FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a knife edge dilator according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention in a closed state;
fig. 2 is a schematic view of a knife edge dilator according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention in an open state.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a knife edge expander is characterized by comprising an opening mechanism 2 and an opening 1 which can be opened and closed, wherein the opening 1 is opened and closed by the opening mechanism 2;
the spreader opening 1 comprises two spreader arms 101.
The opening mechanism 2 comprises two first support rods 208, two second support rods 210, a sliding block 202 and a sliding rail 207, wherein the sliding block 202 is arranged on the sliding rail 207 in a sliding manner. In this embodiment, the sliding rail 207 is a guide rod structure, and the sliding block 202 is sleeved on the sliding rail 207. The front ends of the two supporting arms 101 are respectively hinged to the sliding rail 207 through a first supporting rod 208, and the rear ends of the two supporting arms 101 are respectively hinged to the sliding block 202 through a second supporting rod 210. Specifically, a hinge fixing block 209 is fixed at the front end of the sliding rail 207, and one ends of the two first support rods 208 are both hinged with the hinge fixing block 209; the other ends of the two first support rods 208 are respectively hinged to the front ends of the two supporting arms 101. One end of the second support bar 210 is hinged to the rear end of the corresponding spreader arm 101, and the other end of the second support bar 210 is hinged to the slider 202. When the two spreader arms 101 are closed together, the spreader opening 1 is closed, please refer to fig. 1; pushing the slider 202 in the rear direction along the front end of the sliding rail 207, the two folded opening arms 101 are separated, and the opening 1 is opened, please refer to fig. 2; pushing the slider 202 in the forward direction along the rear end of the slide rail 207 closes the two separate spreader arms 101, the spreader opening 1 being closed.
The lengths of the first support bar 208 and the second support bar 210 are not particularly required, and the size and the angle of the opening 1 can be set according to the requirement. When the slider 202 is pushed to open the two opening arms 101, the two opening arms 101 are opened at a certain angle, i.e. the opening of the opening 1 is opened at a certain angle. For another example, the two stretching arms 101 are arranged in parallel, and when the stretching opening 1 is opened to the required width, the two stretching arms 101 are still parallel.
In order to be able to lock the open or/and closed state of the stay opening 1, the knife edge expander therefore also comprises a locking mechanism comprising a fixed part and a movable part, the fixed part being fixed on the sliding rail 207, the fixed part comprising a number of first teeth 203; the movable part is fixed on the sliding block 202 and comprises a plurality of second teeth 204 which are matched with the first teeth 203; when the first teeth 203 are engaged with the second teeth 204, the opening 1 is locked.
In this example, the first teeth 203 and the second teeth 204 are respectively distributed on a straight line along the moving direction of the slider 202, that is, the first teeth 203 form a first rack and the second teeth 204 form a second rack.
The first teeth 203 and the second teeth 204 are unidirectional teeth, and the inclination angle of the first teeth 203 is different from and complementary to the inclination angle of the second teeth 204. In this example, the first tooth 203 and the second tooth 204 are inclined outward along the front end to the rear end of the slide rail 207.
When the stay opening 1 is in the closed state (the two stay arms 101 are in the closed state), the first teeth 203 at the rear end are engaged with the second teeth 204 at the front end, and the first teeth 203 at the front end are staggered from the second teeth 204 at the rear end. The sliding block 202 is pushed along the front end of the sliding rail 207 in the backward direction, the two folded opening arms 101 are separated, and when the opening 1 is opened to the required opening width, the sliding block 202 is stopped to be pushed, so that the first tooth 203 is engaged with the second tooth 204, and the sliding block is completely engaged (as shown in fig. 2) or partially engaged, which is not a specific requirement in the embodiment.
In this embodiment, the fixing portion further includes a vertical rod 206 and a parallel rod 205, the vertical rod 206 is fixedly connected with the parallel rod 205 and is L-shaped, the vertical rod 206 is perpendicular to the sliding rail 207 and is fixedly connected with the parallel rod 205 and is parallel to the sliding rail 207, and the plurality of first teeth 203 are fixed on a side surface of the parallel rod 205 facing the sliding rail 207. In this embodiment, the side of the parallel rod 205 facing the slide rail 207 is planar.
In this embodiment, the slider 202 is further provided with a pushing portion 201 for pushing by an operator, and the pushing portion 201 is provided with anti-slip patterns.
The incision expander provided by the invention can be suitable for incision expansion of various operations, such as breast tumor excision operation, and when in operation, the skin incision is expanded through the expander, and then the knife is stretched into the incision for stripping.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.
