In this embodiment: the inflatable airbag 280 is pinched to inflate the fixed air tube 340, air enters the first sealed airbag 300 and the second sealed airbag 310, the first sealed airbag 300 bulges to fill the joint of the partition plate 260, the operating rod 270 and the sealing plate 240, so that the tightness of the joint is improved, the possibility of leakage of two space gases is reduced, the second sealed airbag 310 inflates, the second sealed airbag 310 is in interference connection with the side part of the sealing plate 240, the tightness of the sealing plate 240 and the inner wall of the regulator 220 is enhanced, the sealing plate 240 is difficult to rotate, and the stability of the sealing plate 240 and the two check valves 250 is enhanced, so that the air tightness and the stability of the first turning airbag 120 and the second turning airbag 130 are ensured.

The regulator (220) is internally provided with a partition plate (260) and a sealing plate (240), the partition plate (260) and the sealing plate (240) divide the interior of the regulator (220) into three spaces, the first air guide pipe (140) and the second air guide pipe (150) are respectively communicated with the left space and the right space of the partition plate (260), the air guide device (230) is communicated with the space below the sealing plate (240), the sealing plate (240) is provided with two one-way valves (250), the installation directions of the two one-way valves (250) are opposite, and the two one-way valves (250) respectively correspond to the left space and the right space of the partition plate (260);
The air guide device (230) comprises a piston plate (231) and a driving rod (232), the piston plate (231) is vertically arranged at the end part of the driving rod (232), the driving rod (232) is installed at the bottom side of the regulator (220) in an inserting sliding manner, the piston plate (231) is connected in a space at the bottom of the sealing plate (240) in a sliding manner, an operating rod (270) is installed at the top of the regulator (220), the operating rod (270) penetrates through the partition plate (260), and the bottom end of the operating rod (270) is vertically connected with the middle part of the sealing plate (240);
A fixed air pipe (340) is arranged between the operating rod (270) and the regulator (220), the operating rod (270) is rotatably arranged in the fixed air pipe (340), an inflatable air bag (280) is arranged on the outer side of the top end of the operating rod (270), the inflatable air bag (280) is communicated with the fixed air pipe (340), an air bag valve (290) is arranged on the bottom side of the inflatable air bag (280), a first sealing air bag (300) and a second sealing air bag (310) are arranged on the side part of the sealing plate (240), and the first sealing air bag (300) and the second sealing air bag (310) are both communicated with the fixed air pipe (340);
the first sealing airbag (300) is used for sealing the joint of the operating rod (270), the sealing plate (240) and the partition plate (260), the first sealing airbag (300) is installed on the bottom side of the partition plate (260), a groove (330) is formed in the middle of the sealing plate (240), the groove (330) corresponds to the first sealing airbag (300), the second sealing airbag (310) is installed on the inner wall of the regulator (220), the second sealing airbag (310) is in clearance fit with the side wall of the sealing plate (240), the second sealing airbag (310) is used for sealing between the sealing plate (240) and the regulator (220), a communicating pipe (320) is connected between the first sealing airbag (300) and the second sealing airbag (310), the first sealing airbag (300) is connected to the bottom of the fixed air pipe (340), and the first sealing airbag (300) keeps clearance with the operating rod (270).
