the wetting leveling agent is an organosilicon leveling agent.
8. The process according to claim 1, characterized in that the spraying parameters of step C) are in particular:
the viscosity of the oil paint is 12s, the molding air of the spray gun is 0.4Mpa, the opening of the needle is two circles, the gun distance is 20-25 cm, the spraying times are 1-2 times, and the leveling is 10-15 min.
